Today I placed an order for 4:00-4:30pm and it was confirmed. The next thing I knew, at 12:45, I received notification that the restaurant, A****, was preparing my order! Not willing to accept an order 3 hours ahead, I started on the text chat with UberEats and also their “human agent”. After 45 minutes of trying to get them to understand my problem, I contacted the restaurant. They said that the order they received said 1:00pm and that UberEats would have to put the order through again. So, after googling, I found the customer service number for UberEats (well hidden). I called and explained. They needed to call the restaurant. When UberEats got back to me, they said that A***** wasn’t willing to redo the order. UberEats wouldn’t reorder it or “can’t” refund the money from the order. I am canceling my UberOne membership and won’t order again from them. I am out the $ I paid for a 4:00 order! Update: UberEats delivered my order at 2:45! I guess this is the food prepared for 1:00! Not acceptable any way you look at it.

The driver picked up my order and sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes. I messaged them saying "may I ask why you've had the food for 10 minutes but are still sitting In the parking lot?" To which the driver replied I have not been sitting here with your food, I will go bring your food back and tell the restaurant to call you. When I said no thank you I just want my food while it's still warm he refused unless the restaurant called me. He then drove close enough to my house for Uber to reveal my name, and my house number and then he cancelled the order. Uber is denying my request for a refund (I never got my food, and now my safety is jeopardized) I've been fighting with them for days and they keep denying it saying that it goes against their refund policy.

Finally last straw. I am done with Uber eats. First occurrence place order for delivery. Estimated time kept changing to later and later. After waiting over an hour for my food get a message from uber that order had been cancelled. No explanation of why. Second occurrence place order placed order but realized immediately that delivery address was wrong. Cancelled order on app but was told I would be charged anyway. Do not do uber eats not customer friendly.

I ordered hot coffees thru uber eats Dunkin Donuts , Mystic. I asked for priority delivery.i received a message that Dunkin had to find another driver. I ordered at 8:28. It arrived approximately 9:40. During this time I was on chat, ending up chatting with Melvin. He was going to give me a full refund but then said I think it’s been delivered. I looked and it had arrived an hour late and cold. The point being an hour is not priority and I was given a credit for $3.49. Never again Uber Eats.

I was completely locked out of my trading account after my withdrawal request got rejected. It felt like my entire investment was at risk. I’ve heard of this happening to others too, and it’s honestly terrifying. But when I reached out for support, Mrs. Mercy and her team didn’t let me down. They got me back on track and helped recover my money

It's the customer service on the app....it's literally like talking to a wall. U can thoughgully explain an issue in detail and the rep can't seem to comprehend anything but what was on the script they are cut and pasting right back to ya. I've stopped using Uber eats. It's just too frustrating.

I order food and realized it was the wrong address and the order didn’t even go through I hit cancel only one minute after it was confirmed, but they still charged me, saying the food was already made, I jyst order one minute ago how was it made and on Uber eats it’s no one to talk to just a computer. That was my last time using them.

1 hora y 40 minutos después me cancelan el pedido sin más explicaciones. No hya manera de hablar con un humano y si quieres cancelar el pedido habiendo llegado una hora más tarde te dicen que te lo cobran igual. Si, si, lo que oyes. Como te llegue tarde te lo comes frío y lo pagas enterito. Son tan malos e impresentables que he desinstalado la aplicación. Ojalá leas mi reseña y te haga pensartelo dos veces antes de utilizarlos.

I placed my order around 6:30pm and was told that the driver was on the way. Then after waiting for almost an hour I was informed that they had to get another driver and he needs to make another stop before coming to my house. He arrived at 8:30pm with soggy fire house sub sandwiches 3 total. I need a refund.

Shocking ! visiting from UK so far two bad experiences. Latest being the worse ordered from Wendy's not only was it 45 minutes late after being assigned to about 6 different drivers the food that came was cold. Loads missing from the delivery and I was only compensated a measley $2.45 when the cost of what was missing was far more. Will never use again

I didn’t receive my groceries even though I was told by the first of 5 I would get my order. I was told by the last representative that ai would not get my order and as well be charged for the entire order. Their system glitched and had a completely different address which so had ordered before with no problems. They told me sorry but I would be charged for the entire order plus no groceries. I called my card service immediately as well as BBB.

I gave them a 2 because I did get my refund. But, the service and customer service is horrible. I came here to encourage everyone that when you have issues with companies like UberEats and are owed a refund, but the company refuses. Please file a complaint with the BBB and your state Attorney General's Office of Consumer Affairs. Many people don't do reviews on companies. If they do, they don't file complaints with these places. These companies should be held accountable for how they treat their customers. And, no amount of money owed to you should be lost due to their being inept and uncaring to their customers. Every time I file a complaint that was obviously the companies fault, I get my money back or credit. There was only 1 time I didn't and it was because it was partially my fault so I closed the case. These companies do not like getting these kind of complaints from the BBB or Attorney General's office. It doesn't take that long to do. The form on the BBB site is really quick to complete. You just have to be willing to do it. The more it's done, the more likely companies will want to fix issues and addresses problems in their operations. So, I encourage more people to do it. I fight for my money. It's not just the point of the money. It that companies shouldn't be allowed to get away with treating their customers this way.
