The actual company Uber Eats is a joke. Every time I place an order there’s no way to know what store they are sending my order to and inevitably they send it to a store that is 20 minutes farther from where the closest location is to me. There is also no phone number for customer service on Uber Eats. There is no way when you order an Uber ride to see your driver and car ahead of time and inevitably I pick luxury and get a filthy car that’s filled with air fresheners that I’m allergic to and some nasty driver. There has to be a better way and there has to be a way when you’ve given somebody poor ratings that you don’t get sent the same driver or the same delivery person , you should be able ahead of time to say no and request another driver. The worst is when you order food and it comes to you cold because it’s the apps fault not the drivers fault because they sent it to a restaurant several miles further from where you live than the closest restaurant. Looking for a better company

We ordered food, never arrived, tried to contact driver, ignored, routed to three different drivers, still not delivered and UberEats refuses to refund money!

First time ever I use them and they failed to deliver, driver phoned me and could hardly manage a word of English , he already had the address, but said he couldn’t find me , so while he hung on the phone i stood like a fool at the bottom of my drive, but the driver still couldn’t find me, he cut me off after 10 mins and dumped the order on another drive somewhere,then cancelled the order blaming me. What load of Uber scammers.

I ordered Popeyes through Uber Eats and made a same day complaint. They told me my issue was resolved but never replaced my money as promised. When I contacted Uber eats again, they told me 48 hours had passed and it was too late. They are dirty theives and I cannot wait until Trump takes care of them all

Uber charged my card for an order never ordered then returned that same order to the store charging me an additional 25.00 restocking fee. WHAT A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS YOU JUSY LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER FOR GOOD HOPE YOU GO BANKRUPT

I placed a delivery order and a burger was missing when it got delivered. It's impossible to get this resolved. I tried the virtual assistant in the app but it kept crashing. I rang the restaurant and they gave me the number of an Uber support line. I rang that line and they said they couldn't help me and I'd have to ring McDonalds. I rang McDonalds back and was told I would have to drive to the restaurant to collect the burger which I'd paid for the delivery of. They then gave me another number of head office. I rang that and they said I'd have to ring a different Uber number. I rang that and they said I have to go through their app. I went on that and they finally agreed to give me a refund. £2.97 refund for a missing £6.89 burger. When I queried that, they pasted some default text about it being McDonalds fault then refused to talk to me. Pathetic.

made many order but always ither bits are misses or the whole order am deleting the app and wouldn't recommend anyone to use , used to be good but the past year had gone down hill massively

Tried Uber Eats tonight since I had a coupon thru Instacart. It was horrible. Not the driver, Uber Eats. Impossible to deal with. Never again.

I placed my first Uber Eats order tonight. It was 2 for 1 pizza order and was never delivered, even though Uber Eats continuously says it was delivered. I placed an order directly with Papa John’s after Uber Eats refused to acknowledge their error and rectify the issue. I called their “customer service” number and the recording told me to go to the website for resolution. That was a joke. Chatbots telling me again and again I was ineligible for a refund. The driver app took a pic of the delivery location and that was enough evidence for them. I will NEVER place another order with Uber eats and although I demanded a cancellation of my subscription, I’ve not received confirmation. Do NOT trust Uber Eats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our oder never arrived the driver delivered to wrong address we got a refund thru Uber eats however the driver needs to be disciplined for this kind of mishap and I would like u et eats to give me compensation even though I got a refund as that food was for my kids they had to go to bed hungry as it was too late to order again

Would rate 0. I have diet restrictions. I ordered food worth 61 dollars and received someone else's order completely different from what I ordered. I recieved no customer support from Uber eats and received no return or refund. Apparently when I raised a complaint the order i received matched my order and there was nothing I could do. I will never use this stupid app again.

My order never arrived. The driver marked it as delivered but took the food for themselves. This is absolutely unacceptable, dishonest, and unprofessional. Uber needs to take strict action against this driver.

First attempt got stolen by the driver, and my credit card got charged! Second attempt at the same restaurant kept getting delayed, changing drivers, until it finally got cancelled 4 HOURS LATER!! DO NOT GET SUCKED IN BY THE $25 OFF COUPON!!!THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!

We ordered Uber eats tonight. The order arrives raw. I had the pleasure of several chats with somebody from Pakistan. Three phone calls later. I received three emails from Russia. When I called Uber regarding this, they hung up on me.

Some unber shoppers dontcare about customers needs.Some of them steal yur items before delivering. How can you tick off that you picked up and cash out items and then upon arrival my order is missing items.Other times they dont search for items they just cross it off as unavailabe. Worst thing most times those are the items that are most essential.

I didn’t order fraud with my fries, but Uber Eats served it anyway. I paid for my order, and somehow, they still “helped themselves” to more money afterward. Never thought I’d be paying extra for the privilege of waiting for cold fries.

I order my son's pizza at pizza hut to be delivered by Uber eats and decided to get the big bundle paid for it. Added my tip. Waited and watched the app. It got picked up by Stacy at 4:11pm. Watch her little car on the app go everywhere. I tried messaging her and calling her thinking she was lost. She never answered me. Then I watched her car be at the same location for 30 minutes which was about 15 miles away from me. I called up pizza hut and she did pick up my pizza. Then on the app or showed merchel continue my delivery but he went to pizza hut and told them I was not home. I ended up getting hold of ubereats on the app to cancel. After all the tub around and everything it got canceled at 5:39. It was my first and last time trying to use ubereats. I should have known after seeing on Facebook, Instagram and toktok how bad experiences is really common with Ubereats.
