Sorry I can't rate it a ZERO, along with the restaurant, Caliope's on W. Belfort. Immediately after placing my order, the ordered popped up, & I realized it said crayfish rice, instead of shrimp fried rice. I immediately got cancel within 2min. just navigating to find their cancel button. I saw I was immediately charged $25 for cancelation. I immediately contacted the restaurant & Uber Eats.I was told they'd stayed on my order. They didn't even have time to barely read my order. Both denied me a refund or just being able to correct the rice. I've deleted Uber Eats App, & will never frequent Caliope's on W. Belfort again, since I don't know who is the liar/thief.

Their app is horrible and they keep changing the ETA delivery times per order then hot fool items are cold and cold items are at room temperature. When trying to use their app chatbots are not up to par and customer service end chats even when issues are not resolved. Their phone number to contact customer service is no longer available leading me to believe they don’t want to deal with customers and just ignore because they know they have these issues. And then they don’t compensate you after the fact.

I live in south florida, once I received notification that they are in the way I always send the drivers messages in English and Spanish( supporting language) regarding directions to my home because their directions always takes them to the wrong entrance. He didn’t read them and proceeded to go to the wrong entrance. He calls me and says” do you speak Spanish?” I said “ No” and proceeded to tell him in English ( as best as I could) how to get to my home. He hung up on me. Then continued to sit at the wrong entrance. Eventually he leaves but drives the opposite way. I canceled my order ( food was going to be cold) and was charged a cancellation fee for the driver time. I call customer service. I explained the situation and was denied a refund. So disappointed, with uber eats, I deleted the app. Never again.

I wish I could give zero stars. I payed an extra $5 to have priority delivery and am still waiting on my order. It is past the free delivery time at this point which is ridiculous. This company is a joke. Stop starving kids.

I ordered a pizza and when it arrived it was all squashed into the side of its box. No refund offered and told it was acceptable.

Do yourself a favour go look up the restaurant you want to order from and compare their posted prices to the uber eats prices you’ll be surprised. Ripping people off for cold and late food.

This is by far the WORST app I have ever used and the most disgraceful customer service I have ever experienced. My very first order in Portugal was left outside the building without a call, then stolen — and your response is to tell me I won’t be compensated? What kind of pathetic joke is this? I will escalate this directly to the Director on LinkedIn and expose this shame publicly. An absolute disgrace — rude, careless, and a humiliating image for tourism.

The bottom of the bag ripped open in the drivers car as he went to pick up my order to hand it to me. I only got an empty ripped bag and no food or drinks as it was poorly packed by the store. Uber eats refused to refund the cost of my order or offer any assistance. I sent a pic of the only thing the driver gave me, which was the wet soggy ripped bag and still nothing from the company. The rep was named Khris and he ended my chat and said there were no pictures but they were all attached to the initial complaint

Appalling Service from Uber Eats & Waitrose Raynes Park Absolutely shocking experience with both Uber Eats and Waitrose Raynes Park. First, Waitrose forgot to put half of my items in the delivery. They admitted fault and pushed me off to Uber Eats. Uber Eats customer service has been silent for 3 weeks — no refund, no follow-up, nothing. And just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, today my water delivery was cancelled with no explanation. Yet again, no refund issued. Same story, same incompetence, and zero accountability. This is beyond frustrating — it’s daylight robbery. Waitrose Raynes Park clearly can’t handle basic customer service, and Uber Eats is just as bad, leaving customers chasing refunds for weeks. Avoid Uber Eats and Waitrose Raynes Park at all costs unless you want your money taken, your orders cancelled, and absolutely no support when things go wrong.

Zero stars for lukewarm, inedible food - and refused a refund. If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid £16 for food from Burger King. From the time it left the restaurant, it took 40 mins to arrive as the driver had other stops on the way. When it eventually arrived it was squashed, stone cold, and inedible..the milkshake was melted and Luke warm. I complained and was offered an insulting £2.55 credit to my account. Even when escalating the complaint I was told they would not refund me. They accept zero responsibility and Burger King will do nothing as they blame Uber Eats. This is shocking. You make enough money to refund customers who didn't get what they paid for. I paid did hot, fast food. I got a slow delivery of cold, inedible food. Oh, and the halloumi fries were crushed and disgusting.

Horrendous customer service. The app changed my location without notifying me after the payment was processed, and went to a different city borough all together. Said they couldn't process a refund, even though I never got my items due to them screwing up my order

I placed an order through Uber Eats for $29.20. After placing the order, I noticed it was going to the wrong address. As soon as I realized the problem, I called customer service for assistance. The representative said he would help but then hung up on me. When I called back and asked if he was the same person I had just spoken with, he put me on hold for seven minutes and never came back to the phone. I then reached out to support again and explained that I was unable to change the address, but I could cancel the order for a $15 fee. The representative informed me that I would not be issued a refund and that I couldn't get my food. He suggested that I should have reached out to them sooner to cancel the order or change the address. I explained that I had already tried to get this resolved quickly, but the first representative hung up on me and the second one put me on hold without ever returning. Now, instead of charging me $15 for canceling, they have kept my full payment of $29.20. Frustrated doesn't begin to describe how devastated I feel. As a senior citizen who isn't very computer savvy, I feel taken advantage of in this situation. I hope you're proud of how your customer service handled this.ull payment of $29.20. Because of Uber Eats I also stopped using Instacart. Right about the beginning of the summer I started getting lousy service from Uber Eats via the Instacart App. U.E. was delivering my food cold, also they had problems with getting drivers at night to deliver. A couple of nights maybe more, I waited well over an hour and I KNOW my food had already been cooked. One night the driver by app said my food was delivered, it hasn't been and when I tried calling he laughed when I asked where he delivered it? He said every apartment number, otherwords, he kept food. I also received food one nite, late and when the drivered delivered it, the food was not only cold, it was the wrong order. I called the help line who was about as helpful as a fart in the wind. They were rude, called me a liar and hung up on me. After any unresolved problems, I said no thanks and removed the apps. I wish I could give them a zero.

My order was never delivered and the customer service was awful. They continued to tell me it was delivered according to their system. I have a camera at the door and no one came to the door and their was no delivery.

Customer service is the worst They expect for you to wait all day to deliver your food and if your break is over or you have to leave you either don’t get your food or have to pay for the cancellation! I need to find another app.
