Unbelievable that you get away with charging customers for orders that never get to their destination! Disgusting

I paid just over $41 for a chicken bowl with onion rings tonight - I was looking forward to some hot crispy sweet potato fries and onion rings and freshly grilled and still warm chicken together with a bit of “feel good” salad. I live about 15 minutes by foot away from the restaurant but ordered Ubereats so I could get some extra work done. I ordered just before 7pm. The estimated time of delivery 7.15pm to 7.25pm. The order arrived at 7.40pm - onion rings were stone cold, sweet potato fries were stone cold, grilled chicken was cold and salad was soggy. I was tracking the Uber rider, they remained stationery for at least 10minutes….and the Di Rey timeframe just pushed out further and further. So my meal was disgusting, thanks directly to Uber eats - and they take absolutely NO ACCOUNTABILITY!! Just unacceptable.

As an Uber One member, I expected better service from Uber Eats. I placed an order, realized within 3 minutes I used the wrong payment method, and immediately asked to cancel. I was told nothing could be done, no manager was available, and I was left paying for a mistake that could have easily been resolved. Very disappointing for a paid membership service that promises priority support.

Sometimes I don't get everything in my order and when I ask for a refund of the item they tell me the next day they need a picture. I took it previous day and they removed the the attachment icon so there is no way to give them a picture. Then they say this order is not eligible for a refund. They do this all the time. They should be shut down.

The platform on uber eats imposes no restrictions on the prices that the merchants are allowed to set. When compared to Doordash or Grubhub, the prices on the itmes are aligned on these platforms for the same merchant. But Uber eats does no such thing. Really poor platform. On top of that, I tried raising the concern with their customer agent named Andre, but he offered no resolution or insights and ended the chat. Extremely poor customer service for a platform that charges you the most including service charges.

Order was cancelled 54 minutes before order was supposed to be delivered for a family function! Uber eats stated it was the merchants fault, they couldn’t fulfill the order. I called the returned directly and within 15 minutes it was fulfilled and $50. less than what was charged via Uber eats! Completely unacceptable!!!! Customer support chat was useless! Stated, at least you didn’t get charged for the order, not the point. Expecting a service that was provided! We also ordered the order on the 19th to be delivered on the 25th giving both Uber eats a heads up and the restaurant! What a waste of time! First time user and never again.

Today, I used Uber Eats through my Instacart account to order some breakfast to be delivered. When our order arrived, I went outside to get it and could not find it so I looked at the front door camera feed. The Uber driver brings the order, as seen on our front door camera, puts the food at the front door, took a photo of the order and walked away. Then within minutes, the same Uber driver walked back to our front door, picked the order up and walked away with the order. I then contact by phone Instacart and told a representative what had occurred. She advised me that I should talk to Uber Eats. I contact Uber Eats, the only way I found was by chat, and was told that since I ordered it on Instacart that I should contact them (not in those exact words). I go onto Instacart phone App to check can I see what happened on there where I originated the order and took actions to refund my order and got a message that there was a photo showing it was delivered. Though this message happened, I was still able to follow more prompts to refund the food I ordered. My husband and I then decided to just order again direct from the same restaurant, go pick it up and investigate further about the Uber order before contacting authorities about this. Apparently, no one had picked up our order and the restaurant was nice enough to give us that order and our newly ordered food. SPECIAL NOTE: Uber Eats still charged us for the driver tip of more than $14 though they delivered nothing.

Placed order with Uber Eats through instacart app. Over $217.00 taken instantly. 2 hours later 10 minutes before scheduled delivery i get a message order canceled. No explanation, no warning, just canceled. I called instacart they refuse to help and blame ubereats, I tried calling ubereats no one picking up. No customer service available. Dont use Insttacart or Uber eats, both are terrible companies.

Ordered a Wawa parfait through Uber Eats at 9:06 PM. It wasn’t delivered until 10:51 PM — almost 2 hours later — and arrived completely melted, unsafe to eat. I drove myself to Wawa and they confirmed this and replaced it, but Uber Eats refused a refund because I didn’t take a picture of the melted parfait before the store discarded the item. Uber Eats is more concerned with their policies over customer concerns and food safety issues

Do not order uber eats for Moshi Moshi. The app chose the wrong address for me and I had to drive 11 miles to get my sushi order when there was one half a mile away.

When they pickup double orders food is cold. Restaurant is 7 min from my house. They pickup my order then deliver somebody else's order 20 minutes in the other direction first. So I wait about 50 min for my order. Last time I ordered from another restaurant 3 min from my house driver assigned sat at another restaurant a block away waiting for another order to be ready for 25 minutes after mine was ready. I ended up going to restaurant to pickup my food. That was it. I deleted uber app and not ordering thru them anymore. Customer service is non existent.

Paid for a $4 beverage that never arrived. Uber Eats refunded only $2 and refused to cover the full amount. Disappointed with the lack of fair customer support.

ordered food from a pizza joint near us. the person delivering could't find my house even after giving her directions. On the map on my phone you could see my house pinged on the map. the food was NEVER delivered but I still see 2 charges om my card. I'll never use uber eats again. Very difficult web site to navigate if you need help

First time using. Couldnt get my order right in the cart. When I asked to change the order within seconds of ordering there is a looping AI chat. I tried cancelling and was charged a $14 CHARGE BEFORE I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET CHARGED TO CANCEL!!! So paid $14 with NO ABILITY TO CHANGE THE ORDER AND NO FOOD. WILL NEVER USE THIS EVER AGAIN.

If your item is out of stock, they charge you $6 and won’t budge. No delivery of anything but stuck with an OUTRAGEOUS $6 charge!!
