Hice una orden que me estàban com8brando el doble la cancele y me cobraron la orden y no habia pasado ni 5 minutos cuando la cancele. Trate de comunicarme y nadie contesto. Puse una Estrella porque no hay cero. Cada dia estan mas caro.

UberEATS is horrendous. A few months back, I ordered food from a restaurant that never showed up. I called the restaurant twice and they said that they were experiencing technical issues with their system and to contact Uber for a refund. I spent €40 on food that I never ever saw and I never received any response from UberEats. Then, after a few months, I gave UberEats a second chance. I ordered two burgers, both without mustard because it's intolerable to me. Both burgers came with mustard and were therefore inedible. I contacted UberEats but they informed me there was no grounds for a refund, even though I could send them photographic evidence. Within two/three months, UberEats made off with over €60 for food that either never showed, or arrived inedible. I will never use UberEats services ever again. The customer service is appalling and the whole system is a scam. Use any other delivery service.

They charged me the full price of my order, because I canceled the order just few seconds later. I have chosen tge wrong location. To me its a very unfair and unacceptable policy. How would you feel if your cancelation fee of you dentist be $2000? I immediately logged deleted the app. Surely there are more reasonable app s to use.

Uber Eats, needs a complete revamp when it comes to its customer service reps and many of its drivers. What's the point in having a Help option, or a chat server to inform the company of mistakes in regards to your order?! The fact that a driver has picked up your other, and goes past the latest time for it to be delivered, and then cancels it on their end, is absolutely ridiculous and complete thievery. 70% of the time, when you reach to the company to explain what occurred, they give you a condescending response, and say, 'Unfortunately, we can't adjust the charges/offer a refund or give you a credit, due to their policy'. Talk about some bs. They're basically saying, we offer a delivery service, which the customer is required to pay for and tip, ahead of time, before we release your order to the restaurant. On top of that, if our drivers mess up your order, by delivering it to the wrong location, because they can't be bothered to read the delivery instructions, all we can and WILL do, is offer you a meaningless apology, whilst NOT abiding our policies, if it's going to cost us". We sincerely appreciate your business and hope that you'll continue to do business with us. My only business, is to not refer anyone to Uber Cheats, and send them elsewhere.

I just sat on the phone for 20 minutes with Uber eats over an order because on their app didn’t disclose the location of the restaurant. I asked them to cancel the order they said no they had to wait until the order would be delivered. I said the location is over 40 minutes away. No driver is going to deliver that order. They said wait until then so now it’ll wait two hours to eat and than when one one delivers i’m sure than they will refund order. I’m done w uber eats.

Placed order and noticed the address was incorrect. Cancelled the order literally within one minute and was still charged $50

Most of the time the delivery/delivery person is good and the experience is generally decent, until it isn't. Then if you try to get in contact with customer service about issues or extremely rude/angry drivers, everything goes out the window. Tried to get in contact with customer service over issues only to be left on read for over 24hrs with absolutely no solution in sight. Not worth the hassle or grievances they won't fix. Plus the constant pressure to upgrade to Uber one is extremely annoying. It pops up in your face the second you open the page.

worst service to sign in if you're a business. They toss you from an operator to another, ask the same questions. What you do with Grubhub and doordash in few minutes takes days with Uber Eats

We ordered Five guys from them two days ago. When we received our food we opened up the cheeseburger a roach crawled out. My husband was able to flick it off and stomp on it. Just the thought of the health violation. It's been almost 48 hours and Uber eats as yet to respond to the heath violation. I have no trust left for this company

I ordered a bunch of items for dinner. The main entre for two was missing. Uber eats AI bot just kept telling us the order was reviewed and no refund was coming. Something like that. I was swindled $30 and all they had to do was give a credit. But instead I lost money. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Being fair, I only disputed the missing items. Uber eats didn’t respond to the credit card company so my dispute was approved. HOWVER, Uber, the ride share side, wouldn’t let me order a ride until I paid them back for the disputed amount. The practices of this company will be taught in business schools as how not to run a business.

Ordered through McDonald's App and delivery by Ubereats. First time I've used these and what a chaotic experience. Food arrived half missing and freezing cold, rang McDonalds who didn't really want to know and told me to ring Uber, what a pointless customer service Uber have, foreign advisors who can barely speak English and are difficult to understand. They were shocking to deal with and I basically got knowere. I would never ever use these again and id never order with McDonalds for delivery as both services are very very poor and shouldn't really be delivering food in this state.

Horrible! 2 hours past latest delivery time. Tried to reach driver, with no luck at all. Reached out to restaurant and customer service only to be left more confused. Driver changed then 30 minutes later I am told in foreign language that the restaurant was closed. Wtf? So no delivery again If that wasn't enough I tried customer service chat both not and supposed human only to be told the same damn retoric and then they disconnected the chat. Never again.

I wouldn't use them ever again. Support is hard to get in touch with, they are unhelpful and allow drivers to steal from their customers. They draw you in with a tempting offer the catch for someone struggling you do it then it never arrives. You contact them about it because it was your last bit of money and they tell you over and over they can't confirm it wasn't delivered so they won't refund it. Yes it's only $11 I paid after the coupon but it's literally all the money I had left. They are greedy and I understand people take advantage of it but what about the ones that aren't? Worst company ever! I really hope you never find yourself in the situation you have left me in. Not to mention anywhere else if they leave your order by your door they attach a picture to the receipt there was no picture. You should require your driver's to take pictures to prove they left it. Furthermore they should be required to call you to let you know they are there especially when the order arrives almost an hour early.

Never received my order the customer service was terrible I could not get a hold of anybody they stole my credit card number and use it to order themselves stuff very terrible place I never order from Uber Eats again horrible horrible business I can't believe they are allowed to stay in business they totally ruined my birthday

The driver drove past my clearly marked buiding and dropped my food on a table in a different building. He did not go to reception, as requested, where he would have been told it was the wrong address. My building has a big sign with the address over the door. The delivery picture helped my receptionist recognize the building, and my sick husband hiked over to get the now cold pizza. When I contacted UberEats, they said “Sorry that happened.” No response to my lost time and ruined dinner. Plus they added a service charge that was not on the original order. I was not treated fairly after a terrible delivery.

I placed an order at 6:45pm from Five Guys with a 50 minute estimated delivery time which is normal. The time consistently changed for delivery with a final estimate of 9:10 p.m. which was nearly two and a half hours after I placed the order. Customer service resolution was abysmal and kept asking me over and over what my issue was despite typing it multiple times. No one could answer my question as to what the long delay was and the delivery driver never responded to my text message. At approximately 8:30 p.m. I got a message from Uber eating my order had been canceled. After escalating the issue the only thing I was told is there were more orders than there were drivers which makes absolutely no sense.

I'm very upset and dissatisfied with Uber Eats. My food was delivered 20 minutes and very cold. The customer service representative told me, he cold only credit my $4 to my uber eats account.

They drove around for 50 minutes in 10 degree weather with my food on the drivers backseat floor board. Food was freezing cold. Was told it was delivered by the time promised so I was out $35. Attempted to heat it up. Chicken became dry and biscuits became rocks. Screw them! Deleted app and never using that service again!!!!
