After waiting more than one hour UBER, couldn’t find a driver to pick up my order. Unacceptable.

Terrible experience. I ordered uber eats and they delivered it to the wrong house. I called customer support and explained the situation to them and they refused to refund me. I told them to check any of the other confirmation pictures at my address and they would see a different door. They told me it was somehow my fault their driver delivered to an incorrect location. I asked to speak to a manager and the rep would not put me through. Uber and Uber eats was my primary services for ride sharing/food delivery but I will be going elsewhere moving forward.

Worst customer service they won't own up to their mistakes, the representative was condescending insulted me what he called me. Refused to let me talk to a supervisor he pretended to put me on hold and disconnected me. Waited an hour my dinner never came and waiting on the refund.

I placed the order and tried to cancel it within 30 seconds because I was gonna order something else with my order and the restaurant Hong Kong kitchen accepted the order so now they’re saying they won’t make the food and I cannot get a refund or cannot even get the food. So now what are my kids gonna eat things? Uber eats for nothing I called customer service and they said there’s nothing they can do.

I ordered a $40 salad poke bowl for my wife and me. We are both on Keto diet. We received a rice bowl. We cannot eat rice. UberEATS offered us $2 back. What a rip off!

We ordered two sandwiches through Uber eats for Arby’s a driver to deliver a sealed bag and it was missing a sandwich that was on the receipt that we paid in full 4+ tip. We called the manager at Arby’s and Arby said you had to go to Uber eats for a refund we went to Uber eats and they paid three or four dollars less than what we paid them for the sandwich. There’s no customer service 800 number or anything like that no talking to a live person very cryptic really bad company.

Subject: Repeated Delivery Issue – Spilled Drink and Mess Left Behind I received two consecutive orders today, and both times the delivery driver arrived with a soaking wet bag and a spilled drink (Fanta). The first time, I refused the order and the driver cancelled it—understandable—but he still left the leaking bag and mess right outside my entrance. I reordered, hoping for a better outcome, but shockingly, the second delivery had the exact same issue. It’s extremely frustrating that such a basic task—delivering a sealed drink properly—can’t be done correctly. It feels like there’s no attention to care, consistency, or accountability in the process. I’d appreciate if this could be looked into seriously. I expect a refund or credit for the inconvenience and, more importantly, for steps to be taken to prevent this from happening again.

They are horrible!! I never received my order and they won’t give a refund. The confirmation email even shows that the order was delivered to the wrong address. They still refuse to issue a refund. I will never use this service again!!

Customer service sucks! I did not receive 2/3 of my order. Chat customer service would not refund my delivery fee service fee or tip even though they did not deliver my complete order. I will never do business with this company again.

They had advertised a buy one get one so I ordered and when it hit my bank account, it was not buy one get one it was for the full amount of two orders of pizza That’ll be my last time from ordering them just for the point of it

If your item is out of stock and you get no delivery, they charge a $6 fee without your consent. Stay away!!

Absolutely dissatisfied, ordered a burger and cancelled it after 1 minute, but the charged me 15$ for the food that didn’t even arrive , will never order food again with uber eats

Customer service is disgraceful. Uber should not be in full control of cancelling an order with no refund option when the order is over an hour late. If you dare to complain they just end the chat. Awful service.

If you ever have a problem. No luck with having someone help you. On line chat is horrible. That's the 1st red flag not being able to talk to a human. I like the promos and maybe trying a new restaurant. My advice is be very cautious when using. Very dissatisfied customer.
