digital purchase for Microsoft andUberEATS CUSTOMER SERVICE +𝟭 𝟴𝗢𝟱 (𝟰𝟭𝗢)' 𝟱𝟲𝗢𝗢 UberEATS PHONE NUMBER +𝟭 𝟴𝗢𝟱 𝟰𝟭𝗢 𝟱𝟲𝗢𝗢 NordVPN subscription. The digital product key didn't work so, we contacted Newegg immediately with screenshots. They refused to offer us any help or compensation. Told us to go check with Microsoft. It's not Microsoft's problem, they didn't sell this key to us! Even then, we contacted Microsoft and they said that the product key Newegg sold is fake. Newegg simply stopped replying and is not giving us a refund.

I spent over $60 on a mexican takeaway order via Uber Eats Australia. The food arrived over 1 x hour after the order was placed. It was: a) stone cold b) inedible c) looked like vomit d) gave me food poisioning when I ate a small portion of it. I contacted Uber Eats customer support about this, who politely told me to f*** o**, saying it was not their problem. My advice: STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP......for your own safety.

Missing items, these delivery people need to know how to use good ways to steal food because I ordered wingstop and some wings were missing, the sticker that supposed to stick to that bag was weirdly attached to the bag, the person looked way different than the person I supposed to see at app, my Dr Pepper from wingstop is suddenly in a regular Dr Pepper bottle instead of those wingstop bottles… it always happens with uber eats, while I don’t have any issues with DoorDash.. that’s pathetic and a waste of money for their service and their company of uber eats

There is zero customer service. Uber Eats drivers have called on numerous occasions saying my order was stolen. There's no way to cancel, get refunded, or reach a human. Why do restaurants just leave orders on a shelf for anyone to grab? Orders should be behind the counter!

I ordered food on Christmas , I had three drivers call me and tell me I have waited an hour for your food and nothing . I called uber and spoke to the rep she said let me call the restaurant and they told her that they lost my order and to refund me she told me to cancel my order now they have kept my money no refund . I am being robbed they took my money on Christmas . This is the worst company I have dealt with . I would not use them they are liars and not true to what they tell people . They don’t k ow how to treat people . Especially on a holiday I am really hurt .

Uber eats disappointed me tonight! The driver delivered food to the wrong address and took a photo of the food at someone eles door, photo does not show the door number just the food and the floor, called the driver and he says he delivered to the door on the right, my door is on the left and i have a door mat which is not in the photo, 100.00 wroth of food and uber says they cant do anything about it. After more then an hour we found our food in a near by building however i am just so mad that uber say they cant do anything and believed the driver over the customer, i even told them that if they look at past orders the whole door was taken a photo of and there is a camera and door mat in the photo but uber says they wont do anything about my order because it had a photo of it at SOMEONES door. I am disgusted at uber!

I had a order delivered from mc Donald’s there was a latest delivery time it arrived bang on that time I opened the food it was cold ice cream had melted to milk contacted uber eats wasn’t interested said it arrived on time my order was with the driver 30 minutes after he collected and uber thinks it’s ok for them to deliver cold food great service will never order again off this company

The company should allow refund for the customers who cancels their order within 1 minute of ordering. I was charged 19$ for cancelling the order within a few seconds after ordering and they said the restaurant already started preparing the order. Don’t think that is a valid reason to charge without even getting the food and when I asked about replacing the order because I didn’t wanted to get charged they said they cannot do that. Uber needs to have a timespan between to allow customers to cancel without charge.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This company charges you for any reason they can come up with. The restaurant not have the food you ordered? You’ll pay full price. The driver running extremely late even though you paid for priority? You will pay for that. Getting the refund you deserve is as common as getting a genuine apology from a narcissist. Good luck if you choose Uber Eats.

No matter what if you pay for priority or not, give 20% or 10% tip. Uber eats has the worst most flawed business model. 90% of the time food is delivered cold and soggy almost non edible plastic. I blame this on uber eats and the drivers they hire. Theyre aim is to maxmize the executives,ceos revenues by extorting customers Hire a workforce and pay them hourly instead they just want any driver to apply and became instantly a driver. They do not want to invest at all. Mark my words, this atoricious company will fall, if no changes happen I will never ever use their app ever again nor use their services

Once I was waiting on new year morning to receive my order and use of my promotion of $35 , uber direct the driver to closed store and easily cancelled my order and my promotion was expired , They got good way to trick the customer . Unsatisfied for 2nd time and will never use this irresponsible and unreliable app

Uber eats sucks! They don't have a number to call when there is an issue. 2 their drivers suck and is always late and I get cold food and uber eats does nothing to fix the problem. Really this app sucks ass and then need to stop and juat go out of business. I had to put a star just so I could tell yall how bad this app is and their drivers suck ass

Waste of money and time, $60 down the drain, all I could get from you lot is "Thanks for letting us know" . Come on stop letting your drivers take multiple orders at once. They get there commission we get cold enedible food, never again .

Uber eats first experience was absolutely horrible. The driver never rang my doorbell. I was waiting for over an hour after it was due to be delivered. They must’ve snuck onto the porch and just left the food will never order again. Food is cold fries are soggy. Wing stop you are awesome, Uber eats driver even after a 23% tip on app - you SUCK. Wishing you karma in 2025

Didn't receive the Happy Neal in my McDonald's order. Uber eats says they cannot refund because the Happy Meal doesn't meet "the criteria" for refund. What?????
