This company scams you. If you do not receive your complete order. They will say that your order is not eligible for a refund. If you contact support, they will ask to review the receipt that obviously shows everything that you were charged for that you ordered and then tell you that your order is not eligible for a refund despite the fact that you have not receive all of your items! They are stealing money from the customer! i suggest you use a different service like Door Dash or Grub Hub, not UBER EATS. They suck!

2 hours late. 30 mins with an automated bot. Offered $7.00 in compensation for cold food that cost over $40. Uber eats is a rip off

I have always used DoorDash and had no problems. As soon as I started using Uber eats it all went down hill. For some reason or another they never have drivers to pick up the food so you always get cold that’s if you get it at all. A few days ago my food was to be 15 through 25 minutes and took over an hour.. the Uber driver picked it up, but never delivered the food and they made me pay for it. They said I shouldn’t have called the restaurant I should have called them, but has anybody ever dealt with Uber Eats customer service? lol that’s all I’ll say… leave it to the professionals guys.. I’m glad I could buy your driver lunch that day.

Uber eats driver steals food and Uber eats app says order ineligible for refund. Nice trap is set. Do not use this garbage app/service

Every time I reach out to customer service, it seems their service gets worse. I put in an order, SIX drivers later, the driver confirms that my order was taken by a previous driver!! They had to have my info in order to retrieve it from the store, yet ubereats DOES NOT CARE. I waited for over an hour for my delivery and it simply was canceled and that was it! This is NOT the first time this has happened and yet they continue to do nothing about it.

The driver never delivered our order and we never received our money back and to add further insult, after complaining to customer service about this, we were transferred to different numbers spoke to several people and no one didn't bother to help us!!! By the time we talked to the upteenth person about what happened we were told that it was too late to have anything done. Uber eats is a unprofessional company and I never had anything to do with them since that time They are just awful!

Terrible driver support. They will deactivate you for no reason and when you contact them they give you a vague answer with nothing specific. Frequently hang up on drivers before resolving specific issues. Support is not trained properly and frequently gives incorrect information. There's usually a language barrier as you are dealing with someone from India.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! USE JUSTEAT. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. I placed an order last night that cost £33.13 plus the tip of £3.81 for no delivery. The time due came and I received a missed call. When I called the driver he said he left it at the "drop off" point, when asked where that was he said he didn't know. I asked him for the road name and again he didn't know and told me to contact Uber eats which I did and they told me the driver marked it as delivered, I explained no one had knocked on my door, what the driver said and confirmed I had not recieved the order. I was then advised that as apparently the driver waited for 7 minutes I was not eligible for a refund! They also said to check my address on the account and ended the chat. I went back on and informed them my address is correct and requested evidence of the 7 minutes wait and where they delivered to for them to ignore me. I am now going to dispute it with my bank.

So I placed an order with Logan’s and all I kept seeing it say was preparing it. It was already 8 something all it kept saying was preparing it. So I’m saying to myself till it’s finished preparing and till someone comes and gets it delivers it it will be way late . My kids have school in the morning they can’t stay up too late. I canceled my order and I noticed a couple days later that they took my money out of my account so I contacted Uber I was like so I canceled my order but y’all still took the money out so the lady tells me that there’s nothing they can do about it because I didn’t call within 48 hours well I’m assuming if I cancel my order you shouldn’t even be taking my money out of my account, so where does it say on the app you have to call them within 48 hours in order for them to refund you your money, so not only did they take my money out of my account but I had no food and they can’t give me any kind of credit what kind of stuff is this like what kind of customer service is this you take peoples money they don’t get the food and you don’t try to resolve it in any kind of way. This is ridiculous and I will not be using this app anymore .

DO NOT USE. DOORDASH AND GRUBHUB ARE BETTER. Uber eats driver delivered to the wrong house. I never received the order. Ubereats refused to refund me. lol they will charge you even if you dont get your delivery

My order said delivered but when I checked, nothing. I contacted ubereats, after some steps on the app, they refunded me. BUT, I am HANGRY and ubereats could not care less. Should they not issue some additional credit as an apology?

My friend and I recently ordered sushi from a restaurant. I paid the money and waited for the food to be delivered to me. My meal was handed to the driver and it was on my way. However, we had a very serious problem, the driver was standing still and not moving. 40 minutes have passed and the driver is not moving and the delivery time is changing. We have already started to worry and have written her, but we have not received an answer. She remained in one place, then we decided to call the driver and ask what the problem was, but still there was no answer. We call Ubereats Support, they only offered different discounts. My English is not perfect because I am an immigrant from Ukraine, I had to ask several times because I did not understand. One lady who spoke to me started because of it and I just said thank you and hung up. Next, the driver sends me a photo of what appears to be eaten food, and it was immediately clear that it was a photo from the Internet. I wrote to her that this is a photo from the Internet, she answered "true" and canceled the order, that I didn't even have time to take a screenshot. I am disappointed with this service and do not want to order food there again. It was a terrible experience!

Order never showed up, contacted customer service and they said I couldn’t get a refund?? Tried calling and as soon I give all my info they hang up. Seriously, they just stole money from me. This is the absolute worst delivery experience I’ve had. The fact that I’m out $60+ now for literally no reason is infuriating. I will never ever order from Uber eats again.

I was wrongfully fired from Uber eats was never given a chance to file a appeal supposedly for low ratings which is bull because I made it to platinum status in a week then yes my ratings did drop some and I even asked Uber to fix my maps because I was getting lost it kept taking me into allies etc And would only take me to the back of residences in which they never did and there specialized team never got ahold of me and the required rating is 82 mine is 83 all my ratings are good

Impossible to contact. Took my money and cancelled my order immediately but have not refunded me. While my kids wait for lunch! Ignoring my attempts to contact via social media. Happy to steal your money and provide zero customer service

Use any other app besides Uber eats. On 3 different orders within the last year. I ordered from a restaurant on the Uber eats app. The driver they assigned to get my order would forget to grab the 2 liter or 24 oz soda I ordered with the food. I put in the app I have a wrong/missing item, No response. So I'll call and let them know that the driver did not bring my drink can I please get a refund for the drink I paid for and didn't receive. They're response is "I don't qualify for a refund so no and they don't send another driver to get my missing items. All 3 times I had to go to the restaurant myself to get my missing item. How do you not qualify for a refund when you purchase a item and don't receive it with your order 🤔. So I recommend you don't use them use GrubHub or Door Dash. You'll be much better off. Uber eats sucks the big one. They keep the money, the restaurant keeps the drink unless I feel like going to get it myself. You need to approve your customer service especially since I was a Uber one member. Missing items in a order should always qualify a refund when I pay for something and the driver doesn't bring it... PERIOD!!!

Kept half order.Customer service sucks.Offered 5.00 back.I ordered big box so i paid 58.00 for a god damn pizza.Never again they suck!!!!
