Delivery works most of the time, but lately it’s been unreliable. Orders come late or missing items, and support just gives generic replies. The app is easy to use, but service quality has really gone downhill.

They're a theif big thief I ordered some food today for my baby.ylu should hear the dasher saying how his gps stop him at 119 when I live at 117 I didn't even receive my 15$ back or my order but I cut all ties with Uber eat saying how dasher left order in a safe place please note if my dasher left my order at 119 I cannot enter that building if I don't live there or have a key how am I supposed to get order at that place so faraway stealing ppl hard earned money big y store I order from I don't have any photos for what I didn't receive

They sent me a notice from the restaurant that an item is out of order and to replace it. I try to modify. It cancels order but still charges me. I call Uber eats and tell them the message said I was being charged because they had started cooking but I said that was impossible because it asked me to replace an item which I was trying to do. She then said: Well, they already accepted it and we tell our customers never to modify an order because it can cancel it. What???? When do you tell us that? After the first time it happens so they can keep their money. That is the definition of a scam. They know there's an issue with this, they don't fix it and allow it to happen then warn you after you have lost money. Never again. Bye bye Uber eats

I placed an order for delivery which never arrived at the house I was staying at. Furthermore, there was no attempt to deliver the food by the driver since my friends and I were sitting by the glass front door playing a card game and no one ever came up to the front porch. The driver marked the order as delivered without submitting a photo for proof of delivery. I tried calling the driver three times and they ignored me. I assume they ran off with my food order because I ordered food again and the next driver had no problems delivering my order. Additionally, I called UberEats the next day to get the issue resolved which they ended up blaming me for and said it was my responsibility. I had to pay the full price with no food delivered. This was by far the worst experience I have had with food delivery services and I will not be using UberEats or Uber services again. I would advise using DoorDash as I have had positive customer service experiences. Finally, I will be switching by to Lyft.

THE UBER EATS DRIVE RAN OFF WITH MY FOOD. SHE MARKED THE ORDER DELIVERED AND UBER EATS REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY. NOW IM STUCK WITH PAYING $50 FOR FOOOD I NEVER RECEIVED. I'VE DELETED THE APP AND WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!

I will never use this service ever again, after getting ripped off twice, the restaurant didn’t give me all of my order so I contacted UberEats I sent in a photo of the food I received along with my receipt and InerEats said according to the receipt and the photo I received the entire order. Keep in mind the photo had one order in it and I ordered two plates I even contacted the restaurant and they told me to have the driver come back to pick up the missing food, of course that was a no. Uber refused to refund the order so I paid $49 for one order of red beans and rice. This is the second time this has happened so now I’m done with this service.

My food got here cold and with 3 things missing. The tape on top of my soda was lifted and it wasn’t even Delivered to the right address alone, the right house

CLOSE DOWN!!! YOU DON’T GIVE SUPPORT WHEN NEEDED!!! NO PHONE SUPPORT AND CHAT SUPPORT IS GLITCHED! THERE IS NO WAY YOU CAN COMMUNICATE WITH THEM!!

My L A S T experience resulted in a three and a half hour wait that was cancelled for me, no apology, no explanation. I tried to speak with the driver three times and got ZERO responses. Stick to driving people, your abilities to deliver food are not there!

i accidentally placed an order I canceled it not even five minutes after it was placed and they told me I couldn’t get my money back because they already started making the food. apparently it was $30! that makes no sense because they give refunds out if the place messes up your food, but they can’t give me a refund for canceling for something. I never even got any normal business. Refund you if you didn’t get your stuff.

Man Uber eats this is very disappointing for me to have to say that. You should focus on customer satisfaction. I oder 2 pizzas with a promo i specifically clicked on that said buy one get one free. I was overcharged okay then it was a snowball effect from there. The delivery driver forgot half of the order so we waited for him to get back by the time I got my pizza it was cold. Then when I call the next morning the customer representative im sure he was following protocol or listening to there supervisor say that I can't talk to anyone higher up for 24 to 48 hours and only on a call back. Never in my life have i heard Thwt from someone in a large call center. Like seriously you uber eats overall rating is 1 star. Obviously someone is not doing there job to keep the customer happy. I can always just use Lyft because I will be cancelling my account Do Better because of it keeps going like my experience no one in the Uber eats field will have a job because you will have lost all your customers

I ordered from UberEATS and they got my order wrong, that do not know how to deliver food, they always get it mixed up. This is not okay.

Uber eats does not care about anyone. Pizza ordered at 7pm. Still no food at 9:30pm. Delivery driver picked up the food. Supposedly delivered to the wrong address but Uber can’t see or tell where. Oh- here is your money back- well of course - we didn’t get any food. But that doesn’t put food in my families stomachs. Driver should be fired and refund should be 5x to avoid these situations.

I had such a horrible experience with this app today , I ordered food for my 7yr old at 7:00pm and the food arrived at 9:00 pm long story short after me buying food at a restaurant so muy daughter could eat becase the delivery arrived super late , spending more than 40 dollars , they tried to compensate me with 3.98 , I was so disappointed that I closed the chat with them , I am never buying food with them !!!!

Order never came. Won’t refund the tip except by Uber Cash which is useless. I will never use them again. Avoid them at all costs.

I'm a driver so they give promotions and then take them back and not honor them. When you go to support they tell you you'll get an answer within 6 to 12 hours. It's been over 24.
