1st experience with Uber Eats. Everything appeared normal but when delivery was one hour late, I texted the driver. No reply. 2 hours late, I called the restaurant. No one ever came to pick up my food. Not the best first impression.

I placed an order with Zaxbys and canceled immediately after literally 2seconds . Uber eats charged me $20 for a freaking cancellation fee because they claim the merchant made the order and they had to reimburse them. I called the restaurant and my order had not been made and they said it showed where I was refunded but I wasn’t . Uber eats is a scam claiming it was in the fine print . Never again will I get anything from uber eats or uber period!!!!!!! I’m furious

This is the worst company to deal with. I ordered wine and snacks for my mother in NY. I live in NC. The order was picked up and when the driver got to my mother's house he would not accept her ID for the order. He said he needed my ID. I'm in NC so that was not possible. The order was canceled by Uber and I was charged a $25 restocking fee by Uber. Uber customer service is useless! I will only use Door Dash in the future.

Beware! Nobody likes forced tipping on apps tips are based on good service time frame and fast and hot so we tip at the door

I ordered food half was delivered . I went through the help option given a credit. I went to reorder credit did not cover the cost to reorder. Went through help again they told me no they would not cover the cost of their mistake. Asked to speak to a supervisor they disconnected the chat tried three more times same reply. How is it appropriate to profit when the driver doesn’t check the order to see if it’s all there.I did not ask for any credit above the cost to reorder simply wanted my food they continued to pass me rep to rep . All the reps kept asking if I was satisfied . When I would say no they disconnected chat. Save your self the hassle if they mess up your order it wont be fixed .

Worst delivery service on the planet. My last three orders showed up with no beverage. The last driver admitted he forgot the Pepsi and promised to return in five minutes. Never returned. Uber says they will give you a credit but it's never for the actual amount of the item. Never use Uber eats.

Food came 1.5 hours after ordering. Came soggy and melted. Had to throw 1/2 my order away. Tried to contact customer service, got the run around, didn't feel like they heard or helped me with my frustrations. Won't ever use again!

After being a driver for UberEats Ive come to understand that the only concern the company has is for their behalf. Example, I myself was put into a situation that was uncomfortable. I made a delivery to the customers residence but did not take the food to the door due to hostile messages I received from that customer. I decided to leave it on the hood of the vehicle while on the phone with support who instructed me to do as such. After i confirmed what actions I took, support decided to cancel the order all together & not process my earnings. If this isn't the first time I took orders, delivered them & not get full base pay due to whatever reasoning they have at that time. At least we still have doordash who has a better support team, better compensation, & way better understanding of certain situations that unfortunately occurs while delivering for them.

Uber eats is a bunch of cheats. They are overcharging. I order food worth cad 19.20 and they charged me 30 20. When I challenged them they refuse to accept. The merchant was paid 16.99. Please always check you cards on what they have charged you against the invoice by the merchant.

I pray something horrible happens to the greedy, soulless CEO of this absolutely garbage app. You should only continue using this app if you like being robbed. Your food will be either delivered 2 hours after you ordered, not delivered at all, or it won’t even be what you ordered. You won’t be refunded btw, because this garbage company refuses to spend a cent on real customer service (you’ll be arguing with their useless & incompetent AI chatbots only), and this garbage company which makes millions and millions of dollars refuses to even give $20 refunds. I’m praying that another Luigi gets the CEO. Tip for everyone who has been robbed by UE: file a chargeback with your bank :) don’t let them get away with this nonsense.

The food was soggy and disgusting. The wrap was all broken and ripped apart because it was soggy. I’m absolutely disgusted at the service provided and the miss leading information provided from customer service at el jannah. I ordered at 9:45am I paid to be prioritied and then Eljannah cancelled my order at the time of estimated delivery time. I placed a new order and I also called customer service el jannah. The man told me that it got cancelled and I will still get charged. I will need to talk to uber about this. I was trying to tell him u can’t because they tell me I need to contact eljannah. He kept on repeating himself instead of listening to what I was saying. He disrespectfully hung up on me. It’s now 11:11 and I still haven’t received my Delivery. I haven’t just paid double for this order, I also just found out that the delivery driver has another stop before mine which means my food will come soggy. The customer service is horrific and I would like a full refund. I put a complain to eljannah they advised me again to contact uber customer support and haven’t heard back from anyone.

