Uber eats app charged my card instead of uber cash. 5 phone calls to uber eats despite being promised that the credit of $25 will be sent back to my card. Emmanuel and Jean are not helpful. Incompetent and u professional service from ubereats. I will never use them again. Now Yra is attempting to help. I will have to call my credit card company for this. I'm beyond aggravated with uber and learned a valuable lesson.

Yesterday we ordered dinner from Acapulco Delight, through Uber eats. We went with them because the first time order would be free. Our dinner cost was 57.31. After entering all the information the bill total was 72.31. I canceled it immediately with them because they charged me for delivery, which I stated to them. Then I called Acapulco Delight to cancel the order. Uber Eats still charged me for the full amount! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Tried to get through to them by text. Answer I got was, you’re still going to be charged the full amount. F@#K YOU UBER EATS!

Absolutely horrible customer service. They are stealing $185 dollars from me for no reason at all. They werent available when I needed a correction. No one responded on their so called help chat. Can't call anyone. So now because I had to correct the order they are charging me twice.

Paid $28 for food I got 1 hour & 30 mins later that was hard cold . Didn’t receive my chili I purchased for my child.Requested a refund which was denied after sending the receipt & pix. Highly recommend DoorDash.

First off Uber eats is a rip off. I shouldn’t be paying $54 for one meal. There’s too many unnecessary fees. That’s why the drivers don’t get tipped all the time because after paying for the order plus the extra fees we can’t afford to tip. Than oncce I get my food the food is horrible. We should be able to talk to a live person but that’s not the case. Customer service sucks. I rather cook my own meals than to order from this app. I will save a lot of money. If you can afford that’s good but if you can’t don’t use this app.

Order from a Great Resturant Wildfire and was told the food was picked up and never delivered. Wow I hoped the driver enjoyed a free Stolen Menu. My money was reimbursed right away but would have rather enjoyed the meal I waited so long. Please check your drivers

My order was cancelled after an hour of it not being picked up during afternoon hours (not late at night). Tried to ask Uber eats if I could get it myself 45minutes into waiting and they wouldn’t let me switch to pick up. Then the restaurant couldn’t give me the food.

Spent 38.00 on uber eats and my order was wrong .....cash app support did nothing about it other to say someone would possibly co tact me but I don't recommend using this service anymore it's a joke I can't believe they did nothing ....like my money's trash to them just basically saying awww to bad keeping the money

Terrible service.? love Uber for car service but for food they are terrible. I was charged for food I never received. Tried to call the restaurant they said it was between me and Uber eats. The delivery address was wrong and I couldn’t fix it on the app despite my calls and efforts before it was delivered to the wrong address so I was forced to cancel. App didn’t allow me to fix the address so my only recourse was to cancel and I was charged the full fee as though I received the food. Customer service was no help. Left me on hold for longer than anyone would wait.

One item was not delivered. Uber said the order was not eligible for a refund. I asked why and they said my account exceeded the refund limit. It was my second order. How could it exceed a limit with two Orders and the first one being totally fine, that is, no refund needed.

Wasted money on an order that was wrong and Uber Eats Customer service didn't care, and didn't resolve the problem in any way! Left it as my problem, oh well. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

This is a complete waste of money! No matter which restaurant you order from they’re never eligible For refunds or any kind of compensation! Food arrives almost 2 hrs late and they just apologize! I will NEVER use them again

I hate Uber eats so much. Food is always late, cold and inedible. Drivers are slow and rude. They constantly cancel and ignore priority deliveries. It’s awful just don’t use it. Ever.

Uber eats is terrible. As soon as you place your order, they charge you double, which comes out of your bank account- charges you for several several days. One as pending, one goes through right away. The pending stays on your account up to 10 days minimum. Uber eats tells you to contact your bank to remove if it doesn't remove sooner. Door dash does not do this! Uber eats also is more expensive all around if you compare to door dash. They do have a couple more options for places to order from, but this is too much of an issue I feel. Uber eats does not care at all. I will never use this app again and will stick with door dash. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I placed a large order and was missing 1 item. I contacted Uber customer service and they have been stalling me on a resolution. Just excuses and not wanting to make it right. Just text, no way to talk to a live agent. BAD SERVICE AND BAD BUSINESS!!!
