Crazy that the most untrustworthy company, is trusted to mange the reputation of others. Don't trust - trustpilot. Shambles of a company, rip off pricing with poor service level.

The only people that bother to review are people who have had bad experiences (my business has 99.8% positive eBay feedback amounting to over 400,000 reviews). We also have a 4.9* rating (out of 5 stars) on Amazon. So bad experiences are very rare and often not our fault. Trust Pilot is pony simple as that.

I reviewed a site of an offshore gold farming/selling site for video games. After i had purchased gold from the company and had it delivered to my account, my account was hacked. It was my mistake for using the same email i logged into the game with as my email for an account on their site. I truly truly believe that site hacked me. When I reviewed them on Trustpilot I was treated as an enemy. My review was taken down and told I couldn't say "hack" or "scam". How can i give an honest review if you are censoring me and i am not even using derogatory remarks? This site basically only wants good reviews which is why Trustpilot shouldn't be trusted.

horrible company that allows competitors to publish fake review, and then demands we dignity such rubbish with a public response or "upgrade" the service. A pure scam!

I wrote a genuine review of a website and posted it on TrustPilot. They first rejected my review, saying that it I was not a verified client. When I sent them a sales receipt, without giving a reason, they rejected it.

I put a review on trust pilot after 4 months they wrote me and asked me to delete part of my review. Crazy anyway I did as I dod not want the company to get away with whst they did. Over a week later they then asked me to delete another section. Thing is I could not find the whst they wanted in my review. I even asked them to delete the word that apparently the company to offence to which was missled me. They then just removed my review. Verdict. Companies look through reviews and object to all they can. Trustpilot just. Jump as a result there are more good reviews as the bsd ones are deleted. Giving false scores. Don't use or trust this website. It is corrupt

Impossible to self delete account until people do not remove reviews. I asked to remove my account. They said in email deleting is "pending". Pending from few days. Terrible experience. Company is very expensive. Manipulate reviews. All new starts from 7/10. Hmm... But there is possible give only max. 5 stars.

First thing it does is ask for an invoice number so the reviewee can respond.

I can tell you for a fact that they let fake or skewed reviews to stay when the bad ones are removed per the client. Trust pilot claims it will investigate all fake or misleading reviews yet months have passed yet no action. The bad ones were removed in days. The company has an integrity issue .

TrustPilot has no intention of proviing customer likemyself a "REAL" review of some of their affiliated websites. For example, Justfly.com is a terrible company that has bad practices, and policies. I gave a heartfelt review and because I referred to Justfly.com, as justfuckoff.com, they refuse to post my review on their meaningless website. Freedom of speech, anyone?

TrustPilot as a review site is a complete joke. They except nothing except glowing, positive reviews. Even when you can demonstrate 100% proof from a company's own website that said company is lying about what they offer, they still will not accept a review pointing out such discrepancies. If you want to see a bunch of shill "reviews", go to TrustPilot. If you want to see REAL reviews, go somewhere else.

Turns out you cannot trust "TRUSTPILOT" it is a pais side for review that will only accept positive feedbacks and even if you show proof that you are right! DO NOT TRUST THEIR LOGO ON OTHER WEBSITES! They are not legit! They are paid to keep company reviews high!

Posted a review regarding appalling service from a company (have photographic evidence/witnesses). Within ten minutes review was removed/suppressed! Just goes to prove that Trustpilot reviews can only be positive. This will surely backfire as if only good reviews are shown and a company gives appalling service Trustpilot could be held responsible and possibly liable for any compensation due to the aggrieved customer? Just a thought.

Completely biased towards positive reviews. I posted a negative review about a company that must be paying Trustpilot to ensure any negative review is removed. They have already sent me 5 emails requesting me to modify the review to not have negative words. I have done it once and again but I suppose they will not stop until my negative review ends up being a good one after a tone of revisions. I will never trust Trustpilot anymore.

Would seem to me that TrustPilot are biased towards positive reviews. I had posted several positive experiences on Trust Pilot however the first negative review I was hound by trust pilot to prove that I was a verified customer. I was told to provide them with evidence of such, I supplied when with account information, screen shots emails from the company concern as well as a recipient for the services, none of these would be accepted by trust pilot. They said they would remove the said review. I told them to close my account with them because the review could not be relied upon to be unbiased.

I sent a negative review about a company I've been dealing with, I was told it was fake, dispite sending proof that it was not, they then said I had two profiles (news to me) so they had to delete my accounts & all previous reviews. FIX why waste my time reviewing when the review site is crooked ?
