Worst customer service ever! Apparently they can get away with stealing from you as long as you dont notice it within 48 hours. I didnt notice until I looked at my credit card statement I was charged $45 for fn french fries! I was told "sorry, your out of time.

Uber eats should be ashamed of taking a major chunk from its delivery drivers. I paid 50$ for delivery and what the driver actually got is shameful.

Sabían que estaban dejando la comida en lugar equivocado antes de hacer la entrega y como quiera la dejaron en la calle frente a un local abandonado y me enviaron foto, es una burla. No se hicieron responsables. Se perdió la comida. Aún al lugar abandonado llegó tarde y se había pagado entrega prioritaria. Es inaudito.

Uber eats is the worst app. I've ever used. The app. Is dead slow. This is the umpteenth time ive had an issue with the driver not delivering. Money is taken off. We go hungry as it's not in the budget yo place another order. They take HOURs to respond. I don't even know if I must rather cook a meal. They ask useless questions and get back after hours and hours.

Mi experiencia con Uber Eats ha sido desastrosa. Recibí un pedido incompleto y lo que siguió fue una auténtica odisea. Llamé al servicio de atención al cliente para reclamar y estuve una hora al teléfono, en bucle, repitiendo lo mismo una y otra vez. La persona que me atendió me ponía en espera cada 10 minutos y, al volver, preguntaba de nuevo qué parte del pedido faltaba. Esto se repitió durante una hora entera.No recibí ninguna solución, solo la sensación de que se estaban riendo de mí. Al final, nos quedamos sin comer y sin ninguna respuesta por parte de Uber Eats. No puedo recomendar en absoluto este servicio. El servicio de atención al cliente es totalmente nefasto, parece no estar situado en España, y claramente tienen poca formación y recursos, porque pasan absolutamente de todo. Una experiencia para olvidar.

90% of order was not fulfilled. I gave a nice tip for nothing. If order could not be properly exchanged, it should have been automatically cancelled.

Complete sham of a company. Ordered groceries from the coop and an entire bag was missing. Contacted uber and they said they WOULDN’T refund me. Telephoned the coop and they emailed me to confirm the driver missed the bag, this was to pass on to Uber as they were really shocked to hear they wouldn’t refund me when it was their drivers fault. Uber will still not refund me and are now ignoring my messages on the app and twitter. I certainly do not earn enough money to be throwing £30 at this massive corporation for nothing. Stick to deliveroo at least they have respect for their customers

Ordered a combo and quesadilla from Tacobell and driver never even delivered the combo box, only the drink from the combo and the quesadilla. The picture the driver submitted has clear proof too. I ask for a refund from Uber support and they say "I got my food clearly" Waste of money, avoid if you like to get your moneys worth

Been waiting over 3 months for a refund. Can't ever get anywhere with any customer service rep because it's always someone different. All they do is copy and paste a response that isn't even relevant to the issue. Never waste your money with them.

If you are contemplating apps to order food DO NOT CHOSE THIS ONE! This company has the worst customer service ever. You have to fight them to get a refund for items you didn’t receive. The representatives need to be taught customer service. Never got the refund. No one helps you they just ignore what you say and copy/paste the same messages over an over. Horrible experience I do not recommend.

Ordered through the McDonalds app which apparently uses Uber eats. About half of our order never arrived, seven cheeseburgers to be exact, so we called McDonalds and they said we had to go through Uber eats. Called Uber eats and they took all of our info, put us on hold, then told us that they could not offer us a refund. No explanation was given. Thanks a lot Uber eats, will not be using you ever again.

I ordered from my regular Indian restaurant, driver delivered food to me in hand at my front door (smelling of alcohol)!!, order was wrong, I told rider, he blamed restaurant and said would come back with correct order. The rider called me after few minutes (approx 11pm) demanding a tip if I wanted my food!! Found it strange, I called restaurant and they said rider is coming back with correct food and will question rider for why he’s drinking on duty and also wrong demanding a tip! was up waiting till 1.30 am and nothing and no food, I then noticed that on the ap the rider took a pic of the wrong order at my front door and falsely claimed he delivered my order using a wrong account as picture on Ap was a female and rider was a male! Uber customer service is very shockingly poor! I spent nearly £50, and received nothing and not even a refund I have now cancelled my £60 Uber one membership! Feel I’ve been scammed and will Not Trust using UBER EATS again. I wonder what the driver does with the food he doesn’t deliver! Date of experience: 04 May 2024

Uber eats is a rip off. I paid for the yearly membership and wish that didn’t. They can’t seem to get drivers and when they do, the orders are wrong. It’s ridiculous. For the amount of money you spend, you’d think they’d treat their customers better.

My husband and I have ordered with Uber eats for sometime now but almost every time we order either we are missing an item ! , the order is wrong , or it’s delivered to the wrong house so what started out to be helpful and convenient for families in fact is costly and is never correct plus on top of having to get credits or refunds the driver still gets the tip for delivering incorrect food or delivering it another house it’s crazy ! It’s cheaper and just easier to go get your items or food yourself .

I placed an order yesterday through Uber Eats South Africa. First time using them always use Mr D. My order number #2A56D. Food was never delivered. I called there offices and left a complaint via the app. Got a response today, no refund applicable. Driver said he called me. I called the security at my gate and they said driver didn't know who to ask for. Check my app order for details. I left everything there. This is unacceptable. I will never ever use them again!!!!

I would give a zero if this were an option. So, I ordered food for my husband and I a few days ago and forgot to order something. I couldn't figure out how to add an item on, so I cancelled the order within 5 minutes planning on reordering with all the correct items. Uber eats charged me for the canceled order of $40 so I called customer service and they hung up on me. I plan on disputing this with it bank, but will never order from them again. They just cost themselves a lifetime customer.

Rather than adjust the price they just double charge your card and you have to wait a week for this “hold” to release your funds. Freaking ridiculous! Out 300$! Till then.
