I had a personal and business account and spent a lot of money with this company. So today I placed an order and three different drivers were assigned to my delivery but I never received my order and when I contacted customer service I was advised that I was still being charged a ridiculous fee for the merchant and driver I was told through the chat bot in the app. Now please tell me where that is fair and I still didn't get my food. I canceled my subscription personal and professional. Can't work with a company that can't guarantee delivery of my order and also just steal my money for a made up policy that leaves the customer without nothing good service, food etc.

Absolute garbage. I ordered from a restaurant that is 5 minutes from my hotel. Driver didn't start moving until 20 minutes after the order was ready, even though he was 10 minutes away. Cancelled the order and picked up my cold food myself. And, predictably enough, Uber Eates makes it so that you can't contact them about that particular problem. Never again.

I’ve used Uber Eats plenty of times before but this last order really pushed my patience. I ordered a Coke with ice and they brought me tea instead. Honestly, I’m not even mad about the drink — mistakes happen. What I’m mad about is the complete lack of customer service. Uber Eats is one of those companies that constantly says they “value their customers” and “thank you for being a loyal member.” But those are just empty words they have to say to sound good, not something they actually mean. When I reached out to support, they offered me a 30 cent credit. Thirty cents! That doesn’t even cover the drink I paid for. I explained the issue again and again, but all I got back were canned responses and silence. At one point I sat there waiting over two hours without anyone actually helping me. I’ve been a loyal customer, and I don’t think it’s too much to expect a fair refund or at least some genuine customer service. Instead, I felt ignored and brushed off. It’s frustrating and honestly makes me rethink using Uber Eats at all. Uber Eats clearly relies on automated systems and canned replies because it’s cheaper than paying for real people to answer phones and handle problems. That might save them money, but it leaves customers stuck with poor service. Until they start valuing their customers and providing real support, I can’t recommend using Uber Eats.

Worst experience ever! I ordered some food from a local restaurant that totaled out to be about $37 and it is a restaurant that is owned by a friend of mine right down the street. I ordered it and then decided that I was going to cancel it and just go pick it up so I wouldn’t have to pay the astronomical fees that Uber charges plus all the nonsense associated with waiting an hour for my food. I canceled it 30 seconds later and they charged me $27 quoting that the restaurant had already accepted the order and that they would be paying that money to the restaurant in the driver for their time, I then called the restaurant owner who is a friend of mine and she told me that they get absolutely 0% of that $27 and that it all goes to Uber when I called Uber and chatted with Uber. They all told me that the cancellation was final and there was nothing that they can do for me even when I pleaded to reinstate the order because I knew that they were taking $27 for nothing. I am absolutely done using Uber and Uber eats because they have lack of customer empathy and certainly have no desire to improve customer experience and loyalty. To Uber, I give the middle finger. You guys are pitiful. Thanks for being a thief and stealing our families money for absolutelY NOTHING and the 30 seconds it took me to cancel the order.

Your representative needs to be fired. If I ask to talk to someone higher and they refuse me and hang up on me that’s a problem.

Always gives me my food so late. I ordered chick fil a yesterday. It took an hour to get here when it’s a short drive, and kept adding so much time it’s ridiculous. The company does not disclose that they are picking up multiple orders, which makes you wait so long. I am NEVER using it again, and I would advise others to do the same. Other apps can do the same but better.

Uber eats sucks. Even when you have UberOne you still get your food late. They have recently added another tier of service. It’s not worth it. Order from the store directly or go back to pick up.

My friend and I had $45 worth of food and I left a $15 tip. So I had submit and he was like let's just go out instead. Literally I canceled in less than 30 seconds but they refused to reimburse $45. I would've take a credit or anything but they refused to make it right. I canceled my Uber one account and I'm encouraging the rest of my family and friends to do so as well

Using Uber Eats to grocery shop is a bad idea. The driver,nor the app indicate they're shopping for MULTIPLE customers at the same time. This leads to mixed items, longer than it should be wait times and is yet another aspect of UE deceptive business practices. I am personally done giving my hard earned money to a business that lies, misrepresents and misleads it's customers. I cannot wait for the ckass action lawsuit to go through for the things I speak of. Charging fees for things you misrepresent only benefits you and the drivers. DO NOT USE UBER EATS FOOD SERVICE

Bei unserer Bestellung hat die Hälfte gefehlt. Wir haben sofort beim Restaurant angerufen. Die haben gesagt, dass der Lieferfahrer zu schnell war, sie aber nichts machen können und wir uns bei Uber Eats beschweren sollen. Dort habe ich 2 mal versucht anzurufen. Beide Male wurde einfach aufgelegt, ohne Antwort. Eine andere Beschwerdemöglichkeit gab es nicht. Daraufhin habe ich es Paypal gemeldet. Uber Eats behauptet jetzt, wir hätten alles bekommen und müssten alles zahlen. Nie wieder!

Yeah I’m sorry 10 dollars doesn’t make up for one of your drivers stealing my food after and hour plus of waiting. That’s an absolute joke coming from a billion dollar company when I’ve been a long time customer and uber one member. There are competitors and you guys will be losing as stories like mine continue.

I bought $50 worth of food from my local Italian restaurant only to find out that my order was canceled and I was never refunded. customer service and the restaurant refused to help me or refund me so now I will never be using your services again and I strongly advise not using this app and in any capacity. This app steals money from hardworking people.

I scheduled an order and it showed my scheduled time was set up but when I went to place the order, it said it would arrive soon. I had to cancel it right away (even they confirmed I cancelled within 40 seconds of placing the order) as no one would be home to accept the order. They are refusing to refund me my $57!!! They’re trying to tell me the restaurant was all ready preparing my order…. Seriously within 40 seconds? Then after speaking to a manager at the restaurant, they confirmed that although I cancelled right away, uber did not cancel my order with them until much later. They had the food ready and waiting to be picked up and no one showed up. I called uber eats back and they still are blaming me. Everyone I chatted to and spoke to were not helpful and rude! They would end the chat on me as soon ad I would ask specific questions. Then my dad called because he also thought this was all BS and they says they’d get a supervisor to call and no one did. Worse company ever!!!!

The worst app and service i have ever received. The app messed up the delivery address and replaced with the address of a restaurant i ordered from. I cancelled the order within 5 seconds when i saw the wrong delivery address. Uber eats charged full price and never refunded me anything. Not to mention how impossible it was to reach customer service. The worst by far

Our driver Don was involved in a minor traffic accident and still found the time to call and notify us he would be a few minutes late. Great customer service Don.👍

The uber app alone is so horrible. Randomly sings you up for things you do not agree to and charges you. Then when you fix it and unsubscribe it STILL is charging you once a month and now it doesn’t it give me an option to unsubscribe so what I owe $10 a month to uber eats now forever

By far this is the worst service I have ever endured. I got a free Ubers eat when I got Instacart. Every single time that I have attempted Ubers eats and that's only been three times My items were missing, for example ordered five bags of chips for a party from Chipotle got two, ordered Wingstop never received the food they said they delivered it took a picture of someone's house a half a mile down the road. Uber eats then does not want to give your money back because God forbid they lose any money because people aren't delivering the items. Additionally I did put a stop to it through my bank. If you're going to provide a service then provide good customer care Don't ask for pictures 8 hours after someone had something delivered when they contacted you immediately and the items were missing. I will never use Uber eats again I've used doordash for years never had maybe one or two issues this Uber eats is horrible.
