After waiting for my breakfast over an hour Uber cancelled it for no real reason but drivers are tied up. WTF that is your. business Uber and you need to be better than to wait over an hour to inform someone of a problem. You need a good kick for sorryness

App and website wouldnt take food order. Called for support and was referred to app. It said click on food order and chat with an agent. Also, it said use the help section of app. What a joke. I tried using them this once. Deleted app from my phone. Used grubhub instead.

I ordered boneless wings from Buffalo wild wings, and received none of the flavors I ordered and all bone in wings. When I complained, they told me that I didn’t meet the standards to get my money back and only gave me two dollars back… this is despicable and bad customer service.

I placed an order that the restaurant was unable to fulfill, so I canceled the order after the driver called me and provided this as an option however, Uber would not refund me my funds which was over $16 when the restaurant couldn’t even fulfill the order. The answer from Uber was I should have called them first. I had been a customer with Uber eats for years and I will not be ever using the service again.

Uber Eats Took My Money and Gave Me Excuses On August 4th, I placed a grocery order through Uber Eats. One of the items a 3-pack of hearts of romaine lettuce never arrived. That lettuce was for a salad we were supposed to have with dinner, so yeah, it mattered. We didn’t get the salad, and I didn’t get my $4.24 back. With how expensive groceries are these days, every dollar counts. So I reported the missing item through the app, followed every step I was supposed to. The agent in the chat, Santi, apologized and said they would review the order. But instead of actually helping, I was told that due to “system limitations,” they couldn’t give me a refund or credit. No effort to check with the driver. No attempt to make it right. Just a canned message and that was it. I asked to speak to someone else. I was told there was no one else. If I wanted to speak to a real person by phone, I had to follow certain steps. So I did. I called 1-833-275-2387, went through the prompts, only to be told that Uber no longer accepts calls at that number and to go back to the app. So let me get this straight. I paid for something I never got. I followed the proper process. I was told there’s no one else to speak to. I was sent in circles. And the final suggestion? Just leave a rating. Reading the other reviews—yeah, it’s a pattern. A lot of us are saying the same thing. This isn’t just one bad experience, it’s one of many. I’m adding my voice to the rest because we deserve better than this.

The driver delivered my shrimp dinner to another address. I called the company and because he said " delivered" they couldn't refund me my money. Said " company policy". I'm on 51St. He delivered to 51way. I will never ever use Uber eats again. RUN!

The driver picked up my $52 order and cancelled it and they refused to refund me my money or a credit. Straight garbage. Never again. Door dash it is!!! They said no refund due to my past orders being wrong and them having to issue refunds for missing items or wrong orders delivered like that’s my fault.

Over priced. I got 25 dollars off and still paid what I would have if I went and hit it myself.. I don't understand why anyone would pay over 30 dollars for 1 person for food

Driver picked up my order then 30 min later canceled my order after picking it up and never delivering. I’m out 50.00. I will never use you because of this. This is unacceptable. If could leave no stars I would.

the delivery person dropped off another order first not even close to my house. the shake was melted and burger and fries cold. she was snippy when she handed me the order, all for 40.00.never using app again.

I spent more than $60 on an order that went to the wrong address. The app should have picked up my geographical location but it didn’t. I called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. Do not use this service use the delivery service from the restaurants instead. U

I ordered chipotle almost $70 worth, I only got one of the 2 bags and of course that bag only had sauces, forks, napkins etc. Try to talk to customer service they refused to give a refund and so I disputed with my bank. I now can’t use the Uber services unless I pay that money, even though I never got the food only one bag full of stuff I can’t eat. I will no longer anything with Uber they don’t care about customers only money.

Missing items (pop)that cost $ 6.99 and I only received $ 2 credit on the app. Delivery photo also shows this. Another item was clearly open and looked like it was dropped or thrown around and they left a note for the restaurant? I had to throw it out as I was scared to eat it. I have used this service many times and never seen such poor service.

Well this didn't last long. Changed to Uber Eats a little over a month ago. Got a driver today who claims there were no delivery instructions -- but there were. Prior deliveries and drivers did come to my front gate. They must be psychic. Drink was missing today which was substituted with attitude which I did not order. In the past, changes to something else (a different order item) once I paid have occurred -- including double and triple orders. Well that concludes my using Uber Eats. Continuing to search for a reliable delivery company.

I canceled my account because 4 straight orders, something was missing that I paid for. I can't get it myself, I'm in a wheelchair. Why use a service that continues to halfway perform.

They told me i had to pick up my order and if I cancelled they would charge for the whole thing. Called the restaurant and they hadn’t started the order. The customer service sucks! Never using again! I’d give them - 10 stars if i could!
