Ordered food and the time kept getting longer. After an hour I checked with the restaurant and the order had been sitting there for 45 minutes. There still was no driver assigned. Canceled the order and ordered it directly from the restaurant for pick up. When I went to pick up the new order 30 minutes later the Uber order was still there. The order directly from the restaurant was more than 50% less. I won't be using Uber Eats going forward

They do not support their drivers. They will send you somewhere for a large order when you find out, the restaurant is closed and not compensate you for your time or mileage

Terrible customer service. I created a ticket automatically right after my order and then I followed up a week later asking what's going on with it, and they said it's too late to look into. Also, I've had a few times where I ordered from a restaurant that was closed.

They charged me full even after using their given 40% and I only noticed once my payment went through. It's clear fraud. I cancelled the order as soon as I notice it and inform the customer service team. They ignored my complaint, took cancellation charge and never responded my message.

I’m very disappointed in Uber , I was given a drive that didn’t even speak English (ERAKAN) the drivers name. I was trying to communicate where I needed my food handed to me and he did what he wanted to do and I never got my food I call UBER EATS support and wasn’t given an support whatsoever I asked if I can get a refund because I never received my food he said he couldn’t contact the driver no more but I reordered the food and I had the same driver and I still never received a refund and they took all 28.77 of my money.

Driver was terrible. Wouldn't bring items to apartment. Decided to intermittently stop speaking English when he didn't want to answer question or demands. Horrible. I can't believe there's no way to cancel the tip. The charges are absurd. There's an extra thirty dollars on a four item order (2 sandwiches, 2 deserts) to make the final bill a hundred thirty dollars!!!!!

@ubereats i placed 2 orders yesterday your uber driver basically stole my money and food he took a picture like he was dropping both off and proceeded to leave with both my orders you guys have refunded 1 of the orders but not the second and they were both done at the same time by same delivery driver its not making sense i want my money back yall basically let your driver rob me!!!

As a driver for Uber eats, I have yet to make any money....they send you on 30 min rides and pay $9 or less...all day I'm constantly putting what little money they pay me back in my car to get to the next destination... Don't drive for Uber, it's a rip off job

Took almost 3 hrs to get my $110.00 food order. Culvers mixer was completely melted and everything else was ice cold. I live 20 minutes from culvers and it said driver had 1 stop before me. Told support to have driver come back and get the food....inedible!! She gave me a $19.00 credit on $110.00 of junk!!! NEVER AGAIN!! i wont use the $19, they can stick it where the sun don't shine!!

I bought a buy one get one free from mint Indian and it still cost me $42. It’s unacceptable the fees and charges that Uber places on your order. I’m done I’m canceling and I’ll never order from them again. This restaurant specifically gives you a lot of sauce and a lot of rice but no meat. I’m so disappointed. Two for one and you still pay $42? This is absurd.

Customer service is horrible. I ordered a $50 gift card for a friend with cancer. She never received it & your customer service said there was nothing they could do. I will never use your company again & will tell everyone I know not to use Uber Eats.

Horrible customer service. I had a terrifying experience with them today; they charged a $31 cancellation fee (total order charge). I kept telling them I canceled the order within seconds because I added the wrong delivery address. They should shut down their services if they are unable to provide fair services. Prices are always sky-high. I have been using this app for quite some time but am totally disappointed today. There should be a phone number to call for customer service.

This app has become a joke. Drivers let your food sit after it’s ready so that they can wait for another order to come in. The app continuously updates the latest arrival time and then customer service tells you it’s not past the delivery time. I used to order 3-4 times a week because I work two jobs. This last experience is what I needed to confirm I won’t be doing that anymore.

I recently had an absolutely appalling experience with Uber. A delivery driver hit my landlord’s parked car and fled the scene. They were fully aware that I was home and had witnessed it, yet still chose to leave. Despite this being a criminal offence in Canada under Section 320.16 of the Criminal Code ("Failure to Remain"), Uber has refused to provide any information or support. I have reported the incident by phone, through their in-app chat, and via their online form, but have received no meaningful response. They have not shared any information with me, with the police, or even with their own insurance provider. One support agent bizarrely referenced HIPAA laws as a reason for withholding information. We are in Canada, and this has nothing to do with healthcare. A simple search would show that this excuse is completely invalid and a clear sign of negligence. To make matters worse, Uber continues to block any follow-up, stating that I have an "open" case. However, every conversation is marked as resolved or archived in the app, with no way to escalate or continue the dialogue. What are they hiding? A criminal offence was committed, and Uber is actively standing in the way of justice. This is more than poor service. It is a failure of corporate responsibility and public safety. At this point, I am seriously considering whether a class-action lawsuit is the only way to ensure accountability.

I had an order issue that I had reported. Your driver did not deliver the correct order to me and I went through everything, taking pictures of the order that was delivered but not mine. Your automated msg tells me its ineligible for a refund. I did NOT receive my order. It's that simple. why am I paying $51.84 for something I never received? I ordered Pho Ha and received an order for Ken T, Pauls Pizza. Telling me the order matches the delivery. ENLIGHTEN me, how does Pho match with Pizza? But Ubereats just close chats on you and says it's resolved. Worst Customer service ever.

Terrible everything!! From the driver to customer service!! Never received my order. They claimed the driver tried to reach me...that's an absolute lie. I had my phone on me and was tracking the driver on my computer...no one tried contacting me. It was a cake being delivered to my husband's work for our anniversary. They wouldn't give me a refund. Couldn't spare to give me back my $25. I will never order from them again! Terrible!!! And why is it impossible to find a phone number to actually speak with a human?
