Employ delivery drivers that don’t deliver food rang restaurant they told me delivery driver stole my food and he’s know for doing it .. Don’t understand why he’s still got a job !!had to chase them around I don’t normally use Uber eats and I definitely won’t be using them again, Had to reorder using Deliveroo no problems

My order never got delivered refused me a refund so I said I will call trading standards 2hours later I got my refund I've deleted my account and will never use again 🙃 they are a bad company

Led me on with a 50% discount, so I ordered 6 NY strip steaks from Albertsons along with a few other items. I was saving roughly 95.00$. However my driver couldn't find the NY strip steaks, so without my concent replaced them with a cheaper 7 dollar steak, and yes just one. Uber eats refused to ajust the price, so instead of getting a 50% discount, I got charged 45 dollars for a 7 dollar steak. By the way out of 10 items, only 1 item was right. Doesn't matter that the driver took a whole hour shopping for 1 item. My advice is use Wal-Mart delivery, or just save the time and money by doing it yourself! Uber refused to adjust my receipt or offer any kind of refund. This was also the 3rd time in 3 days that this happened. It cost me 32 dollars to have uber buy my 23 dollars worth of groceries. That was a 5 dollar tip included.

I used Uber Eats for a year now in Montreal, Canada. It's been okay, but recently I've been scammed three times in one month as the drivers stole my orders. They mark it as delivered after busting the delivery time and I just can't communicate with them or give them bad reviews after that. They lie about traffic (some dude was delivering on bike, duh). And they just disappear like nothing happend. Uber eats are doing nothing about it. They reimburse quick, fine, but with crappy robotized apologies before they cut the chat promptly, while I have to wait another hour hungry af. They just don't care about their clients. I lost confidence in their product that could be so great woth better control, rules and policies with their delivery people. Their high prices doesn't worth the poor service. I'm not doing business with them anymore.

Order came food was cold, called customer service and they kept talking over me and saying they cannot refund and I asked to be put through to a manager she said they were all busy I said I was happy to wait she said no and I asked for her name or reference number and she gave me the name tess but nothing else and said is there anything else I could help you with I said yes to speak to a manager and she said if you have nothing more to say I'm ending the call and hung up she wouldnt let me speak , terrible customer service all round.

I’ve just cancelled my membership. This app has gotten considerably worse over the years to where now, it’s better to just use door dash and Lyft. The poorest customer service you can imagine and constant incorrect orders

I am restaurant owner and I have a big problem with ubereats. Is almost 4 months they didn't deposit my sale in my account. Two times they promised me everything is OK and we gonna deposit your money but they never do that. Now after 4 months they sent email for me about investigation for this problem. In last 4 months what day did. Investigation about what. I sent 3 times all of my documents for them and then they requested for my documents. Totally I don't know what's going on in ubereats company.

The driver drops the milkshake and smears it all over the carpet with his fingers and tries to put the drink back together after it’s been laying on the carpet already. He tried to hide his actions by not including the huge stain in his original delivery photo. Basically did everything that he could to hide it. When I heard it hit the ground, I went and open the door. I saw him there, gathering it on the floor, and I close the door right in front of him. He still thought it was a good idea to leave the food here even though he should’ve cancelled it on his own and been honest about his mess up and ruining the order. Such a disgusting company to deal with.

my original order was put in at 730 PM the driver stole that order, got my refund re ordered directly after and it is now 950 and the order still hasnt been picked up. so far the delivery driver has changed four times from the time of the second order!!!!! WTF?!?!? so uber eats canceled my order to many drivers canceled on the pick up!

I’m tired of ordering food and the delivery driver has a stop before me, because once my food is here it’s cold. You guys need to change that so drivers only have one delivery each instead of doing two at once.

Worst experience ever. You can’t find my order yet I provide you pictures with order details. I’m charged and the restaurant fulfilled the order… your driver just never delivered it yet you tell me there’s nothing that you can do and to wait 6-12 hours on a live chat. If that doesn’t sound like a scam… I don’t know what to say. I will n-e-v-e-r order anywhere where I’m expected to rely on them to deliver. BBB? Please review them. This is not good business…

Horrible company.... BE AWARE that the amount shown when you pay them IS NOT the money they will take from your bank. They took over double the amount from me. Check your bank statements everyone!!!
