Scammers !! I ordered food with buy one get one free offer. Uber eats charged me for both items. I called customer care but did not get my money back. They are running scam business on the name of offers. Do not recommend anyone to use this.

This week my order was delivered down the street. I eventually found it after going house to house - I contacted support before finding it and was told it was my fault and that it was delivered. I asked for photo proof and did not receive it. The person I was speaking to continued to close the chat saying it was my fault. I’m lucky I at least found my food. A few days later I was charged twice for the same order and was told because the restaurant accepted the orders there was nothing they would do for me. Too many issues over the years with very terrible customer service. I deleted my uber one / and the app and took my card off file.

Uber eats stinks. Something in your order is completely missing altogether forgotten altogether and you take a photo when you send it to them and they say we’re sorry your order is not eligible for refund. I will never use this app again. It’s horrible. Be warned. use the app if you like being screwed.

I ordered a buy one get one free order through Uber Eats and did not receive the extra item. I.contacted Uber Eats to have the item replaced and instead received a credit for less than half of the original purchase . In order to use this credit I would have to pay additional delivery fees. They can keep their pittance of a credit and I will take mu business elsewhere. Good financial move Uber Eats to lose all of my potential future business over $5.00. If you are considering ordering.fron Uber Eats caveat emptor.

Worst customer service EVER!!!! Accidentally pushed place order button, cancelled less than a minute later and was CHARGED!!! If you are lucky enough to get an agent, they don't even speak English. Liars and thieves!! Watch your wallet

Customer chat ended several times by agent and went unresolved. My food was shown to be picked up and driven a city away and then back (so it took over an hour) when the restaurant was 5 minutes away from me. Couldn't cancel the order, couldn't change anything. Customer service had no idea why my food needed to tour other cities. It was cold when it arrived and Uber offered no help.

I tried reaching out to Uber about the wrong delivery address. They refused to solve the issue and said they couldn't do anything cause the driver didn't speak english. Contacted the driver and was able to translate through my phone. BOTH REFUSED TO DELIVER TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS. RFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND. I will NEVER use Uber again. They're thieves.

This company rips off customers. I have ordered from them a total of 12 times and twice, after I left major notes, I got my order correctly. Things are always missing and they never get replaced and I never get refunded so I pay for nothing this last time, they delivered me my order, missing a sandwich. They made it clear that they would do nothing about it and then they sent it again and charged me twice. The second order had no sandwiches just a bag of potato chips and a soda so for one sandwich two bags of potato chips and one soda, I paid about $60. I emailed the corporate office and they won’t even reply. These people should be in jail. Oh, and let’s not forget that about a month ago. The person who delivered my food threatened to kill me I still never heard back even after involving the police.

Driver brought the wrong order and the replacement was never delivered. After calling the drive, the store and contact Uber support (which can barely be called support), I never got my order and Uber said they can not refund my money. I ordered using a voucher from my company but still out money. I will never use Uber Eats again. They are a ripoff and worthless.

The time frames to expect your food are ridiculous. There's a huge difference between 20 mins and an HOUR AND A HALF

absolutely sucks. food never arrives on time and is ridiculously expensive, my order jumped from 60-90 during checkout even though there was "no delivery fee" THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY and the food gets here cold and soggy. could never imagine why or how they still offer services. need to go out of business asap. not a provider for the people. ridiculous.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE I placed an order, but the delivery time kept shifting. I canceled the order after waiting 2 hours. It was a Monday, and the restaurant wasn’t busy. Despite this, I was charged $61.30 for the cancellation, even though I wasn’t at fault. I called the restaurant, and they told me they had my order ready at 6:30 p.m. and that it had been sitting there for an hour waiting for pickup—meaning Uber Eats had no driver. The restaurant even offered to make a fresh order for me if I had picked it up myself, because they said it wasn’t their fault or mine, but Uber’s, since they couldn’t provide a driver. Of course I didn’t want the restaurant to make me another order because it wasn’t their fault.

Ordered $45 in Mexican food and everything had meat in it even though I said no meat. DoorDash offered me five dollars. Lol 😂 yall are so stingy!! How is that fair at all !??? Yall are terrible. Use door dash yall

Uber Eats’ cancellation policy is completely unfair. I was charged for an order I accidentally placed and even though I corrected it and canceled in less than 5 minutes I was charged for the majority regardless. I would rather go back to door dash than use this service again

TERRIBLE!!! AI instantly accepts your order so you can't cancel without paying. No option to cancel orders without paying almost full price. I want to cancel when it tells me it'll take over an hour to deliver the order from local restaurants within a mile.
