Terribleeeee!!ahora que hasta se puede hacer seguimiento del pedido es mucho peor!!van dos veces que dejo todos mis datos..he estado abajo esperando y por qué no entran las llamadas me cancelan todo y se devuelven!los del delivery no son capaces de bajarse de sus motos a llamar por el citofono..o preguntar si hay otra entrada en el edificio!no mueven ni un dedo..sinceramente..nunca me ha pasado con Pedidos Ya

@ubereats_uk I have ordered from chaiwala Luton branch through Uber eats.The delivery person in picture took fake picture and stated he arrived and he never came.i have been charged for no delivery.without investigating the issue and charges the customer,it's a crime.

The worst experience! I placed an order with Uber eats and as soon as I clicked 'place order' I noticed they had the wrong address. I called the merchant and they said they can't change anything that I would have to call Uber eats which we know has no phone number, so I told the merchant cancel the order and I'll reorder it with the right address and contact Uber eats. Once I got on their site there was no contact info to change the address, so I just canceled the order and tried to contact her and couldn't. They charged me $25 for canceling and will not give me a refund and it was their mistake! Never will I do business with them again!!

This was my first time since Covid lockdown that I have used uber eats, my food was cold, the driver was supposed to be male, but was female and in a different car. She didn't speak English and was trying to show me something on an app that was in Spanish. I may have an hispanic last name, but I don't speak Spanish. Will never use this app again.

I'm actually writing about the fees for Uber Eats.The fees earned by the driver's is minimal and the fees charged to the customers is enormous.That means Uber Eats is so greedy.They're taking all the money

Do not use them. Canceled an order right after I hit submit. Customer service advised I should have called them. Is that an option???? NOT!!! Got charged $50 which included a tip that I cannot get a refund for. I understand a standard fee but for the whole order and no food. I hope as voters to make companies like these pay! No more $ from me, my family or the company I work for! Travel a lot and order a lot to be delivered to my room! My little $0.02 is nothing to them, but the more we push others to use other services will continue to hurt their pockets. OBTW get you a Lift and not an Uber!!!!

UBER EATS Made me pay a restaurant $22.00 for canceling a order due to the delivery driver constant getting lost and never showing up with my order. Also delivery driver and i had a language barrier making is impossible to describe my location to them. Uber Eats does not support their customers at all and will charge you for something that’s out of your control.

A week ago I filed a claim as the driver went off my driveway and parked her car on my lawn! Still no replies from them and you can't call to speak with anyone. They don't care that property damage was cause for now reason I have a fully blacktopped driveway. I even have security tapes of her doing it. She cause about 370.00 worth of damage according to my lawn guys estimate to replace it since she drove in under the tree like 3 foot off the driveway. They never responded and even still charged me for my meal!

I have had a heart procedure and we had been out of power because of the hurricane. We couldn’t make food and and a couple friends thought got us some gift cards to help us through. Let me preface that I use Uber eats a lot for my businesses and for when we have parties. We use Uber a lot to because we don’t drink and drive. We are fortunate enough to be able to treat ourselves. We placed an order and it was taking a long time. I tried texting the driver who was just sitting there. Carlos, was unresponsive. I went down the rabbit hole of Uber eats auto response help center. I was told that the restaurant hadn’t started preparing food. At this point we were really hungry and decided to cancel because we couldn’t get anyone to help. We tried calling the driver again and nada. So we cancelled. Uber charged us for everything. There was no warning or even mention that this would be a possibility. So I go over to the help center - they were copying and pasting responses. They couldn’t understand the issue of me unable to do anything. I was making arrangements for something else but we couldn’t do it because they stole our money. All I received is so sorry and we will use this as a training experience. I asked for a supervisor, a number to call and they were unable to provide. If only the driver would have responded…. So, no more Uber products for me. 1 personal and 2 businesses are walking away. I’m disgusted

Don't order within this company. The company will immediately taking your money for an order but when this company fucks up said order they don't want to refund your money. They want to cancel the order; make you wait 3-5 days for a return or simple not refund the money at all. And by reading other reviews this has happened to me tonight and plenty others in the past. Don't waste your MONEY OR TIME!!!!

Did not refund or even attempt to refund. The restaurant did not have the food I ordered. I called as was given a run around with customer service. I want a refund. I did not recieve my order. Lucky I had to give 1 star. I wouldn't give any at all. Avoid UBER EATS like the plague. No refunds and I am reporting them to BBB. I also made sure I got written statements from the restaurant supporting this. AVOID..

I would have given 0 star, if it would have been possible. They have employed thieves as uber drivers. Their uber guy stole my order and they refused to refund my money or track their thief driver. The entire company is fraud and gives two hoots about their customers. I am never going to order from Uber ears again.

I absolutely loathe Uber Eats UK! If there is a problem, firstly they are so difficult to get hold of, and then they just "resolve" your case by lieing to you, keeping your money and closing your case. Proper thieves and liars. I've had so many issues with them. I use Deliveroo. They are much nicer, helpful and available. The only reason I used Uber Eats again was because they had a discount code. But hey, they have no taken my money, won't refund it, lied they taking it seriously and that they spoke to the restaurant. I spoke to the restaurant and Uber didn't contact them or give them my money either. Absolute hog wash company!

I’ve spent thousands of dollars with Uber Eats, but after my most recent experiences, I will never order from them again. Despite being a loyal customer, the customer service has been nothing short of awful. Whenever there is an issue with an order, which happens far too often due to mistakes made by the restaurants, Uber Eats shifts the blame onto the customer. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they essentially call you a liar for reporting errors. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially after so much money spent on their platform. Uber Eats needs to drastically improve how they handle customer complaints, or they’ll continue to lose loyal customers like myself. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Never again.

Never ordering from Uber eats. Each time I do, it's almost always a problem. I won't ever receive a refund for orders that are not mine or if the food was picked up by someone else other than me. It's like I'm giving out money for free. I'm tired of Uber eats.

Trash customer service and estimate times of delivery are double if not triple the time to delivery. When you call they say there’s nothing they can do
