If your item is out of stock, they charge you $6 and won’t budge. No delivery of anything but stuck with an OUTRAGEOUS $6 charge!!

Cancelled my order and never reimbursed me. So i paid for nothing. Uber support didn't want to bring my complain to their supervisors. so disappointed :(

They deliver to the wrong address. No refund. You are out and must contend charge with your credit card carrier who sides with UberEATS because so many liars scam this system.

I placed my order from McDonald’s on Canvey Island and someone called Mountchaka has stolen my order. Warning to all people. DO NOT USE UBER. They are a bunch of thieves who are working here illegally. I SUGGEST UBER YOU PAY ME MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY!!!!

I made a KFC order yesterday that wasnt correct. I did not receive the large order of wedges I ordered and my chicken wings were inedible. I went to get a refund and Uber eats only gave me 2.70 back, Which I paid almost $ 7 for a large order of wedges I didn't get. The order of inedible chicken wing were over $30. In my bank accout I was issued a refund of 7.02 then Uber took back 2.42. I think at this point Uber should issue me a full refund....I paid 45.83 for gravy ( because I couldn't eat the wings and I didn't get my wedges)

Welcome to Ubereats Complete Scam Tactics, 1. Gives false time frame 2. Time frame takes longer than the provided time frame 3. Allows drivers to take 10000 orders racking up both company and employee money 4. My order takes more than 1 hour to arrive when it should be 20-30 mins. 5. Can't ask for help for after orders since you can only speak to a bot and the food is ineligible for refund when its cold. So what did I do? Contact the team during delivery and they all have the same response. They ended chat instantly when I mentioned number 5. Thank you ubereats!

Platform makes it nearly impossible to leave a feedback on Uber eats. Asks for photos and then rejects the photo. AI capabilities are basic. And company itself can't be held accountable for all their mistakes.

I don’t understand how you don’t get what you ordered and don’t get a refund. Always saying they will credit you 3 or 4 dollars me wow you’re still hungry because you didn’t receive what you ordered. Don’t get this app waste of time and money not dimension. You never get the credit for the 3 to 4 dollars either.

I will never use them again! They delivered my order to the wrong address and told me to go locate my order! It wasn’t eligible for a refund because it was delivered. The incorrect address even showed in the photo. Their Customer Service dept. is a joke! They were incredibly rude. I spoke to a supervisor and he was worse than the rep. He hung up the phone on me. Deactivating the app tonight!

⭐ 1 Star I had a very disturbing and unsafe experience with an Uber Eats delivery driver at my business. Instead of delivering the food properly, the driver stayed in his car yelling and swearing aggressively. When I asked him to come to the door, he became even more hostile, shouting profanities (including the F-word) and refusing to let me speak. The situation escalated so badly that both I and my customers felt unsafe. The driver lingered outside my business instead of leaving, which made everyone feel even more threatened. His behavior was violent, aggressive, and completely unacceptable. To make things worse, he made a completely false claim against me, accusing me of being racist—something that goes absolutely against my values and who I am. I immediately reported the situation to Uber Eats and told them I was prepared to call the police if things continued. Unfortunately, Uber did not handle this properly and left me, my staff, and my customers unprotected during a frightening situation. This experience has left me questioning whether it’s even safe to use Uber Eats again. It is unacceptable that someone with this kind of aggressive and threatening behavior is representing Uber. No customer should ever feel unsafe or put in danger over a food delivery.

Uber eats will consolidate orders to one business franchise giving one driver more business and one franchise all rhe business even if the franchise you order from is right across the street! Uber will still send your order even 40min away to a different franchise taking an hour or more to complete when it could have been delivered in minutes. I canceled account and will have my family cancel accounts and will trash Uber forever costing way more than the 20 dollar sandwich I was unable to retrieve as I was no longer on a break! Horrible company focused on drivers and business profit more than their customers. Use Door Dash!

The very fact that you can’t speak to a real person about an order being incorrect is insane!! I placed an order with specific instructions- the entire order was incorrect. I sent uber eats a request to review and refund me my money. They didn’t respond until 5 days later and had the nerve to tell me It was too far past the window of time to get a refund! I sent the request the same day!! It’s a sham and a freaking scam uber eats sucks!

I wish I could give zero stars. They charged me for an item I did not receive and would not adjust the amount they charged my account. Kept ending the chats with me. With no resolution.

Zero star, I ordered $90.00 in food last night and on my uber eats instructions it says, " meet me at my door". The driver did not attempt to come to my door, I did not get my food nor a refund! 🤬 I will never use uber again unless im refunded. This is going to spread far and wide, I am going to sue Uber, they are ridiculous. They have instructions on the customer profile in delivering the food and do not follow those instructions!! Seriously, they want to blame you so they can keep your money! Uber stole my kids money for food!!! I would highly appreciate my refund!

Would not refund me for an oder I canceled and did not receive. I canceled the order one second after sending it! The said the food was already made. They lie, and customer service is a joke. Via text its auto replies.

They charged me over $20 to cancel an order that was accidentally pocket-ordered and caught within 5min then told me there was nothing they could do. That is straight theft, not business.
