“Uber eats restricted my account from refunds because they are always late and I ask for refunds on cold soggy food, often 2 hours b4 I recieve my food. I find door dash to be better. So uber really sucks”

“Place is literally terrible like absolutely horrible makes you wait over an hour for food just for driver to cancel Order happened 2 times in a row and everytime to food is later. This place is trash and if you order here you’re extremely desperate and don’t respect yourself.”

“I will never use this app for groceries. For three items it came to $37.00! “ $9.72 price adjustment at the store.” The items I purchased cape cod chips and two pints of ice cream. In the end did not get the ice cream ordered and they left it at my neighbors door!”

“Absolutely shocking. Uber eats is a vulture who makes money from businesses whilst taking no risk! When you actually have an issue with an order they will not return your money nor even speak with you. They are literally biting the hand that feeds them. Stay away from these scum bags”

“My recent experiences with Uber Eats are a refund for an undelivered order and a pending one for an order canceled by the driver. I will not be using Uber Eats in the future. The fees are hii you get and the delivery is sketchy at best. On several occasions I’ve had to wait over an hour for a meal to arrive and it’s often incorrectly. Uber Eats customer service is abysmal, giving you only a live chat option at best. I’m going to order locally from now on.”

“16 working days later and still no refund. Support don’t even reply now. My bank need certain info to investigate the issue and they still cannot provide after 24 hours. Absolutely joke. How hard is it to process a simple refund. What is wrong with this company and their lack of customer support and service, complete joke. Jumped through all their hoops. Now my bank asked for a few simple questions and they cannot provide or answers. It doesn’t take 16 working days to process a refund. Avoid this company like the plague.”

“WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They don’t respond in the in app enquiries and on social media, they always respond with the template messages and never solve the issue! Other delivery services are much better compared to Uber Eats in UK!”

“Choose 1 STAR because no other option for less. Drivers will stealer your food and they won't refund your money. I was giving a excused driver tried to contact me, and took pucture of oreder dropped. I asked customer service to forward those mssage and the picture driver took as proof and they refused and ended help support chat with the excuse they will email me after chat ended. Still waiting for email one week later, and lost $60. Order at risk your driver is not hungry and steal your food”

“I kept looking at people who deliver food on bike back and I think its wrong. Some of these guys have had a shower or clean the bag they deliver the food in. The bags looks filthy and they have the food at the back and am sure they fart while riding in the food! It's disgusting, I don't think it's unhygienic and nasty. I can not remember seeing that food bag at the back look hygienic at all. It looks disgusting and i don't want them farting on my food, so I don't ever use them”

“Basically, if you order something through Uber Eats and the merchant prepares your order wrong, not only are you at the mercy of the merchant refusing to fix your order…but also if you try to cancel the order for any reason with Uber Eats…you will still be charged.”

“Deliver McDonald's through McDonald's app. Orders usually missing items. Impossible to claim back. McDonald's say claim through Uber Eats but you don't have the relevant order number. Con”

“I deliver for Uber eats today. I made three deliveries and I called him because the pay was incorrect. They transfer me 10 times and the issue still isn’t resolved one of my deliveries. They said the base pay was $.81 who would deliver anything for $.81 and gas is $3.35. That doesn’t make any sense and the problem still isn’t resolved. Therefore I don’t suggest anyone to drive for Uber eats”

“Horrible customer service! We used UE, for the first time on our visit to Anaheim. There was a Starbucks less than a mile from our hotel. Our order was picked up a little after 8:00? The driver had 1 stop before us where they spent an extended amount of time. At 8:55 the driver still had not located us and was lost. Finally, the driver called but now our food had been in transit for nearly an hour and was cold. Since the driver was lost and could not find us I told the driver we wanted to cancel. I contacted Uber Eats customer service and spoke to Wendy. She indicated to us that there was nothing they could do and it was not of Uber Eats concern the temperature of our food. Not to mention that the driver was lost and still had not found our location. Absolutely the worst customer service. I order from DoorDash three to four times a week. I have NEVER had this problem and they actually do care about the temperature of the food.”

“I ordered a $13 plate of Hawaiian food, deliver was $1.50. I added a $3 tip. My total for food delivery was $27. Where did the extra go to? Uber Eats! The food was cool to touch, because she delivered to someone else first. Why am I paying them extra for food that isn't even warm? I'm sorely disappointed!! I won't use this service again. She came almost an hour after ordering.”

“Uber eats gave me $25 off price on restaurant Ive selected of course got excitedbout it so I used it immediately ordered ar Marcos pizza but I couldnt understand whywhen I checked out the $25 off wasnt deducted so I immediately cancelledthe order it only took me less than a minute to do it but at my surprised Uber eats charged my bank account right away for over the ful price..I contacted Uber support and they said I shouldaddress it within 48 hours Uber eats I message right away not even 1 hour after cancelling my order but you still Charged me $34.66 glad my bank disputedthe charge and returned mymonet back....Uber eats is totally a scam wont use their app anymore even door dash coz they will rip you off!!!! Will deive myself to buy my own food..If you are using this kinda app always double check or triple check your bank account...Feel bad for the delivery drivers as theyre not compensated enough by this ubereats and doordash....”
