Well to no surprise uber has not responded to my review. My food was never delivered ( guess the driver was hungry) thank goodness the restaurant refunded my money because they said it happens all the time. Never use this so called company

Do not use this company. I beg you. Use GrubHub or door dash. Every time I have a problem and they forget food or there's missing food. They never ever ever help me. They say I'm sorry we can't refund you. We hope you understand. Well I'm done understanding. I've lost over $100 to them this year because of their bait and switch promos. Please do not use them and turn them in to the better Business bureau if you experience the same issues.

I have ordered several times through Uber Eats and didn’t have an issue, though the fees are ridiculous. Yesterday I ordered and spent almost 70 dollars for my order and it was absolutely horrible. The chicken on each meal was so over spiced and over cooked it was inedible and several of my items were made the wrong way or missing things on them. This was a birthday meal I ordered for my sister. Everyone threw out their food after 2 bites. I tried to call customer service and was routed back to the app. This AI generated customer service is so awful!! I kept getting regenerated replies that the issue has been resolved and closed out! I asked for a number to speak to customer service no response. How can UberEats treat their customers this way!! I’m cancelling my account and will NEVER use this app again!

HORRIBLE! PLEASE don't eeeva spend your money with Uber eats. This food delivery service rips you off in thee worst way. If your food totals up too $23....your gonna wind up paying $60 something. Just probably because you haven't chosen there promotional deals.

I placed a grocery order worth approximately $30 through Uber Eats, but I only received one item—cookies valued at around $5. The other five items were completely missing. This is unacceptable and feels like a case of fraud by the delivery person. I’ve tried reaching out for a refund, but Uber has not refunded my money or even addressed the issue properly. I expect a full refund for the missing items and a prompt resolution to this matter. Please investigate this immediately and get back to me with a solution.

Honestly if I can give it zero stars I would. They literally stole my money!! I placed an order for a spot I have ordered before and they canceled my order after I paid for it saying that it’s due to the delivery address and they won’t refund my money. It makes no sense I have ordered from this place before and had no issue with the delivery address. My driver never got in contact with me after the whole 40 min I was waiting. Literally a scam! I will spread the word because that’s not cool. Uber eats is expensive as it is and on top of that they want to steal from their customers. I hope uber eats gets shut down. This is why DoorDash is so much better.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience using Uber Eats. I placed an order, was charged in full, but never received my food. There was no clear way to get in touch with a real person for help, and the app’s automated “support” process was frustrating and unhelpful. It feels unacceptable to take someone’s money without delivering the product they paid for. I’ve lost both my money and my meal, and this has shaken my trust in using the service

Я замовляла продукти через Убер Ітс майже рік. Я не маю машини і мені важко їздити за продуктами тому що магазин дуже далеко . На початку все було добре . Але останні 4 замовлення були жахливі. Збирач продуктів привіз пів пакета вишні , то коробку повністю гнилої полуниці . Але сьогодні був просто жах , замість 800 грам томатів мені привезли 250. Та замість 500 грам огірків мені привезли один цукіні який я не замовляла взагалі і на кі в мене алергія . Коли я звернулась до підтримки і вимагали повернути мені кошти за всі помилки вони сказали що цього робити не будуть , і відповіді я чекала годину . Більше ніколи не буду нічого там замовляти .я не знаю як вони винаймать на роботу ідіотів які не можуть відрізнити огірок від цукіні . І не розуміється в цифрах на коробках . Огидна компанія

I will forever stick to Doordash or Grubhub, the delivery people assigned sent my food to the wrong address TWICE and after trying to deny me the refunds, it took nearly 3 weeks to get. They still tried to blame me and act as if I was lying when the picture the drivers took was not my house. I deleted the app, never again

The driver delivered my food to the wrong address. He texted me as if he could not find the address. I told him I was waiting at the door never saw him when I tried to call the number provided, and I never got an answer. This order was a birthday treat to myself on my 70th birthday. I’m a senior citizen on a fixed income. When I contacted Uber eats for a credit to my account or a refund it took them hours to let me know that I will not be getting either. The driver said that he tried to call me and that was good enough for them. I was standing at the door with the phone in my hand. I have no record of any missed calls. Uber was unyielding, but their policy states that they don’t have to give you a refund if they don’t want to. I’ve been using Uber for years without any incidents the one incident I have they tell me they take the driver’s word over mine when I have proof that he never called. Thanks for ruining my birthday Uber eats. I’ll never use you again.

I ordered from Uber Eats because I didn’t have time to cook or go out. After waiting for over an hour, my order was canceled without any proper explanation. Yes, I got my money back, but that does not replace the time I lost. The whole point of ordering delivery is to save time and have a reliable service. Unfortunately, my experience shows that customer satisfaction and time are not a priority for Uber Eats. Very disappointing.

If you use Uber Eats here’s what you need to know. They have zero loyalty to their customers. I’ve had missing items, poor quality food, and flat out wrong orders multiple times. Every single time even with photo proof they refused to make it right. This isn’t one bad night. It’s a pattern. Out of all my orders maybe one or two were decent. The rest were wasted money, wasted time, and proof that once Uber Eats has your payment they simply do not care. If you value your money skip Uber Eats. I’m done and I will be telling everyone I know to steer clear. Your experience and your dinner will thank you.

Please avoid using Uber Eats. I recently had a troubling experience where items from my order were missing, and the refund I received was insufficient to cover the cost of reordering. This raises concerns about unfair business practices. Even though we, as consumers, pay extra, the company still profits from their mistakes.

I ordered food from a favorite restaurant. It took almost an hour to arrive, then the driver deliever someone else's order to me. I called the driver gave him their food back and he said he would call the restaurant and make it right. He didnt. I was charged $41.00 didnt have a food order at all. I sent a note to Uber help to resolve it. They said the driver said I wasn't home when he delivered it. 3 times I've explained what happened and 3x they tell me the driver said he left ut at the door and I literally checked the food ut wasn't mine and handed it back to that idiot. I canceled my account. Their customer service is a joke. I'm still trying to rectify it with them. They dont have customer service number anymore

The fact that a $10.49 can add up to 24 dollars and some change and then you want us to tip them for cold food lol. Heads up they will never see any tip from me as long as you guys are charging these prices. When I pick up orders it says expected tip! Never worth picking up food but you guys get the pay and not the drivers. Zero stars for you if I could. Ripping people off is working for you guys. Period..

I am pregnant and had craving for food ..It took 1:30 hrs and finally they didn’t even delivered it and cancelled the order which was very disappointing. The restaurant was just 7mins away from my home ...at the end of the it’s not about the money u refunded it’s about the feelings and the craving u killed in the process please respect that uber eats
