“Second time I received my food with sticker seal removed and food missing . Uber refuses to take responsibility for the people they employ . They offer a 2 dollar refund . I can’t give this to my child with the chances of someone tampering with the food , now I spent over $40 on a meal I can’t even consume. Absolutely trash never using this app again .”

“I have no idea why I want something for £5 and have to pay £11! I mean it's ridiculous whats the point of writing subtotal £5 and then waisting my time for 5 minutes just to find out it's £11! You aren't going to get many orders if it's this expensive! And service change? You can presume that the service was good and ask me to pay £3! This is ridiculous change your prices or your getting nowhere!”

“The delivery man never responded back to give me about an updated on when he would be delivering my food. I waited for almost an hour and my food never brought to me. When I canceled my order they did not give me a refund when I asked. Instead they charged me a cancellation fee of $12. Do not order from uber eats. Awful service.”

“If I could give no stars I would. I recently accidentally hit place order before order was complete. Immediately I cancelled order and uber still charged me the full price stating merchant had received order. I contacted the merchant who said they had not received order”

“Let me tell you I really wish that we can just go back to the regular delivery experience as opposed to Uber eats. These guys could care less about us. I made an order and these guys never even showed up and then I had to argue with them to get my money back. This has got to be the most insane thing and I had to get so upset over $20 and then for them to tell me that they showed up and I have cameras on my house all throughout my house that shows you that they never did. This is an argue with them about it. I swear I will never order from them again nor will I ever take an Uber in my life, I really wish that things would go back to the way it was back in the day when you can call restaurant and they would just deliver it.”

“Uber Eats has lost their mind! I pay for Uber One, I pick a restaurant that either had no delivery charge or one that minimal. Please tell me why they charge over $18 on a $70 order for service fees!! WTF! They might as well be Uber/Dash! No more!”

“If I could give zero I would. I was charged for a pizza .. $32.38 that I HAD CANCELED cuz the app had a fricken glitch and there was no way to contact them, every phone # , every option in the app failed. So I contacted the BBB. No surprise they r NOT registered but have may complaints plus one more from me. Deleting app. Door dash only from now on.”

“This application is a disaster and a rip-off. They charge you more than in restaurants and they try to take all your money and they don't want to pay their employees well, so they take more money from us to give them tips. I think you are too rich to pay your employees well and be efficient.”

“I ordered Mc Donald’s from Uber Eats and they gave me salmonella and Uber won’t take any responsibility nor look into it to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. They sent me the very generic sorry you had a bad experience if you need further assistance please contact the restaurant. And the restaurant tells you to contact Uber.”

“For all you out there that think a $3 fee is good enough to go to Sam's club pick up a whole carload of food and supplies with no tip Y'all need to get your heads out your butts it starts hipping your Uber drivers way better because they take their time and gas and someone's struggling just as bad as the next but you want them to unload the stuff and it's like 20,000 items start paying them better”

“Everything UBER SUCKSSSS!!!! To the stupid people who created uber. You’re an A$$!!!! Your service sucks and you don’t fix the problem. Your driver took my order. I don’t care if it was left in front of the building. Nope picture to prove he left it. Like r u serious. Protect yourself an me. An I have seen them take a pic. A still take my food. I try an go get my own food because depending on your uber eats or your ride sucks. A you always over charge on the rides. Like what is wrong with u. You make people want to get a car a day F uber eats!!! F Uber. Completely. I haven’t ate because my order was not delivered. “I ordered and it added some things I did not want. Probably from something I had previously looked at. When the order came up to $40 for the sandwich I ordered, I immediately canceled. The order was not delivered, but was one day later the order was not refundable because the restaurant had already begun making the 5 sandwiches. I received no sandwich and ended up tipping a driver that never came.”

“Ordered my food through Uber eats, with no receipt and etc. Food was very salty, I ask them Uber eats and wingstop to either refund or remake my food they decline. Very poor service, the food was salty salty salty and I spent over $64 including tips for the driver. I will never order from this place again or from Uber eats because neither off them have consumer satisfication in mind.. You get what you get if you don't like it too bad SMH. Consumers be aware, I warn you all Go to another place”
