My dinner was $29.99. It was supposed to have guacamole. Restaurant forgot it. UberEATS basically said “Sorry”. And doesn’t qualify for refund. I didn’t want a refund but a $5.00 account credit would have been nice.

I placed an order, the driver did not come in the car stated came on a scooter and the food was soggy and super cold! I sent in a complaint the next day because it was not siting well and the customer service rep was staring I only put in a complaint 48 hours later when I put it in on Saturday from Friday. They never take accountability and say they will talk to the driver which is bs as we have to pay the bill and eat cold soggy food. They blame the client not the service!

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, small fry, and a strawberry milkshake from uber eats at five guys on Lincoln Ave. in Matteson. When I viewed the Oder it only had the fries and milkshakes on it. I tried to amend the order, but I couldn’t. I tried to cancel order and they said couldn’t cancel because they had already start cooking, which was a lie because I cancelled immediately. After asking several times, they cancelled the order but charged me 16.83 because they said they had started the order? I guess that’s how you guys stay in business by manipulating your customers. Not good. No integrity!!

DO NOT use Instacart Uber Eats!!! If your order is wrong, they will blame each other and then will keep your money with no food in hand. Called right after placing order and was told I had to cancel through delivery driver. Instead of cancelling it, driver unassigned himself. I am out 90 bucks with no resolution and both sides blame each other. Take my advice and do not use instacart or Uber Eats services through Instacart.

I saw the Uber Eats robot delivering food in New York — and it was a very cool experience! It rolled smoothly down the sidewalk and stopped right at the customer’s door. It was fun to watch and felt like the future is finally here. A great idea for busy city life — fast, contactless, and just plain fun to see. Looking forward to trying it myself next time!

Ordered food, in the system it said 10 minutes, that ended up being almost 100 minutes. Ordered a cancellation, directly after the driver arrived and started arguing with me why i cancelled. Never again.

Will say it is refunding an item when it is missing (eg implying full price for meal item) but will instead offer only 2 uber dollars. Unethical company.

The customer service is not helpful. They hang up on you without any resolution the driver replaced my items with items that I declined they forced me to take them I didn’t open a complaint. They don’t answer to my question. They don’t listen to my problem. They just come up with whatever they want to say.

Charged when driver was incompetent when delivering food. I waited over an hour and then decided to cancel due to knowing the food would never come as j watched him drive around in circles even when sending directions and typing out my address, he couldnt get it right. I am disgusted that even then they do not want to listen. I want to know what are the policies in place for there staff that are clearly not able to produce there work. I paid for 2 meals and received nothing back and not even a meal. I will not be using there service again for Uber eats.

I don’t like Ubereats at all. It will tell you that your food is expected at a certain time, then it won’t come for an hour or later. My food is always cold. I always end up starving waiting for it. Def not worth it. DoorDash is so much better and the service is way more reliable.

I placed an order with Uber eats I canceled the order after noticing I had my work address on the order instead of my home address I went to cancel the order and they charged me almost a full order price for canceling telling me it was an inconvenience for the driver and the restaurant when only 2 minutes pass by the order is no way could have been made I will for one never order from this place I deleted their app I'm having my friends follow me as well I was a long time Uber user not no more I will move over to doordash there are a little bit more but they're probably worth it I'm sure they're more willing to work with a customer then ubereats is

I ordered food and attempted to change the delivery address immediately. The app doesn’t allow change of address and charged me, even though I cancelled order immediately. I will be deleting the app immediately.

I ordered food through the Uber Eats app from Wingstop. I never received my $70 order that was ordered for my coworkers and me. The driver left the food at the restaurant and never contacted me, saying anything. I called Uber Eats several times, asking for a resolution, and they keep saying the driver said it was delivered and he tried to contact you! I told them and have proof that he did not! He supposedly returned it to the restaurant, but the restaurant knows nothing about that either. I need this resolved. It is not okay to keep my money for food that was NEVER RECEIVED!! Not only did I not get my food, but the workers ' understanding was not there. The customer service is HORRIBLE!! No sympathy, no understanding, and acted like I should not be upset about it.

I tried to “claim” my promo twice and it never applied. Don’t send me a dozen emails a week with promos if I can’t use them!
