12/25/24 1. 9:08am Placed food order with Uber Eats cost $38.92. 2. 10:01am received message from Uber Driver that Uber didn’t provide him my address and the food would not be delivered. 3. 10:10am Canceled Order to initiate refund per driver he would not be delivering food. 4. 10:01 received message from Uber Customer Support that order could be canceled and I would receive full refund. 5. 10:28am Driver dropped food off, Bag was sealed, removed food Potatoes had condensation inside plastic container and were cold, Bagle’s soggy and mushy and cold, Bacon on bagle was raw. Eggs Cold and wet from Condensation. 6. 10:43am Contacted Uber Customer Support and let them know food was not able to be eaten, the quality it was deliver in would most likely cause illness. 7. Uber customer Service agreed and said they provided $7.00 Uber Cash and I would receive full refund in 1-3 days. 8. 11:00am received message from Uber Customer Support Driver Marked Order as delivered. 9. 7 different Uber Customer Support members that Contacted me Aman, Lai, Kevin, Mantu, Umesh, Dimple, Vaibhavi. The last Customer Support Member named Vaibhavi stated that refund would have been given but I didn’t contact them about issue within the 48 hour time frame. I responded and informed him that I reached out to Uber within 15 minutes of receiving food order. 10. 10/28/24 4:27pm Received message from Store Owner (Neil) that prepared food stating that food was ready for Uber at 9:16am Uber picked food up at 10:14am delivered at 10:28am and that after 1 hour 12 minutes food would not meet Stores Standards and could cause health issue and that he had no control over Uber or Uber Drivers. Customer Support for Uber is awful, Uber should save money and just let the phones and chats ring or wait, outcome is the same. My account has been canceled by me, a customer since 2018 that placed a lot of orders

Multiple different experiences with them, not receiving my food. Or my food arrives after Waiting HOURS for the food to be so sauggy and cold to the point I have to throw it out- I message them just to get the response that i can get 5% off my next order with them which is a joke because all their fees are so expensive… Also orders taking soooo long just for them to cancel on me randomly? Also they can never find my house in a neighborhood that’s new and small and no one has ever had problems- the app just leads them a weird direction and expects them to walk across a field?? Just all together horrible experiences with Uber Eats and all my friends agree too- we are boycotting it and using literally any other delivery service

The worst app to order food. I received an undesirable delivery from McDonald's.They would mot refund my entire purchase. Waste of time and energy. Chatting was also a waste of time. The drive received paymen/ tip, uber received payment, but I received a big disappointment. NO REFUND. I have decided to mo longer use this app.

I would like to leave a ZERO! The driver couldn't find my house to deliver my food. He called and I asked where he was so I could navigate him to my house. He stated he couldn't see the street signs and that "there is a Christmas tree in the window". Well, being it was DEC 17, multiple homes have Christmas trees in their windows. He got agitated, started cussing at me over the phone, calling me vulgar names, and said he was just going to drop the food on the street and take a picture and say it has been delivered. When I stated that was fraud, he said he didn't care, because he "gets paid either way". I never received my food. The next day I noticed a UBER TRIP CHARGE on my card along with the UBER EATS FOOD CHARGE! I immediately reached out to UBER EATS. They apologized, said they would look into it, get back to me, and THEY NEVER DID! I followed up and they still have not refunded my money. That night I was charged $44 for a UBER ride and $25 for UBER EATS for a $25 meal that I never received. I asked for a refund and they never respond. USE DOOR DASH! UBER is a horrible company to deal with! They are notorious for fraudulent charges as well.

I live in an apartment complex. I put in the instructions the building name and number and my apartment. I also put what my mat says which is oh no not you again. Yet they leave it at the apartment of the building number every time. It has gotten so beyond annoying that this time I caught the driver and yelled at him that you don’t pay attention to instructions. I tried ordering without putting the building number in and I got a driver with an attitude because I didn’t put the building number in. I deliver for uber eats and it’s bad drivers like this that give us good drivers a bad name. Time to find a new delivery service! Ps I have attached a picture from todays delivery. Does that mat look like it says oh no not you again?

