My $52 order was never delivered, despite the fact I spoke to the driver and gave him directions on where to deliver. The driver took a photo of the inside of his vehicle as proof of delivery. Uber Eats refuses to refund for the undelivered order becausetheysay they can'tprove it wasnt delivered even thoughthere'sno actualproof it was. There is no way to speak to an actual person-- customer service doesn't take phone calls anymore. The uber eats service has been mediocre at best in the past, but definitely not worth running the risk of paying for nothing.

I had a very disappointing experience on 08/18/2025 with both Little Mint restaurant and Uber Eats. At 12:15 PM I placed an order through the Uber Eats app from Little Mint. The estimated delivery time was between 12:45 PM and 1:05 PM, which was fine since my lunch break is at 1 PM. However, by 12:58 PM the status still showed “preparing.” I contacted support and was told it would be delayed another 5–10 minutes. I agreed to wait. By 1:17 PM, the food still had not arrived, so I called again. This time they told me it would be another 10 minutes. At that point, I had no time left in my lunch break to eat, so I requested to cancel. The restaurant told me I had to cancel through Uber Eats apps. When I canceled, then I called Uber Eats customer service to make sure I will got my money back but instead they said they can't do that and they only can give me refunded for $4 out of my total order, claiming the restaurant had already accepted it. This is completely unacceptable. The food was delayed over 45 minutes beyond the promised delivery window, and I never received anything. Yet, I was charged almost the full amount for nothing. When I asked Uber Eats to either send the food since they were charging me anyway, or refund me in full, they said they could do neither. Uber Eats takes service fees but provides no real buyer protection when problems happen. This is poor customer service, and both Uber Eats and Little Mint failed to meet basic expectations for timeliness and accountabilit.

My food, and even the bags, showed up smelling like a mechanic’s sweaty jeans. I can’t even open my bag of chips. I’m going to vomit. Most disgusting order I’ve received. Unacceptable.

I do uber eats and when you send me to pick up and delivere a package for $3 is CRAZY especially it's 45 minutes of my time and my gas and ware and tare on my car. Absolutely ridiculous

Food order was wrong, your not paying your drivers enough money, your app crashes all the time, worst service around I will use Door Dash from now on they at least pay there drivers $1 per mile not $6 for 23 miles my car don’t run off air thank you very much!! Some offers don’t even pay .11 cents per mile they are rapping there drivers big time it simply Just not fair to the drivers!!!!

Horrible app. My food took two hours and they lied and said it was within their delivery time which expired 74 minutes not 120 minutes. They should be very concerned about safety while that food is sitting in somebody’s car. We don’t know if they even have AC to keep it at safe temperature. Do not use

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They all seem like bots and refuse to help you. Impossible to get any answers. Avoid at all cost. They won’t refund you even when there is hair in your food! Disgusting!

Several times my order has been well delayed or delivery person failed to deliver it due to not being able to use the intercom system. Today again delivery person never turned up and submitted a picture delivered which was taken not even in front of my building, yet Uber eats refuses to refund. Officially deleting both uber and uber eats permanently!!!

Placed order and spent $40! Driver did not have Base access to Keesler and after picking up items, I could not get them nor would Uber Eats refund me! When order was placed it specifically said, you must have access to Keesler Air Force Base! Why pick up the items knowingly that you could not deliver them! Definitely telling people not to use this service!

driver had no idea how to read map, kept texting me that she was here but wasn't. The app kept telling me she was there and couldn't wait any longer but she could not find the business. (address was correct, business plainly marked). The app called me but it was just a robo call, I tried to call the driver and she didn't speak English so couldn't understand me or my text directions. I did not order from the app, I ordered directly from the restaurant (Velvet Taco) and will not order from them again if they use Uber

Uber eats is terrible, they just take your money and they do not care about their customers. I will never use them again and I will be trashing them on every social media site!!! They have no type of compassion for their customers..

I had placed an order through uber eats app , my order never arrived for which I had paid despite getting in touch with the delivery person. Uber eats was so rude and unfair saying that I will not get a refund for my order. Uber eats don’t update their google maps, hence delivery persons find it difficult to deliver to the right address

Third time on the road I buy something on uber eats and they don’t have the Item, but I got charged for full price. When I try to contact the say: they going to reimburse me but that never happened and instead show great costumers service they just keeping avoiding my messages saying they will getting in touch in couple days, funny is to get your money only take seconds but to give what is yours back takes forever and if you not complain they keept. I strongly recommend ppl to look for other companies this one we can’t trust anymore. RIP #ubbereats

1st experience with Uber Eats. Everything appeared normal but when delivery was one hour late, I texted the driver. No reply. 2 hours late, I called the restaurant. No one ever came to pick up my food. Not the best first impression.

I placed an order with Zaxbys and canceled immediately after literally 2seconds . Uber eats charged me $20 for a freaking cancellation fee because they claim the merchant made the order and they had to reimburse them. I called the restaurant and my order had not been made and they said it showed where I was refunded but I wasn’t . Uber eats is a scam claiming it was in the fine print . Never again will I get anything from uber eats or uber period!!!!!!! I’m furious

This is the worst company to deal with. I ordered wine and snacks for my mother in NY. I live in NC. The order was picked up and when the driver got to my mother's house he would not accept her ID for the order. He said he needed my ID. I'm in NC so that was not possible. The order was canceled by Uber and I was charged a $25 restocking fee by Uber. Uber customer service is useless! I will only use Door Dash in the future.

Beware! Nobody likes forced tipping on apps tips are based on good service time frame and fast and hot so we tip at the door
