Shady refund practice. My order was missing an item and I only got a partial refund. I'm guessing I'm not the only one so the difference in value is padding someone's pockets. Contacted them and the rep said because they gave a partial refund there's nothing they would do. They should be audited/class actioned for this practice. Will be triggering an investigation with the BBB.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I received my order and you could clearly see from the picture that the delivery driver uploaded that my drinks were missing one of which I paid an extra $2 for. I have been trying to get a refund for my items I didn’t receive but paid my hard earned money for and keep getting the same generic response my order is not eligible for a refund. I finally get a supervisor to message me back only to say since it’s been over 48hrs since my order was delivered they can’t refund my missing items but I’ve been going back and forth with their customer service department since the day my order was delivered so how is it that I do not qualify for a refund when I submitted my claim the day my order was delivered because they have taken now 4 days to send this to a supervisor. It fathoms me how you can pay for an order not receive your whole order submit proof 10 different times that your whole order was not delivered but yet because their customer service team suck I have to eat the cost, this has definitely been an distressing situation. I am still attempting 5 days later to get my refund for the items I never received but paid for.

Uber eatz promotions are a scam and they stop having the ability tonsoeak with live people ingot chard 15 for a 20 pizza I never get

If the customer cancels they should still have to pay a fee to the Uber eats DoorDash people it's not right they waste their gas driving to pick up the order then get there and it's canceled not only that but they should also think about the people that are driving all over the city to give them their order from a different city

I’m extremely disappointed with Uber Eats. I placed an order that: 1. Didn’t follow my allergy instructions, making it unsafe to eat. 2. Arrived cold and of poor quality. 3. Was missing a paid-for item. Despite reporting this, Uber Eats only refunded £1 for the missing item and ignored the rest of the issues, including the health risk posed by ignoring allergy instructions. Their refusal to address my concerns and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I strongly urge others to be cautious when ordering, especially if you have dietary restrictions. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will be pursuing further action to resolve this matter.

12/26/2024, I played buy one get one free item, I am still very new to the system, once the order was placed, I saw 24 orders instead of one, credit card charged $502, I called uber customer service 1-833 xxx-xxxx, explained to the lady, asked her notified the restaurant the error, she spent longer time asked me to cancel myself. I couldn’t find the way to cancel, finally she cancelled for me, but chary$435 as food prepared fee, it’s so BS and the way robbery my money, I will fight for this, so nasty of Uber customer service, never help anything.

This app is filled with so many incompetent drivers I’ve waited two hours for food way too many times to count and I’m finally done with this app. I never write reviews but the service they provide is subpar and the customer service is non existent avoid at all costs!!!! Uninstalling app immediately!

I was charged full price for a meal that was never made and never received. I cancelled my order right after i ordered it but UberEats insists that my meal was made and about to be delivered even though i called the restaurant and they confirmed that the food was never made nor delivered. Also, the UberEats customer service were very unprofessional and couldn’t see my issue properly. Once the issue was acknowledged the “agent” said that it’s a me problem and ended the chat in my face.

They do nothing for wait times and give no type of compensation for dealing with inconveniences that are not stated. My order was supposed to be picked up and brought to me within 30min ive been waiting for an 1hr 30min for something that doesn’t even need to be made and i just have to deal with it. Learn to reward loyal customers for inconveniences instead of telling them to sit and wait. Uber is getting worse and worse by the day especially with pricing

We were in Jacksonville, Florida when I tried to order from Wendy's using ubereats. The app sent the order to a Wendy's TWO HUNDRES miles away!!! I noticed finally and cancelled the order. I was still charged!!!!!! The "lack of support" person who did the chat with me said that that's the policy, too bad. I continued to state my case and this rube stated that I was just wasting time by complaining. I will NEVER use Uber anything again!!!!!!!

don’t use this company their frauds, you don’t get items you paid for and their answer is just this order isn’t eligible for a refund! i’m sorry but i paid for stuff i didn’t get it is eligible for a refund, total scam

Yesterday, on Christmas there was fraud my account and I canceled order right away , then called them. They yelled at me and said I did it and I won’t get my money back . I’m out over $140 .

UberEats owes my restaurant money and refuses to pay. It’s been an ongoing issue since August. I will never use them again. Soon people will find out about how they steal from small restaurants. I am filing a lawsuit.

Recently I ordered and get the ordered by payment but that delivery boy get payment from me and didn't record in the system so that again I started to order they ask to make the payment it happened in last Tuesday, I ordered al mas restaurant near kotena and the delivery person name Jeyakumar Diksankumar

Uber is one of the most horrible delivery options I order stuffs at 8pm and it was supposed to delivered by 8:55 and then the time update to 9:05, then 9:15, then 9:30,then 9:45 the 10:05 and then finally they cancelled my order …unprofessional service …I have advice all my friends and families to keep away from ..totally sucks …company is worthless

We placed order at 6.53 pm. Uber app shows status as "order not ready" as of 845 pm. We called restaurant. They said order picked up at 7.03 pm. Never ever Trust Uber eats.

They won't get another dime from me. Ever. They have taken so much money from me over the last two years. I am in tears tonight - again. I ordered a fast food meal. The total was $25. They couldn't find a driver, but when they finally did it said the delivery was delayed but she was headed my way. I messaged her and told her I would be glad to increase her tip once it got here. She replied "ok :)". I tracked the order, to the point it said that it was "almost here ", then "arriving now " . I got a message from the driver at that point that said "the store is closed!" . I saw a car outside my apartment speed off quickly and then it said my order was completed /delivered ! It wasnt out there - and I've been charged. I'm out $25 and have no food ! I reached out to help and let them know - and of course, it says someone will email me within a couple of days. Last week they delivered my Arby's order to a different apartment complex entirely - so I never received it , and I was charged - and told it wasn't eligible for a refund ! They are absolute crooks, and they make me sick at my stomach ! I will NEVER place another order with them !
