Uber eats customer service stinks,you got people who don’t even speaks English,sending you from one person to another. Putting you on hold,then the same answer oh yes we are working to solve your issue as a merchant,l didn’t receive my money for a month Now!!!! This is ridiculous.

Order was never delivered at all. Driver marked the order as delivered, but no food, no picture of food on my front porch. When I tried to resolve with customer service, they informed me my order did not qualify for a refund. I spoke with three different people, no help whatsoever. Also, when I informed them that their stance of not doing anything was unacceptable, they cut off the chat.

As a driver this is one of the worst apps to work for. I noticed that the distances that the app was giving me for my orders did not seem right so I started to track them. At least 80% of the time I end up driving further than the app tells me I'm going to. This is also the only app that allows "tip baiting". If you don't know what that is here is a recent example. I picked up an order from Walmart and I was the second driver to attempt the delivery. I found out that first driver return to the store of the order because the customer was not paying very much and it was a carload of groceries that they expected us to carry up to the second story. So I pick up the order and the entire delivery takes me an hour. The estimated delivery on the app when I accepted the order said I was going to get $15.50. 2 hours after I made the delivery, and I'm handicapped which made it interesting going up the second floor seven times with loads of groceries, the customer was allowed to pull their tip with no reason and I ended up making $3 for all that work and and hour of my time. I spent $3 in gas alone so I ended up paying out of pocket to deliver these people their groceries. When I called customer service they said that tips aren't mandatory like it was an excuse for the customer to be able to say they're going to give me money and then not give me money. Not giving details but that customer will end up paying much more than the tip they took from me.

£12 added to bill without warning or cancel option Used multiple times no issues Used last night to get £12 of an order Ordered £24 of food Checked the order to find we had paid £36 I had no warning the price had changed with an option to cancel the order Also unable to cancel the order as the food had started to be prepared Uber just say there was activity on the account they didn't like? No actual answer at all

The driver went to the wrong hotel twice. Then left it at the front desk at YET AGAIN the wrong hotel. He was supposed to get a pin but since he was at the wrong hotel he got no pin. Just left it there and drove off. We are out our $60 and the app or the driver doesn't care. DON'T USE THIS APP!

I never received my food and the customer support, that is designed to ignore the customer, would not reimburse me even after the restaurant confirmed to them the food was never sent out.

The driver could not speak English. When I told him that items was missing. He just grunted and walked off. I asked customer service to ask the guy to get the rest of my meal. They said no. Bloody rubbish.

Paula from the Uber Eats Restaurant support team had the worst customer service and worst attitude, when asked for an email confirmation, her response was "you didn't ask me", I told her in the past I have always gotten confirmations, which she replies with "not anymore". If you hate your job so much and couldn't even put in the effort to fake it on the phone, this is probably not the right field for you.

Uber Eats the worst customer service - Don't use I have placed an order which I canceled within five minutes I ordered and they still charge me over $100 for the order. I phoned customer service to do a refund and the person said that they can not do that because the system will not allow it. This is unacceptable. How can you charge someone when there was no order at all?

KJ was extremely unqualified and unprofessional today. She refused to understand why I called and what I was asking for. She told me that she could not ask any else and I could wait but no one would be helping me. She also said that if I call back no one could help. Wow, Uber eats! I didn’t get my order and your agent can’t even act human.

Pls don’t ever use them. I had an $80 order that was never delivered. They refused to give me proof of delivery, contact the driver on my behalf or offer me a refund. Pls run away from these scammers!

My order was delivered to someone else’s house and when I contacted customer service it took 15 minutes to get someone to chat with me and they told me that their system shows the order was delivered so they cannot give me a refund. When I told them that the photo of the order that the driver uploaded shows my order at someone else’s door. Customer service disconnected from the chat. I have used uber to travel and for food deliveries for years but I will not any longer. Customer service was terrible and I don’t understand why they would refuse to refund me as my account with them has been active for over 5 years and i have spent so much money with them in the past they chose to lose by business over a 30 dollar order.

I’d give a 0 if I could. Would not refund an order I never received that the picture showed was delivered to a house that was not mine. Because it had happen with a previous order that needed to be refunded to reordered I was told my account was eligible for a refund for Uber Eats mistake.

Very disappointed. To charge $25.00 for a delivery fee for a block and a half away is excessive. However, to charge $25.00 for a delivery that wasn't even delivered is unacceptable. Zero stars for a review.

Don't use them! Order was 23 minutes late after the latest "promised delivery" time, it was cold and 2 of the 4 items were wrong. Restaurant credits were not applied as promised, so we paid 40.00 for 23.00 worth of food. We could see by the driver location on the app that they literally were sitting at Whataburger for 45 minutes. Instacart AI chat and support refused to do anything and were useless. Stay away! I can see why this is 2 out of 5 stars.

Ordered for for me and my children, my food was cold and my children’s never arrived and when I’ve asked for my money back they have just said they can’t. Will not be using them again wish I could put no stars

I ordered food in a very different area by accident and cancelled immediately (less than 1 minute. They still changed me the full amount. I appealed to customer service and there was nothing they could do. I deleted the app and will never use Uber again.

Delivery was delayed by half an hour. I was watching on the map, and when it looked like it was at my address I wasn't contacted. A few minutes later, I saw the courier had put a picture of the food on a motorbike, so I guessed the courier was there and went downstairs to collect it. There was no courier to be seen, and the food had been left unattended in the Street on a busy Paris road. I tried to call the courier twice and just got voicemail. I looked for the courier, nowhere to be seen, and I couldn't go and collect the food (despite not wanting to because it had been left unattended), because I would have to go back up to my apartment to get my keys and leave the food unattended in the Street. I was there for 10 minutes waiting for the courier to arrive and no one arrived. This was clearly a bad courier, but even worse is that when I tried to get a refund from Uber Eats, they told me I'm not eligible because the courier had waited at my apartment the required amount of time, which is untrue. I even had a picture of the unattended food in the middle of the street. Very disappointing, awful service and careless.
