I only made two orders for delivery hoping to have some cookies delivered for my father's birthday. Both were not delivered at all. I was not given any notice that they were not delivered. I was not repaid and was told that there was nothing that could be done as I called two days after the delivery date.

The driver delivered someone else's food that was lamb & I can't eat meat. I called immediately to let her know & she didn't answer. They were supposed to refund my money & didn't. I don't want a baby animal carcas in my home & they did nothing. I deleted the app & will never use them again.

Worst business, they love displaying false information says I’ve unlocked free trial for ancestry website, it’s already a free trial to everyone.

Unexistent customer care, impossible to call anyone for help, they refuse to give rightful information about a paid order and generally refuse to refund even for an order that was not delivered. Lack of transparency, bad UI of their app, terrible customer support. Spend your money elsewhere.

I placed the wrong address and they still charged be $25 for a cancellation fee. I’m not using Uber eats again.

My Son somehow got membership with UberEATS., and they Charged his account $96.00 he is all upset. We can't contact them by phone and tried emailing them and comes back as a No known address. Please if someone knows what we can do to get his money back let us know. Thanks

If I could I give ZERO stars-----I received the wrong order and I was told it's nothing that could be done. That I needed to wait for the order to be submitted by the driver. 1 hr in no response , I was hung up on by Customer service in the process . I received Jenna's order instead of what I ordered. I call the Uber delivery person no answer only a text saying "excuse me that's what the store gave me" which is a complete lie because I never ordered from Fadis Meditterrian ; my order was from cotton patch.Finally David marked the order from Cotton Patch as delivered-- however he didn't deliver anything. This is the worst service to use for food delivery. Each time I try giving it a new chance it's the same errors and no resolution to my refunds for hours. DO NOT USE UBER EATS!!! It's false advertising you may get any order saw fit by the delivery person.

Terrible. They delivered to the wrong building and it is apparently my fault although the address on my account is correct. Thank you Uber eats for wasting my time and money. I would give 0 stars if I could and I will never be ordering from them again. I will DoorDash from now on.

They offered me $25 off of my 1st 2 orders as a new user. I used my twin sister’s phone to sign up. When I tried to use the $25 off promotion for my 1st order, they didn’t allow it saying I already have an account and not a new user. My twin’s name is similar but we have different email addresses and phone numbers. Michelle told me to place the order and call back for a price adjustment which I have recorded. When I called back after placing a $68 order they refused to honor the promotion discount of $25. They are liars and scammers! And nobody would let me speak to a supervisor! Don’t trust Uber Eats! When the order arrived it was not the driver Chelsey who’s a woman. It was a man and items were missing from the order.

If you don't receive all your order it's just too bad for you. As an example I was told by the driver that the restaurant was out of an item and request credit. Credit denied even after I sent a screenshot from the driver stating it. This has happened multiple times. I've lost over $30 to them

I ordered food and didn’t receive all of it. I call Uber eats they said it’s nothing they can do. Al they care about is getting our money we don’t matter as customers 🤬

I can not see restaurant reviewes. They must invent the rating. A newly opended restaurant seems to have 300+ reviews. What a fake.

This a total fraud of a company. Their promotions weren’t working so I called them and they told me to go ahead and place the order without the promotion and call them, then they will refund me the amount of money equivalent to the promotion. After I called they said they cannot refund me and the promotion was deactivated by the system. I called multiple times and every time they had a different answer and they were not on the same page. Anyways, I am so disappointed and in the end I didn’t get my money back. They kept giving me false information and still expected me to order from UberEATS again. I will never recommend to anyone else. This was my first and last time ordering from this scam of a company.

am writing to express my frustration and dissatisfaction with the ongoing issues related to the payment for services I provided. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter, I have not received the payment owed to me. On several occasions over the past two months, I have contacted Uber Eats customer service to address this issue. Each time, I provided my account number and other necessary details. Unfortunately, the representatives I spoke with seemed ill-equipped to handle my concern, resulting in numerous transfers to different individuals and repeated promises of a resolution that never materialized. Despite being assured multiple times that the payment would be processed promptly, I have yet to receive any payment. The constant rerouting and unfulfilled promises of callbacks have added to my frustration. This situation has become untenable and has severely impacted my trust in Uber Eats as a reliable platform. I provided a service in good faith and expect to be compensated accordingly.

Uber Eats is altering the menu prices on restaurants. BBB will be contacted. Menus say $13.95 but Uber eats is charging $18 plus service fees. Not right. I will never order anything I'll just go get it and send the receipt to BBB to show the upcharge

Worst customer service ever! Apparently they can get away with stealing from you as long as you dont notice it within 48 hours. I didnt notice until I looked at my credit card statement I was charged $45 for fn french fries! I was told "sorry, your out of time.