I placed an order.3 drivers failed to pick up my order.After waiting for 2 hours I canceled my order and Uber kept the money. Refused to refund me. I will never order from them again. They are the worst delivery service.

UberEATS is, without a doubt, a fraudulent company focused on scamming. They sent me a notification to let me know that I had a balance to use in Uber Cash. ONLY for this reason I decided to place an order, and I made sure to double-check that the Uber Cash balance was being applied. When I place the order, the full amount was taken from my credit card, contrary to what was being shown in the previous screen. Their app is incredibly counterintuitive when it comes to contacting support or asking for help, but when I finally found a way to get in touch with them, they responded with seemingly automatic messages or things that were completely unrelated to my issue. Not a single helpful or coherent message from them. I got scammed, don't let it happen to you.

Uber Eats Policy is garbage I ordered to the wrong address realized it right after cancelled it and couldn’t get a refund or credit from them because the order was accepted by the restaurant didn’t get no credit either so I basically paid 20$ for nothing and received no service from uber eats

Uber Eats does not care if you are disabled and makes no effort to accomodate disabilities. My husband is bedridden & hospitalized. The instructions state I am a patient and cannot leave my bed and detail his location. The driver did not reach out to my husband, and when he did, her response is that she delivered to the X floor but could not give any other details. 3 hours later, his $66 order has not been found. Customer service said the driver followed the policy and tough luck.

Buyer beware! I placed an order with Uber eats for Raising Cane’s Chicken, I put detailed notes on my order telling the driver detailed notes about my order, and I called the the restaurant’s gentle manager, Brooke, and told her exactly what I wanted on my order; because, I had issues with Uber eats bringing only 80% of my order and not 100% of my order! I even message the driver and told him exactly what I had on my order and to make sure; he checked bag before he left the restaurant! Additionally, again I called the store’s general manager Brooke, and I also stated every that was on my order, which was one Caniac meal with a large Coke; because, that meal comes with a large drink automatically! I also ordered another large drink, which was a orange Fanta; I told the driver I had one Caniac meal with a large Coke and I added an additional large orange fanta; so, I should have a one meal with a drinks and one extra large orange Fanta, making it a total of two drinks; what is so hard to understand? He kept saying, “I got it,” like I got on his nerves! When the driver dropped, he still had my order wrong, even after myself giving the driver three instructions, he still brought me back 80% of my order back to me; I told him I told you to check that order you had a total of two large rings, one large Coke and one large orange man in that meal some I told it was unacceptable because when I paid for that order, I paid 100% not 80% like what you’re giving me now! The driver canceled the order and took all the food with him; Uber eats refused to put my money back on my debit card. I didn’t get any food and I did any getting any good service as well; because the driver, could not follow instructions. Moreover, Uber eats does not talk to its customer. It has a AI Bot that gives you the runaround; calling the president is easier than calling Uber eats. It should be against the law for a business not to have any kind of communications with his customers and allow to get away with giving you have 80% or 90% of your order when you pay 100% for the order when you purchase the service or meal! I reported this incident to the Better Business Bureau, the FDA, federal Trade commission, and the Attorney General’s office; letting them know, calling them is easier than calling Uber eats, you will never get a live person on the phone, unless you are a driver. Additionally, the only chat the customers talk to is an AI Bot; that should be stopped! The driver canceled the order, took the food with him and it probably ate it; and they refused to give me refund; or at least put my money back on my debit card when, I didn’t get any food from them, the only thing I received was bad customer service, and a driver that can’t follow any type of instructions!
