The worst app!!! They pick up orders that the drivers can not deliver even if you add in notes or any information, THEN they still want to charge full price for a meal they refuse to deliver!!! FREAKING INSANE. This app is AWFUL!! Do not use them! And their customer service is terrible!

Skip is winning the delivery food race because their customer service is actually good. Dealing with Uber eats is a nightmare. worst customer experience I've had twice in a row with them. I thought first time give them a second chance but now I'm deleting the app and not going back. Not worth the agony

I received a coupon and used it. I ordered $35 worth of breakfast and Uber eats sends the food out by way of Instacart. So 38 minutes after picking up food that was 3 minutes away, we got cold eggs, cold biscuits, cold grits, cold bacon and room temperature apples. It was a wasted hour trying to get a refund because uber eats is blaming Instacart and Instacart is blaming uber eats. Never again.

Order a pizza from Red Robin at "11am" at 12:05pm! I then had the nightmare of attempting to contact Uber Eats and finding out YOU CAN NOT SPEAK TO A HUMAN. So I get in to a text with them and they offer me $5 uber money, really. Yeah that makes up for ice cold food "NOT" I tell them in TEXT that after 1hr I took away the tip and POOF the car disappeared and threw me to "LOOKING FOR A DRIVER!" Remember I ordered this at 11am and its now 12:20pm! So I get back on text and tell whoever to cancel my account and they tell me I will still be charged!!!!!! Really! Ok so I rec'd my order by 12:55pm, Ice Cold, paid for it! Don't care about your $5 uber bucks and DELETED MY ACCOUNT. I had you guys for a few years but finding out what happens if something wrong and have you don't even care or take care of issues I cancelled you. I forgot to add that when I got back on text and said cancel my account they told me "one second please" Then it disconnected and flashed a message that " A LIVE REP WILL CALL YOU BACK WITHIN 6-12HRS!" YOU NEVER CALLED! I'm sure someone else will appreciate my business.

Yes I have had multiple issues with uber eats lately including missing food, very very rude drivers. This is very unacceptable. I deal with customers in my line of work and you should want to please the customer so to have good reviews. Uber should be sure the drivers speak well enough English also.

I ordered through the Taco Bell app and selected Uber eats for delivery. I was messaged and told the food would be delivered in about 40 minutes- they would hand deliver, and I was given a code that the driver would need to prove they delivered the order. I was sent an email from uber eats to track my order, but when I clicked on that, I was sent to their website! I was in my living room, waiting- no knock on the door, doorbell didn’t ring. Over an hour after meal was to be deliver, a friend stopped and found my meal sitting off to the right of my front door!! I messaged Uber eats, and kept keeping passed off to someone else!!! NO accountability!! They actually had the nerve to tell me Taco Bell is responsible!!! I hope no one else ever has to go through this!! Plus they threw a $3.00 tip on the charge without my knowledge!! PLEASE save yourself the grief- DON’T use Uber Eats!!

Pathetic platform and customer service. I placed an order and waited over two hours for my order to arrive, just for it to be cancelled from their side - with no given reason or explanation. This has happened twice, the first time I waited for more than three hours for my order - food was ice cold.

I had a terrible experience with Uber Eats. My driver never delivered my food — he messaged me saying he was having “car issues” but then refused to answer calls or respond. He literally took my order and disappeared. No delivery, no communication, and no help from Uber Eats support. I requested help through the app, but the process was slow and unhelpful. I ended up losing money and going hungry. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of accountability from both the driver and the platform. I will think twice before using Uber Eats again.

DON'T USE UBER EATS! They stole my money and didn't bring me the food that was 2 hrs late so the incompetent delivery driver gets to keep my food my $69.70 and my tip. This place sucks!!!!

If I could give this company -10 I would I canceled an order literally a minute after I ordered then the rep said the food was already prepared which that was a lie because I called the store before I canceled the order they still charged me for the order never brought the order. This company is a rip off And is legally charging people for items and food they did not get people stay with DoorDash all the way Uber eats is not worth the hassle of them stealing your money

Idk why the app allows driver to pick up more than one delivery. 2 whole hours I’ve been waiting for my delivery AND IM SRILL WAITING. We pay for convenience and this is the total opposite. What a joke

Our building is in the same parking lot as another building. Our building numbers are different but apartment number is the same. They delivered to the wrong apartment and refused to give a refund because the "gps" said it went to the correct address. Of course it did! It's the same parking lot! We put specific instructions to go to our building, not the other building, because they have the same apartment number. Worst customer service hands down. They wouldnt even listen.

I order UberEats 3x a week but today they lost a customer. I ordered my food at 2:18p and it’s 3:46p and I’m still waiting and it says arriving at 4:00p when the courier picked up my food at 3:00p. I’m 4 miles from where I ordered and the driver had other stops before me 20 minutes away… makes no sense to make me last when I was the closest,

3 driver cancelled the order and then eventually when driver accepted the order he had 4 orders before mine and my food was ice cold. Ridiculous service I am deleting this app and going to just eat they provide better service

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. FIRST OF ALL THEY CHARGE 2 TIMES OVER ANY REGULAR CHARGE. I ORDERED FROM TACO BELL, MY ORDER WAS CHARGED AT 52.00, TOTALING $59 AFTER TAXES. AFTER CONFIRMING WITH THE STORE, THE TOTAL WAS ONLY $30, IF PAID DIRECTLY. AFTER RECIEVED CHILD, BROKEN FOOD (tacos), THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ANYTHING! I REPEAT, HORRIBLE SERVICE, AND AFTER SERVICE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Twice in 2 weeks Uber Eats has sent unapproved charges to my credit card and they refuse to give refund. I have now spoken with five different people on the phone and they refuse to escalate to a higher level. Then they claimed the issue will be sent via email to a customer support division that will rectify the situation. When I received the email it didn't even address the issue that I had...it was something totally different and unrelated to my complaint. When I tried to respond to the email I get a reply back saying that they can't receive responses at that email address. Avoid this company at all costs. They're crooks and their customer service is absolutely horrendous.

Uber eats and Roots and pepper duped me. I placed order for a food to b delivered in 45 mins and they kept changing delivery time up till about 2 hours. By the way, I was at my mechanic’s waiting to receive my order. I had to cancel as I had waited 2 hours and still no delivery in sight. Imagine getting charged for all that and no refund.
