“Shocking chat support to sort issues”

“Ordered and received somebody else’s order at the door, it was completely wrong. Paid over $100 and complained on the app because they don’t want to give you anyone to speak to They refunded $42 There is nowhere in the app to complain or to call Have used Uber eats on average every week for 4 years App now deleted”

“Uber eats sucks. I had a delivery, 50+ dollars I was ON the phone with a rep trying to get someone to translate for the driver because he didn’t speak English and couldn’t find my apartment. While on the phone the driver marked my food as delivered and sent a pic of a kid on the curb holding the food. The rep asked if I got the food and if a kid was with me I told her no I’m standing outside my apartment door and hadn’t received anything. She stated she was putting in a request for a refund the next day I received an email saying I wasn’t going to be refund for food that was given to a STRANGER. Worst Customer service ever.”

“Uber Eats in Brussels is the worst delivery company. I have left them explicit instructions in delivery details section specifying which number to call. When delivery arrived, they completely disregarded instructions and called my profile number instead. I did not answer because I could not at that time. Delivery person was supposed to call the number specified in the delivery details section anyway. When I contacted Uber Eats regarding this issue, they claimed that "they tried to contact you 2 times and waited 8 minutes to see if the delivery could be completed". However, there has never been a second call. This is a total lie.”

“I just used the Uber eats to order my favourite meal. I did wait over 2 hrs and decided to contact with customer service. I got information that I should be contacting with the place of order. After my call I was so frustrated because the driver from Uber didn’t show up and didn’t pick up the order! Never again!”

“I have only ordered from restaurants through Instacart. The last time I ordered the wrong delivery address kept coming up. I changed it. It would change back -- to an address where I have never been and is not in my address book. Between the last change and my hitting order, it changed back. It was impossible to change after order. I canceled, but they charged me anyhow. That's my last order with them forever.”

“I will never use UberEats again. Doordash all the way. I just tried to order from Uber eats and said the most I would have to wait is until 10:20. Now they're not even sure when it's getting here. The driver cancelled and they had to find a new one and I just am not going to use them again. Would recommend sticking with Doordash or GrubHub.”

“Terrible customer service- I accidentally entered the wrong address and reached out to customer service before the food had even left the restaurant to redirect or cancel the order for an extra fee. The real address was merely 1.5 miles from the one entered. I even called the driver multiple times to ask him if he could deliver it to my current address for a significant tip and he refused. The uber customer service was slow and of no help. The order amount was significant too and uber refused to explain why they wouldn’t issue a refund when I repeatedly tried to contact their customer support. I am extremely disappointed and used to even be an UberOne customer but wanted to say my experience was terrible.”

“Hi I am an driver for Uber eats and yes it's hard to actually speak to someone in customer service. I only been driving for Uber for about 2weeks now which I have noticed inconsistency with the time vs pay. Not to mention lets say I just received a incoming order to be picked up at IMOS PIZZA, once I have confirmed pickup then instead of sending me to the customer drop off location it sends me to another store to pickup a different customer order. So frustrating, cause I don't if it's a single order or group order but will not know until you confirmed the 1st order. I'm trying to be grateful and thankful.”

“This app is very unprofessional. Food arrives cold. Drivers excepting orders then canceling them. I’ve waited over a hour for food and all they can say is it isn’t their fault. Maybe if you guys had a better system things would work out better. Horrible app”

“Uber eats is a huge scam, if you want your food delivered go directly to the restaurant website!!! There is a price discrepancy. Uber eats charges $2-$5 dollars per item. It’s cheaper if you pay the delivery at the restaurant location and not use Uber eats.”

“When my driver dropped my pizza on the carpet outside my hotel room door uber eats said not to worry we won't make you pay for the order. What about my pizza?? No replacement ??? I'm still starving and they don't care. I had to order another pizza directly firm the restaurant and their driver delivered it ... an hour after the original order was expected -never use this service - they don't care about their customers at all. Lots of other food delivery options are available , use a different one. Terrible customer service !!!”

“The fact that they now have you provide a pin to even leave your food is so inaccurate. This is the first time I have ordered my food and didn't receive it. They refuse to refund my order after not receiving because I provided the pin to the delivery person. Uber eats is just stealing money at this point from customers. Highly recommend not doing this if you don't plan on being at your place to relieve your food.”

“I just had a horrible experience with Uber eats as I did place an order within one minute of my order. I tried to cancel to where I got a 404 error code. I then contacted the store right away. The merchant said not a problem it would be canceled. I then contacted Uber eats chat to whom I was assuming I was speaking to a person it ended up being the bot, who then intern cancelled my order by still charging me. I then went to the customer service sent them pictures of the timing asking for the refund immediately was denied, and the chat was ended without even a further discussion. This is absolutely ridiculous. Will never use them again. Horrible service will definitely be using DoorDash from now on and will advise all friends and family and social media.”

“Uber eats should be closed if you order food it take mad long I swear almost 2 hours to deliver on 5 minute drive and they should hear better person for delivery. Very disappointed”
