The driver never delivered my food and they never refunded me even after reaching out to support multiple times

Uber eats will NEVER get another dollar out of me. 1st off their customer service is freaking horrible!! 2nd you can place an order and your food gets to u super late and this has happened to me numerous of times they do not like refunding your money. The only reason I kept using them is simply because of the discounts. This whole uber eats is a freaking joke! Never tf again!!!

Did not receive an item with my order. The order was delivered without a bag or receipt (pizza). I messaged Uber for a refund and quickly got denied. I provided proof via the photo the driver left of the items he delivered. I provided a copy of the receipt from the app and my email and still my refund was denied. I contacted support again and asked to have this issue looked at by a supervisor. (I know. Full Karen right?). Still got denied and the customer support agent ended the conversation there. I'm LIVID. At this point Uber has stolen from me, verified that they stole from me, and refused help on any grounds. I've decatived my account (both eats, and as an Uber driver) and I will HAPPILY join a class action suit as soon as someone is willing to start one.

After having a tamper proof seal broken on my order with a burger and fries missing. and trying to rectify the problem all I got was a we will get back to you in 6to 12hours. No response is inexcusable.

Was charged 20.31 for an order I never received. Drivers kept changing- minimum of 3 drivers. Customer service claimed they encourage customers to contact support before cancelling the order yet the chatbox is what responds to you. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I’d receive the same response. What a joke! Save your money, use door dash instead!!!!

Forced me to order for my restaurant that was more than 45 minutes away from my house so by the time the food would get here it would be inedible. Had the nerve to not let me cancel without paying the fee. The customer service person from overseas was less than helpful kept repeating the same nonsense. God forbid you talk to a human now based in the US.

My order was over an hour late and then they refused a refund and I have no comms with the driver only a photo of my house but no food arrived. The driver didn’t knock on my door, ring my doorbell. Don’t move your food business to Uber. You will lose customers.

I use them all the time and they are awful. Estimated arrival 11:52 - 12:15. Update Estimated arrival 12:33 - 12:47. Update Estimated arrival 12:58 - 1:13. Update Estimated arrival 1:33 - 1:48 Actually arrives at 2:00. Unbelievable: how bad this service is while having psychotic prices.

BE aware: I am customer that was delivered food with cockroaches! It was in one of the containers, honestly, I haven't went through every single box, but the first I opened was enough. I asked for a full refund, because I respect myself and family. No one was going to eat after seeing this! Well, Uber eats could not do an exception and refunded only one plate. Like, guys, eat everything else. Ridiculous. Order number #4F50B

Everything went wrong. Sent $300 worth of groceries to the wrong house. The driver sent me an image of the house she delivered to. When I called customer service they told me I put in some random address. When I showed them a screenshot of the information I sent they gave me an address which did not even match the address shown in the picture they sent me. So they dropped off my groceries to an address that was different from the wrong address they had!! Doubly wrong. Then they basically told me that they acknowledge they got it wrong but it’s not their policy to refund customers. They even had the audacity to thank me for being a loyal customer and better luck next time. Ha! I will NEVER use Uber again for anything.

I just recently started using Uber eats. I realize how much a scam it is. First I kept getting emails that if I place five orders, I get Uber cash. Lol I placed twenty, and never got it. But today I placed an order, my order is completely wrong. My issue is that Customer service doesn't respond. Do they not have a customer service team? Anyhow based on the other bad reviews too, I'm all set. They just lost someone who enjoys ordering lunch at work, but it won't be through them.

Store has cctv of uber driver being given two bags. Only one was delivered! Over half my order missing and uber support refusing to refund me or do absolutely anything. Driver even lied and said he was only given one bag when there is clear evidence to the contrary. DO NOT USE UBER EATS!

Ripoff!! Uber Eats is not a good business! I’ve had issues in IL and WI. Their customer service is a joke! They charged me $18.00, which was the full order amount due to a cancellation. Once I realized an order had generated I quickly cancelled. I had issues with the website and I’m not sure what happened. They refused to give me a refund even though I did not receive an order. Can you imagine being charged $18.00 for one Blizzard from Dairy Queen? I would never pay that much! Steer clear of them because they do not care about their customers.

I was charged £7.19 which was the price of my whole order for cancelling not even 2 minutes after placing it. I contacted Uber Eats support to explain the situation and even offered to provide screenshots. As a loyal, regular customer, I expected at least a fair explanation or a refund but I received neither. There was no clear warning in the app that I would be charged a cancellation fee, and support was completely unhelpful, dismissive and extremely slow. I'm extremely disappointed with how this was handled. Uber Eats needs to improve transparency and treat regular customers with more respect. They have a lost a loyal customer I shall order from their competitor from now on.

Always an issue. Says my delivery is going to be between 30 and 45 minutes. It's about 30 minutes from the time I order, and another hour between the time the driver picks it up and it's delivered. It's clearly an issue with them having not enough delivery drivers but yet they're still making the same amount of money. They say they won't refund you for quality issues but this is literally been the second time in 3 days for me. I only use them because I had discount codes. I have a doordash account and membership but I thought I would try Uber Eats to save some money, but it wasn't worth it because my food wasn't edible.

Every time I order from anywhere I have to wait for an hour and a half or more and the food is always cold when it gets here. If I could give it zero stars I would. I’ll be canceling my subscription.

I ordered three things. There was a one drink with the order. I didn’t get the drink. There was just one bag at my door, when I opened it there wasn’t any drink in the bag either. I thought maybe be the driver forget it or something. I called him right away, then he said it was just one bag. He didn’t got any drink from the restaurant. Then I called the restaurant they said they don’t pack drinks inside the bag, because it will get messy, so they just put it on the side in a tray or something, and they told the driver that drink is on the side. They gave him a bag and a drink also. I just got the bag. May be the driver took it. The restaurant told me it happened regularly that customers don’t receive their drinks. This is so bad. It shouldn’t be happening. Today it was one drink missing next time it can be a whole order. If i want to i can mention driver’s name but I’ll not do that. I don’t want to loose his job or something. But don’t do this guys. This is unacceptable. Very bad experience. I have complained about it, but didn’t get the refund yet
