Takes over an hour past estimated delivery time to receive your order! Customer Service is very unhelpful! I personally am done with their service because it has happened SEVERAL times!!

Driver canceled my order, waited 45 min for my food, the driver canceled my order, then I was told I need to wait 3- 5 business days to get my money back, customer service hung up on me. Worst service possible

Shocking service, ordered a takeaway delivery from a fast food outlet..I could see on maps the driver gad been assigned more than one drop.off so by the time we got our order it was cold..spoke to agent who refused to even refund the delivery cost and cancelled the conversation with me. I will never use uber eats again and will spread the word so others are aware of there shocking customer services

Ordered from Chipotle lunch for my daughter ... after 4 people yes 4 tried to pick up this order gee it was canceled ... only my 2nd time ordering from here and this was the last time

I have a huge problem with this company. I've placed an ordered three times this week. Each time Uber eats assigned my order to a dasher who has multiple orders. So I order my food, get it super late, and it's cold. Meanwhile they don't even refund or compensate me. Why are you assigning multiple orders to a driver at the same time, causing your customers orders to be late, and cold. That symptom doesn't work, please assign one order at a time. I already wasted over sixty dollars so I won't be ordering again from this company. Do better

A friend and I waited an hour and a half for two milkshakes from McDonald’s tonight and our order for canceled TWICE and didn’t give us our money back. Happened a few weeks ago as well but was made to wait 4 hours and Timmy’s screwed up the whole order. If a machine is broken or down the place should be able to tell the customers that on the site instead of not doing so. Waste of money and time for something that is supposed to be fast and easy. I don’t recommend.

IT'S ALL AI… YOU DON'T GET TO TALK TO A PERSON IN REAL TIME. I HAD A SUSHI ORDER FROM A WELL RATED RESTAURANT DELIVERED (I AM A FREQUENT IN PERSON CUSTOMER/KNOW OWNERS). THE ORDER WAS LEFT ON A HOT PORCH WITHOUT NOTIFICATION AND IT WAS TOTALLY WRONG. I CALLED THE RESTAURANT, TALKED TO AN OWNER WHO SAID THE DRIVER PICKED UP THE WRONG ORDER. I CALLED THE DRIVER WHO SAID THERE WAS ONLY ONE ORDER FOR HIM TO PICK UP BUT HE WAS GOING BACK TO THE RESTAURANT TO SEE WHAT WENT WRONG AND WOULD CALL ME BACK. WELL AFTER AN HOUR LATER NO CALL FROM DRIVER. DRIVERS NEED TO BE VETTED BETTER. I SAY USE DOORDASH OR GRUBHUB INSTEAD.

Drivers don't follow delivery orders. It seems that their drivers either don't read English, can't understand certain things, or just don't care. My instructions are knock hard on inner door. Meaning not the screen door. Being hearing impaired, I depend on that noise to get my dogs riled, indicating to me there's someone at the door. I'm not one to sit and stare at my cellphone to track my order. When I went outside to see if maybe it was left on the porch, as uber eats drivers tend to do, there it was, no longer hot, not even warm. I complained to their cust. svc., no credit, no tip reversal, I'm sorry we can't do that. SO WHAT EXACTLY CAN YOU DO?!! ANSWER THE PHONE AND SAY I'M SORRY??!!! Uber eats, you stink. Never again.

I ordered $22.24 worth of groceries from meijer's and tip the driver $6 and something and my bill came up to 39 dollars I'm over Uber eats I'm only going to order from them if I get sick and I can't get out to the store.

Unacceptable Experience – Misleading Menu & Zero Accountability from Brick City Vegan + Uber Eats I had an extremely disappointing experience with Brick City Vegan (Newark) and Uber Eats, which I feel compelled to share publicly after being met with silence and no resolution for over a week. Their Uber Eats listing offers gluten-free buns as a substitution. Based on this, I placed an order for a vegan burger and immediately called the restaurant to confirm. I was told gluten-free buns are not actually available and advised to cancel the order. I raised concern about being charged — they assured me Uber Eats would refund it. I followed their advice, canceled, and reached out to Uber Eats — who refused to refund me, claiming I should “be more careful before ordering.” When Uber Eats contacted the restaurant to verify the issue, Brick City hung up on them, and Uber Eats washed their hands of the situation. So here I am: Charged for food I never received Lied to by the restaurant about what’s available Given zero help by Uber Eats, who hosted the misleading listing Ignored by both parties when I tried to resolve it If you have dietary restrictions or expect basic accountability, be cautious. Neither Brick City nor Uber Eats took ownership — and I was left paying the price for their mistakes.

Me siento estafada, hice una orden y por accidente la cancelé al.segundo de pagarla. La volvi hacer y ordené del mismo lugar y Uber Ests me cobró la orden cancelada en su totalidad, llamé, expliqué y primero me dijeron que el restaurant lo.habia cobrado y no ellos, luego llamo al.restaurante y ellos me explican q llame a Uber Eats porque son ellos quienes se quedan con el dinero, esto es una vil estafa.

The worst help team. They treat customers badly and they don't try to solve them, they say they don't want to be rude and finish the chat. People should stop buying at these sites so that they value A little more to customers. The worst Uber Eats experience is the Support team

I ordered food from this place called Aailia's AM/PM. I quickly realized something was added to my order I didn't want, and I also felt the wait time of 40 minutes was too long. I quickly canceled my order within 30 seconds, and yet I was still charged a cancellation fee of $29.43. When I complained to customer service, they acknowledged that my cancellation happened within a short time, but then explained that because the restaurant accepted my order, they could charge me. I found their reasoning for not compensating me for a refund ridiculous, as they kept saying it was unfair to the restaurant, yet they probably didn't even touch the food. But what also hit my mind is that a 30-dollar cancellation fee is absurd. I've never had this issue with Grubhub or DoorDash. Even when I've cancelled Uber before, the fee is at most 3 dollars. But all of a sudden, for a delivery app, it's more expensive than the product itself. Customer service was informative, but not helpful. Overall, their principles are flawed.

I tried to cancel and order within 30 seconds of ordering realizing it was going to the incorrect address and they charge me $40. I ordered 2 baked potato’s! That was more than the order!! So annoying

It’s a ripoff. They advertise that with certain vendors you can BOGO but they charge you anyway. I called them right away but was told my receipt wouldn’t be available for a few business days. Then when I was able to review my receipt, I did get overcharged . Now they said there’s nothing they can do because I didn’t contact them in 48 hours!

My dinner was $29.99. It was supposed to have guacamole. Restaurant forgot it. UberEATS basically said “Sorry”. And doesn’t qualify for refund. I didn’t want a refund but a $5.00 account credit would have been nice.

I placed an order, the driver did not come in the car stated came on a scooter and the food was soggy and super cold! I sent in a complaint the next day because it was not siting well and the customer service rep was staring I only put in a complaint 48 hours later when I put it in on Saturday from Friday. They never take accountability and say they will talk to the driver which is bs as we have to pay the bill and eat cold soggy food. They blame the client not the service!

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, small fry, and a strawberry milkshake from uber eats at five guys on Lincoln Ave. in Matteson. When I viewed the Oder it only had the fries and milkshakes on it. I tried to amend the order, but I couldn’t. I tried to cancel order and they said couldn’t cancel because they had already start cooking, which was a lie because I cancelled immediately. After asking several times, they cancelled the order but charged me 16.83 because they said they had started the order? I guess that’s how you guys stay in business by manipulating your customers. Not good. No integrity!!
