I placed an order at 6:45pm from Five Guys with a 50 minute estimated delivery time which is normal. The time consistently changed for delivery with a final estimate of 9:10 p.m. which was nearly two and a half hours after I placed the order. Customer service resolution was abysmal and kept asking me over and over what my issue was despite typing it multiple times. No one could answer my question as to what the long delay was and the delivery driver never responded to my text message. At approximately 8:30 p.m. I got a message from Uber eating my order had been canceled. After escalating the issue the only thing I was told is there were more orders than there were drivers which makes absolutely no sense.

I'm very upset and dissatisfied with Uber Eats. My food was delivered 20 minutes and very cold. The customer service representative told me, he cold only credit my $4 to my uber eats account.

They drove around for 50 minutes in 10 degree weather with my food on the drivers backseat floor board. Food was freezing cold. Was told it was delivered by the time promised so I was out $35. Attempted to heat it up. Chicken became dry and biscuits became rocks. Screw them! Deleted app and never using that service again!!!!

Uber has the worst customer service. They can't answer your issues. Very rude. And can't talk to a supervisor. They then hang up on you when they can't answer you. Please don't use them

I ordered a egg nc muffin and it was stale and they would only refund me 3.23$ witch doesn’t not even cover the cost of the sandwich very rude customer service I would not recommend using this app

The Uber eats driver delivered the wrong bag to me from the supermarket. He took the bag back and told me to get a refund with Uber eats. Uber eats gave me half my money back and I’m left with nothing. Will use Doordash next time. Never again!

I applied a voucher. It showed up in my account. I went to pay. The pay screen showed the voucher applied. When I tried to pay it requires a credit card be entered. There is no way around it. Completely ridiculous. I naively believe they just want a card on file so I enter it. The payment screen still shows the voucher applied, phew. I go to click submit, and my card, not the voucher was charged. The voucher shows the full amount. I deleted my card from the platform, and don’t even care to use the voucher anymore. There is no such thing as customer service for this company it seems so I learned a lesson, they lose a customer for life. I only with the provider of the voucher could be refunded since uber so selfishly took both our money.

I had waited almost an hour for my food to arrive just to find out that the driver had left it on a trash can outside of a Red Robin’s. I tried calling him to let him know where I was and felt like he was trying to dismiss me and get rid of my order as soon as possible because the first thing he asked for when he answered was for the confirmation code. I believe he was frustrated and just wanted a free meal, and when I had called uber support, they told me there was nothing they could do and pretty much told me to suck it up. Not only that, but they made it sound as if it was my fault that my food couldn’t be delivered because I had “put in the wrong address” I, in fact, did not put in the wrong address. It makes me feel sick to play this card, but it is, and was, not my fault because he couldn’t speak English. I went out of my way to translate for him and I was left ignored. I was then told by a representative that Uber policy is that if the driver can’t find the customer, then they can leave it wherever. I was also told that I couldn’t report the driver because “Uber needs to protect their drivers”…um…he was never in danger, I wanted to report him because he didn’t do his job and blatantly ignored me after I tried reaching out for a third time. I will never be using Uber again, not after this horrible experience, and especially not after the way I was treated while I was trying to reach out for help. All I wanted was a refund. :(

Ordered pizza from a shop 10 minutes away. Uber sent it to a shop 1/2 hour hiway ride away. It got here late after he first delivered it to my neighbor 3 doors down, it was cold. The jackass would not adjust the bill for cold pizza, i adjusted tip to zero after this, 3 hours later, they charged back the tip. Im chalenging this on my visa. Ubereats sucks ittybittytinybabywalrusnuts.

We Ordered our food at 445pm delivery time was supposed to be by 515 pm then 520 then 530 then it was canceled by Uber eats. I WILL NEVER USE UBER EATS AGAIN. THIS WAS BS

I received the wrong size in blizzards and they won’t do anything about it. I will not use uber eats again. At least door dash gives you a credit when the order is wrong

Scammers . They promote deals but then there is no options to get the deals even if you are choosing the correct options available for the deals. If you make an order and accidentally put for delivery when you meant pickup, there is no option to change or cancel it. There is no option to dispute these scam promos as they have no contact info. You can start a chat, but they won't get back to you for hours which will just be a generic response saying they can't do anything. If the driver delivers your food more than an hour later and it is stone cold all you can do is leave them a bad review but nothing else.

Our food order from MrBeast contained plastic teal colored pieces and residue melted into the bread and cheese which compromised the quality of all the food. We couldn’t bring ourselves to trust and eat any item purchased. It’s disturbing to get a response from Ubereats indicating that they were only going to refund for one burger and one fries when the whole food is contaminated and compromised. Pictures showed the evidence. We will never be ordering through Ubereats again.

I was a driver for uber eats. I got into an accident while doing a delivery. Now I have no car. No way to go to work. And uber eats is not helping to get a rental or helping me to get a vehicle while my car is getting fixed or tow. They won’t take care you to get a new car. Or helping you with lost of wage while you have no car to go to work. You are on your own. I will never never work for uber never again or recommend you to work for this company. If you gave an accident you are on your own.
