This business is horrible. You can't get an answer from customer service except for lines they read from a log. I caught my driver in a straight up lie and was told they can't compensate me or do anything about it really. Like seriously. I waited an hr for my food just for my drive to cancel the order after picking it up mind you, and put the reason for canceling was that Arby's was out of something I ordered. I ordered 3 beef sandwiches and a curly fry. I highly doubt they are out of this. So I called that Arby's my food was coming from. They informed me everything i ordered is in stock and they fulfilled my order and the driver did pick it up. This lady kept my food and lied to get a free meal, how the hell is this allowed

I received a wrong item. It can happen. But the Uber support continues to lie about it. Even with all the evidences and all the proofs. A burger and a pita, it's easy to make the difference. Yet, always the same answer, saying I received the correct order. Really. They underpay the delivery persons and they don't care about customers. They just lie all the time.

They driver is not helpful, I make order from restaurant I'm not received it. And he make block to my phone number so rude. Really so bad and he is take my order. I'm no receive my money until now.

I ordered through UberEATS Tropical Smoothie specifically for a smoothie because I have been sick. When I receive my order, yep the main thing, the smoothie was missing. I tried to call the driver, left a message, no response. I tried the help chat, no offer of bringing me another smoothie for free which is what I needed, just a $5 credit. The smoothie costs almost $8, not to mention the delivery fees and tip i’d have to pay to re-order.I mean if they would just bring me another smoothie now, I’ll be fine. Something tells me that’ll never happen.

I don’t write reviews ever but this time I just have to. If only I can give 0 star I would! Spent over $30 for a Popeye’s Festive Family Meal Box (8 piece chicken and 4 sides). What I got was only 4 piece chicken and 4 sides. Where are the other 4? Did my delivery driver eat it? And then Uber Eats is only giving me $5 and they never responded after that! Not using Uber Eats ever again!

Horrible horrible horrible My boys ordered some food and drinks and the driver just dropped the drinks didn’t say anything and left We tried to call chat with Uber eats macdonalds but could not get any help was told wrong department wrong number etc Horrible we wasted our money!!!!!

I am a driver, or was, for Uber eats. They are the most unprofessional company I've encountered. They thought they would go ahead and deactivate my account due to cancelled orders, when they send me to closed stores and leave me no other option but to cancel. Even if I call for support, they just instruct me to cancel the order. The whole time this is damaging my cancellation rate. On top of that, customers cancel the orders and they must count those against us too. Upon checking my records, because they are available right in the app, I see mainly customer cancellations. I've only got a few and each time the store was closed or didn't have the order in their system. I also called Uber each time to confirm this. They still deactivate my account. I believe this is due to me complaining about how bad they are. Who wouldn't? You're constantly wasting my time and gas. Then you blame ME for it? They review their records and I guess still can't see what I'm looking at right in the app. Photos will show. My advice, don't order from them or drive for them.

I had a Uber driver open my side gate of my property which was locked instead of ringing the front door this resulted is my dog escaping and was almost killed my car. The Uber driver took no responsibility and my food was cold and tasteless. I would not recommend Uber Eats.

Never put the customers first. There’s never accommodations for delays/ incorrect orders. Making the customers wait longer for a resolution when their order is delayed.

Uber eats has the most HORRIBLE customer service I have EVERRRR come across in my LIFE!! They lie so bad, hang up in your face, have other agents talking LOUD in the background to where you can’t even understand the agent you’re talking to, give you Longgggg pauses after you explain your issue…. I literally have to ask “Are you still there?” And this al started off with a Uber Eats driver lying about dropping off my food… which I’m sure he ate… I could scream… It’s so bad…. I’d do better doing business with a 4 year old! I cant with them… I just can’t… app deleted!!!

The customer support are not helpful at all. I had many different issues with my orders with restaurants or for grocery shopping and I lost so much money because the customer support don't help to refund missing items, or items with bad quality, or even not delivered orders. When I email them or call them, they say: the issue is submitted to a specialist and then they disappear, when I call again next day, they say: we cannot issue a refund because 24 hours past. I placed an order yesterday from Target 🎯, and my order not delivered to me, they said: order not eligible for a refund. This company is steeling the customers money in anyway, and their customer support are liers and not helpful at all. I WILL SET UP A COMPLAINT TO THE COMMISSION AND TO BBB. THIS WILL BE THE END OF THIS LOSER COMPANY. YOU ARE A GROUP OF LOSERS AND SCAMMERS.

App is not user friendly and the location was way off and customer service is not friendly or supportive. Cancelation fee for canceling an order as soon as it was placed bc of wrong location. Deleted app and won’t use it ever again.

Uber eats stole money from me and never refunded. I tried three different times to talk to someone in the support chat but every time they just told me I would receive an email and never did. The people who run this are incompetent. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Their customer service sucks. There is no one to talk to except there a chat. My order got processed before I had a chance to update the delivery address. I immediately cancelled the order. I was charged for food I didn’t get and they didn’t refund my money. 😡😡😡

I ordered food in bettendorf ia to a hotel room the driver was really rude I put my room number in when I ordered. He told me not to order uber eats again . That was my first and last time . He's lucky he didn't get knocked out. Rude beyond words.

Another bad comment to go along with ALL the other bad comments. Food was cold, late and waaaay overcharged. Almost $50 for a hamburger, fries and a drink. Terrible

NEVER BUY UBER EATS GIFTS CARDS YOU CAN'T USE THEM WITHOUT TWO OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT even though It doesn't say that anywhere on the card it says redeem and use!!!!!!

If I could give it a negative number I would. This was a horrible horrible experience. I was trying to order a couple of donuts from Uber Eats from a place I thought must be close to me. Everything is obscure. First they can I confirmed my address which was correct in the app. Then when I place the order it showed it was going to be delivered to another donut shop in a completely different location down El Cajon boulevard! When I tried to sort it out and change the address it wouldn't allow me to and the only other option was to cancel it. Then they promptly charged me anyway. When I tried to resolve it with our customer service I talked to two different ages through chat and they both blew me off saying too bad it was already in the system you didn't know the rules and that's tough and we don't care. So I got charged and nothing was delivered and they told me basically screw you.
