Bunch of scammers is all they are. A delivery driver stole my pizzas, no photo no nothing, parked around my house not moving not answering calls or texts. I was assured (photo attached), that I would get a refund plus a credit as it was very obvious he took my food and made no attempt to deliver or even speak to me, plus it was past the latest arrival. So I ordered the same pizzas once again, now the next day they are going back on what they said, so I spent $80 on two cold pizzas. Absolutely ridiculous business, incompetent, and I'll never ever give them my money ever again. Scammed trying to treat my family to pizza on a Friday night.

I ordered food from a restaurant. 3 uber drivers went to pickup but cancelled my order to pickup. So i cancelled my order when third uber eats driver didn’t pickup my order. Later uber eats app charged me 29$ for nothing. I even called support system and they told me to call them in order to cancel the order because if i do by myself i am gonna get charged for that order cancellation which i found so stupid because i ordered and waited for almost one hour but didn’t get the food so i cancelled and got charged for nothing. This is ridiculous. I am very disappointed with uber eats customer service now.

I get a food credit from my company to order dinner through ubereats and when i made an order i was charged from my personal card. Uber could not switch the payment method, even though i called them a minute after making the order. They told me i could update it after i pick up my order, but that didn’t work either. The payment was in processing for hours and my food credit from my employer expired. This problem was created out of nowhere and other apps can fix this without a problem. Will ask my employer to use a different food delivery platform.

Be careful canceling an order seconds after placing because you forgot something. They still charged me for the order 67.10 and additional for cancellation fee total of $86.10. We not eating tonight because they want to keep it all.

I have had food missing from my order and they refused to refund me my money back. They don’t follow up with you and their customer service is horrible.

There should be a minus star for this service. Today, I ordered two meals. One arrived, and the other never did. They delivered to the wrong address, took a picture, and then walked off. I did get one missed call from my phone, but I was unable to answer it. Despite the fact that the meal was delivered to the wrong address and my elderly mother, who was home, was expecting it, they are refusing to refund me for this meal. This might have been a blessing in disguise because now I will never use Uber Eats again. If they review their history, they will realise that I was a frequent user, but now I am no longer. The service and the automatic responses I am receiving are ridiculous. So, basically, if the drivers who delivered the food delivered to the wrong address and called you, but you were unable to answer, they lose out on money, even though their employees cannot seem to get the address correct. Therefore, I strongly advise you not to use Uber Eats. Unless you want to see a picture of your food at a address that you don’t recognise.

Ordered pizza with my gf at a new location with a discount code, typed in the address and everything we need (gf can confirm). Almost half an hour later than proclaimed by the app, the order arrives at the wrong adress. Turns out, Uber Eats passed on a random, wrong adress to the pizza location. Such a blow to me, my gf, the pizza guys doing their job and the delivery guy. Please, for the love of pizza, just order directly at the location.

**Worst company ever!** I placed an order and wanted to ensure the correct card was on file, so I contacted customer service less than a minute after placing it to request a cancellation. Instead, I was charged $19.01, with the explanation that the merchant had accepted the order and for delivery. When I called the merchant, they told me the order was never accepted by them. It turns out the Uber system automatically processed the order, and it usually takes around 5 minutes to reach the store. No delivery driver was even assigned to my order! This company clearly has zero concern for customer service. Their support team just reads from a script with no real help, and they don’t care about making things right. Honestly, it’s faster and easier to drive to the location yourself than deal with this app. It seems like only perfect, mistake-free customers are welcome to use it. Avoid this app at all costs!

Ordered and received somebody else’s order at the door, it was completely wrong. Paid over $100 and complained on the app because they don’t want to give you anyone to speak to They refunded $42 There is nowhere in the app to complain or to call Have used Uber eats on average every week for 4 years App now deleted

Uber eats sucks. I had a delivery, 50+ dollars I was ON the phone with a rep trying to get someone to translate for the driver because he didn’t speak English and couldn’t find my apartment. While on the phone the driver marked my food as delivered and sent a pic of a kid on the curb holding the food. The rep asked if I got the food and if a kid was with me I told her no I’m standing outside my apartment door and hadn’t received anything. She stated she was putting in a request for a refund the next day I received an email saying I wasn’t going to be refund for food that was given to a STRANGER. Worst Customer service ever.

Uber Eats in Brussels is the worst delivery company. I have left them explicit instructions in delivery details section specifying which number to call. When delivery arrived, they completely disregarded instructions and called my profile number instead. I did not answer because I could not at that time. Delivery person was supposed to call the number specified in the delivery details section anyway. When I contacted Uber Eats regarding this issue, they claimed that "they tried to contact you 2 times and waited 8 minutes to see if the delivery could be completed". However, there has never been a second call. This is a total lie.

I just used the Uber eats to order my favourite meal. I did wait over 2 hrs and decided to contact with customer service. I got information that I should be contacting with the place of order. After my call I was so frustrated because the driver from Uber didn’t show up and didn’t pick up the order! Never again!

I have only ordered from restaurants through Instacart. The last time I ordered the wrong delivery address kept coming up. I changed it. It would change back -- to an address where I have never been and is not in my address book. Between the last change and my hitting order, it changed back. It was impossible to change after order. I canceled, but they charged me anyhow. That's my last order with them forever.