There is no option to give tip to the driver.I always receive the option when it’s too late.

False advertising. Simple has that. Needs to be stopped and prosecuted for the lies they tell themselves. Only way they survive is by misleading customers.

Not ones but twice been scamed by uber eats offer buy one get one free, and receive only one instead of two.

I have never had an UberEats order delivered when they say it is. It always gets pushed back about an hour. The latest arrival time they will post is never correct either.

I gave it a one because i could not give it a zero. so basically, I placed an order and then unfortunately it told me I paid with a different card than I wanted to so I had to cancel the order and then charge me $24 for that order and when I called help this guy named Steve could not even speak English, and he was speaking so fast I could not understand him. He was slurring his words and he was like spitting at the screen and then when I try to call back, apparently I was blocked or something. Anyways, this was a horrible experience. The service is terrible and the system is just so messed up get Postmates instead or something if you’re not hungry like never Uber eats never.

I placed an order for a pizza from Dominoes. It showed that my order will be ready and delivered in 30-40 mins. But after 40 mins it was still showing as preparing on the app. I tried calling at the store and they said they haven't received my order. I asked the support team to refund my order because the amount was cut from my account. The support staff tells me to wait for my order. Inspite of repeated attempts of calling the store and trying to get a refund nothing worked. It's been three hours now and still nothing. Worst experience of my life. I am never ever ordering from Uber eats again. Literally the worst app.

All was going well until tonight. It’s taking over an hour and a half to get my food. I have NEVER waited this long. It’s a Monday night and there’s no excuse!!!! Very disappointed. I think I have to change my delivery app!

I ordered Jollibee chicken for a simple birthday celebration and the driver delivered wrong order just because both names on his delivery starts with a J. Informed the store and ubereats but until now no refund has been made. Contacted the store again to help us communicate with ubereats but they were saying it was refunded even when it's not and told us we had to wait 20 days for it to be seen in the account. Very frustrated , will definitely think twice before using ubereats again .

The trips offered are like 4 cities away for 6 dollars and most times no tip. Drive to do a pickup the the restaurant did not have and asked me to cancel after I had just drove on my gas to pick-up. Customer support at Uber will not reimburse the trip saying nothing they can do continue on and try back in 72 hours absolutely criminal.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent issue and to provide further clarification as requested. On Christmas Eve, I reached out to Uber Eats support for assistance with switching my order from delivery to pickup. The reason for my request was that no delivery drivers were available, and I was already at the restaurant, prepared to pick up the order myself. Unfortunately, instead of accommodating my request, the customer service representative insisted that I return home and wait for a delivery driver. Despite waiting for an additional 1 hour and 30 minutes, my order was eventually canceled. This left my family without the Christmas meal we had planned, causing significant inconvenience and disappointment. The only reimbursement offered was $15 in Uber Cash, which does not adequately address the discomfort and frustration caused by this situation.

WARNING ⚠️ The delivery driver was a 100 the food from jack in the box was disgusting 🤮 I spent $97 for my family of 8, the food arrived cold missing chicken patty’s, shake was melted, missing large 🍟 fries, and now uber and jack in the box are refusing to give me my refund, WARNING ⚠️ Do not use uber eats there app is a flaw rip off lie and jack in the box food is not worth the dollar on there order menu

Ordered at 7:20. Status bar said restaurant was still preparing the food for 90 minutes. Called the restaurant and it turned out they had finished preparing the food an hour ago. Texted the driver; no response. The restaurant called the driver; no response. Started talking to UberHelp and they called driver; no response. It’s now 2 hours later and I’ve got starving kids. Uber’s position: we can cancel your order or give you $16. Thanks so much. What a disaster and what an awful company.
