One of the worst companies, surely! They don't pay their drivers well, yet charge customers both a service and delivery fee, and then also ask them to pay a tip. Often, the restaurant is near your house, but the driver has to go to the other side of town first for another delivery, causing your food to arrive cold. Not possible to communicate with the company.

Zero customer service and they have some serious problems with the app. The app routes you to the wrong stores. I'm very understanding that these things need time to work out but when you try to cancel they refuse and won't give you a refund. I used them for grocery delivery with a $20 tip and it took them 5 hours to get to the store (I'm not exaggerating!!!!).

Absolutely disgusting service. Food took an hour to arrive and was stone cold and sweaty when it did. Kids were crying because it had stuck to the wrapping and I couldn’t peel it off. Chat service was non existent and they closed the chat before I could respond to their refusal for refund. Never again.

Driver cancelled the order. The refund will be given back to me in three business days not satisfied!! I want my money now. I will never use this company again.

I had placed an order with them today from KFC, I ordered a 3 pc box that includes 2 extra crispy breast 1 extra crispy wing, fries,Mac & cheese, biscuit and medium drink. I only received 1 chicken breasts and I provided a picture of what they sent. These ppl tells me that the order matches what I received and no refund will be granted.

Once in a while, you find an Uber shopper who blows your mind, and tonight, that happens. This young kid is in college, and his profile says he likes to make people happy in his free time; that couldn’t be further from the truth. He texted me at every step of the way, asking me if the replacements were acceptable and taking care to find matches as close as possible to what I selected. I have never had a driver go above and beyond in all my years! This kid needs to run the customer service or training department; his skills and talents are too valuable to squander on the road. As a leader, I will make it my mission to pay my good fortune forward and raise some alarms about the work ethic and talent this kid possesses to the right people.

I had an order that took longer than expected. The driver was waiting for sometime and said he had to wait for they did not have something that is already made but had to make again. Uber or the restaurant did not communicate just the delivery man. This is not the first or second time or even third time with taking 30 to 49 minutes longer after what was said for delivery time. I just canceled my monthly Uber membership and will try door dash.

Offering promotions (75% off) and then when you take the time to order, you are informed at checkout that the promotion doesn't apply. I tried numerous restaurants and none of them worked and no, they did not have any other offers. A complete waste of time!

These guys are ridiculous. After ordering with a reported delivery of about 20 mins I watched the driver pass my pickup and drive all over town. When I cancelled because there was no way the delivery was going to even arrive within the hour they charged me for a delivery fee. I will never order from these idiots again.

Two hamburgers were missing from our order and Uber eats refused to reimburse us for those missing hamburgers totaling $25. So BEWARE. They told us that the order was not eligible for a refund. That is nonsense. We had to do a partial charge back from that order so that we can get the money that they refuse to give us for the food that we did not receive.

I ordered from a restaurant that is a 5-minute drive from home which I have done several times before but the app stupidly defaulted to another branch of the restaurant that is 45 minutes' drive away! Not only did I have to wait so long, but the food is cold and I feel bad for the poor driver who had to waste so much of his time.

Uber eats consistently delivers the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced, I’ve ordered numerous meals through them and 9 times out of ten their incompetent drivers fail to deliver my food, and each time the customer service agents are so unhelpful, the agent would type out some scripted line, completely ignoring what I tell them and then end the chat not caring about solving my issue. If I could give uber eats minus zero stars I would, fortunately it only takes them just under 5 hours to confirm that the food you’ve ordered 6 hours before will now be cancelled and refunded, leaving you not only hungry but angry and dissatisfied. The absolute worst food delivery service I’ve ever had the displeasure of using.

Terrible, a large item was missing from our dinner order. They would not order another driver to pick up the missing food. Uber eats would not give credit beyond my food that was missing without a huge discussion.

I cancelled an order within 30 seconds of placing the order and the company refused to refund my money. There is no way the restaurant was already preparing my order. I will never use Uber Eats again. The absolute worst customer service experience. I will never use Uber Eats again. They are only interested in the dollar; certainly not the customer.

Fraud department is a joke. I got bounced around for 20mins and never actually got to speak with anyone except via messenger asking me to send a file that can't be sent via Uber messenger. Idiots and terrible job of vetting illegal drivers who use other peoples drivers license to start working. You don't have a department worth paying.

Uber eats took 2 hours to get our food to us and when they finally delivered it it was to the wrong house and they refused to refund us.
