They charge more fees than the food, they took 25 from me just bc i cancelled the food 5 min after i ordered this company has to go to jail it’s disgusting how easily they stealing money

DISGUSTING company A complete disgrace They steal, never refund when appropriate, and just copy and paste pre generated messages Not even caring about you or your situation They stole from me today where a few items in my order never came and they refuse to reimburse me. They are thieves Do not trust them Will NEVER use them again Going to use DoorDash At least they take care of their customers and actually have good customer service If you’re thinking about using Uber eats Just don’t, save yourself the trouble and the money.

Drivers sit packages down take pictures of the items then put them back in there cars and drive off

I can tell by the 1.1 stars that I am the only one to air out the grievance with the company. All I can say is the company will not take accountability for the inconvenience and loss of money we experienced.

not just once or twice but every order I'm missing something and they can only refund meaning I then have to pay for another delivery worst service ever I'd give less stars if it was possible

Horrible bad services . I will never use Uber eats ever again . They are terrible. I had order a platter and the restaurant got it wrong . Uber eats asked me for proof I sent them proof of everything. They still didn’t send my refunds. Never again ordered from them.

Always something wrong, missing items, delivered to wrong address, cold, can't find me...you name it. They have always been good at compensating missed items. Until today, they say I reached my max and order is not eligible. So because zi complained about issues in the past, I'm at my limit? What? So now no customer service at all.

The customer support sucks. When an item was missed from my order they try to blame it one me. They treat me like I am trying to get a free refund. I regret paying for Uber One. The customer support SUCKS

Would give 0 stars if I could. It takes FOREVER to get what I ordered, no matter what I order or where it’s from. This is ridiculous. I ordered food before 7:30pm and they didn’t get here until after 9pm with my food. Step up your game, Uber Eats. It shouldn’t take that long to deliver food. I literally had to message my driver to ask where the food was and there was no response - are you kidding me? And I’m still expected to tip 20%+ before they even pick up my food? All set. From now on I’ll just pick up my own food - way more worth it than to depend on some jackass to deliver it in time. By the way, drivers who speak English would be a plus.

ubereats does not pay their drivers so they depend on tip. i cannot afford tip in this inflated economy so waiting 2+ hours for cold food is the new deal. this is awful.

Uber sends the driver to several locations. Food arrives over an hour late and is cold. Do not use uber eats. Grub hub drivers have just one stop.

This service is total scam! Don’t get me wrong, I love their Uber ride app. They are accurate, on time and for the most part prices are reasonable. But all in all, their ride service is pretty dependable and I use it on regular bases. Uber eats, however is the total opposite and I’ve had the worst experiences with them and I’ll never use them again. Few of us from my office used to use them a lot. It was my turn to pay and my coworker that always orders, ordered ans seconds later she realized that she used her home address accidentally and cancelled the order immediately. I didn’t think I had to contact customer service as I assumed it would be refunded immediately as we cancelled seconds after placing the order. Boy, was I wrong. They took the money even though the order was cancelled in seconds. No warning, no message to contact them… nothing. When I finally did go to their app to check it said that I was charged because the order was already being made. I know and they know that’s a total BS. But, I didn’t take any further action. They can enjoy the money they stole as it’s the last money they’ll ever see from me.

I have had many bad experiences place an order with Tim hortons through Uber eats. Each and everytime I get my order it’s either missing items damaged or bags have been tampered with. I always send a message with Uber eats placing a complaint take pictures of my order and provide them with the receipt and they refuse to refund my items I never received. This is such poor customer service and very unprofessional to Uber eats . We are the customers paying higher amounts using your service and you should always honour the complaints and compensate your customers for either the delivery person mistake or the restaurant itself. The customer should not have to take accountability for this. What ever happened to the “ Customer is always right “ this Uber eats app is just a scam and they should be ashamed taking our money and ripping us off. Wouldn’t recommend using this app folks so just beware!

Not surprised Uber eats has had such low reviews. They have failed to deliver the correct order from Mcdonalds twice in a row. Then they said a refund will be issued.... in 15 days! That is terrible. Its a simple process with all banking system. They are only do this to gain i trest for shoddy service.

Booked an order at 10:43am from Pizza hut- realized immediately it was wrong- canceled it at 10:43am, yep within a minute of making the order. Uber let me do it- no warning no issue. No message saying it could be an issue. So cool- I think it’s good. Well, I proceed to Placed another order to the SAME restaurant with the correct items that was submitted and received by 10:48am (this was all confirmed BY THE UBER EATS REPRESENTATIVE)… no issue no problem-MORE THEN 12 HRS LATER - I get an email saying I’m being changed a cancellation fee of $76 the whole amount of the messed up order. They refuse to do a thing saying Pizza Hut had accepted my order so I was out of luck! I don’t think so! This is beyond unethical.

很多外送員,為了一次接更多單。導致客戶收到的食物都是冷的。只有多付錢,才能保證第一個收到食物。但這費用讓外送費用過高。我每天訂外賣,現在強烈感受外送費過高,不如自己去買外賣,每次平均省10元澳幣。因為網站價錢和店內價錢不一樣。 希望Uber 別那麼貪心,收費太高,只會流失客戶,外送app又不是只有你一家。

I would give this delivery service a zero. The app showed me a restaurant as being in my city, when actually it was 350 miles away. When I cancelled the order within 5 minutes of ordering, Uber Eats charged me the full price. After texting and speaking to Uber Eats customer service I was told there is nothing they can do for me, as their policy is once a customer cancelles an order, they must pay the full amount. This is ridiculous, as the app made a mistake, not me. Something Uber Eats customer relations has no clue about. Done with Uber Eats.

Terrible customer service, and I'm a long time customer who used them a lot. If your order from the restaurant is wrong ... which unfortunately it is a lot ... this company will call you a liar and refuse to provide you a refund. I only want what I pay for but you are definitely at the mercy of the restaurant to get your order correct ... this company could not care less about its customers. I will never use UberEats again.
