The delivery guy stole my food claiming that he couldn’t contact me which is not true and I have screenshots of our conversation . He was asking for a pin and I didn’t know what is that … than he said he got it and left with my food . He canceled the order and I can’t even leave him a review . Uber eats needs ti change this .

This is not the first time. 3 times in 5 months. Order is placed and confirmation received. An hour later, the track your order screen shows completed. Nothing was completed. Of course there is no contact number or chat options on the screen so had to search and finally called them. The person, after leaving me on hold for a few minutes returns and say that the driver lost the order. He wasn't able to elaborate further when I asked what does that mean. Then he said "Sorry for the inconvenience and offered to refund the cost for the order" Really. Is that how you apologize for the inconvenient. I guess it is my fault to have UberEats do this same thing to me more than once. NEVER AGAIN. they DONT DESERVE THE BUSINESS.

Ordered from Uber eats. Gave them the accurate address after the app pinned me to an unknown address while heading home. Food still delivered to wrong address and they blamed me. They charged me for a meal I did not receive.

Worst service ever! Ordered my food, it was cooked, order dropped by several drivers. Wasted an hour waiting for food I will not get.

Do not order for uber eats it's a scam with no way for you to contact them if you want to complain about a order that you never received. Today was my first day ordering from uber eats and my last because the driver couldn't speak English and dropped my food off at a school somewhere far. When I asked for a refund the bots kept saying the app states it was delivered so I had no human person to talk too.

i use uber eats because i cant always get out of the office but i get the worst service always the wrong food and always cold and even sometimes cancels after waiting. the customer service is horrible and i have got unedible meals with no refunds and have to go though the day with no lunch. the food being marked up as much as it is you would think customer satisfaction would be higher

Placed an order for a Pizza at Lil Caesars and thought I was ordering directly on restaurant app. Ended up it was Uber Eats but I did not see any logo or indication it was them on the order (I am an Uber ride Customer). Got notification the order was placed and a follow up ready for pickup. Went to restaurant to pickup but they had no record of the order in their system. The following day I checked my credit card account online and found a pending charge from Uber Eats with a notation that it may or may not be charged. Two days later I checked again and found indeed i was charged. I immediately contacted Uber Eats for a refund but was advised I had not cancelled the order within 48 hours and no refund was forthcoming. There was absolutely no indication on the order of this so called cancellation requirement. Bottom line I am out $50+ Total Scam. stay away

Ordered a 4.47 product gave 10.00 tip . The scanner gun wouldn't accept my DL I'm 52 yrs old with stg 4 Breast Cancer so I don't drive at night and it was for 2beers... Then i was charged 38.00 !?!?!? Been on the chat with a computer that says it's a live person.? I had to cancel block my debit card. Will never ever use UberEATS again!!!

Avoid avoid!!!.... Did not deliver!... The driver came to my road, went to wrong address, contacted the driver within 7min, very unprofessional, told him the house number and and he confirmed he will be five minutes, still went to wrong number, next thing i know on the app it's showing order complete with a photo of a picture of a house further down the road!!!!!... It took me two days to get a refund!! They refused at first... Such rubbish service!!!..

Food was cold as ice. Tasted like leftovers. Would have thrown out but I have a dog and she gave it 5 stars but I would give a 0, I ended up putting in a frozen pizza. $60.00 waste. never again!! Never ever again.

Unbelievably horrendous service! My other half (nhs worker) Spent £51 for the driver to say he knocked and waited 7 minuets ( absolutely did not) as we was waiting patiently, and not only did we not get our order but refused a refund , so technically stealing money from customers becuase of lies, everytime we try and contact someone about the issue we get an automated 'tough no refund ' message! Its insane they think the can just get away with that, I have contacted plymouth herald news about it. Stay clear

Uber eats is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Boycott this trash. Go door dash or just order direct from the merchant. They don’t help and still charge after the order has been i cancelled. Was cancelled cause the time was to long way to long.

The food was absolutely stone cold when received and the shake had leaked inside the bag. Driver repeatedly made a big point that everyone else had refused to do my order as it was so late so he was doing me a favour despite the tracking showing he did other deliveries first and he got lost having to call a number of times to check my address. I appreciated it might be a bit cooler due to delivery times that kept getting longer but not totally stone cold which ended up going in bin as unfit to eat. Uber customer services said speak to McDonald's, the store said speak to Uber just kept going round in circles total waste of £25 disgusting customer service.

I wish zero stars was an option. The app told me my driver was on the way at 3:57pm. The app said the driver was 4 mins away so I went outside my apt building to wait. At 4:19pm I received a message from the driver saying he was 9 minutes away...which was weird because the app now said he was 1 min away. Okay, fine. Then the app called me and told me my driver was trying to reach me and to check my messages. I checked. Still the one message that said nine minutes away. Fine. I messaged back saying I was standing outside. Nine minutes later, the app said my food was delivered. My food was not delivered. No one pulled up to the building to deliver. How do I know this? Because I was STANDING OUTSIDE! I waited outside for 30 mins and the food never arrived. When I contacted customer service I was told the matter was resolved and there was nothing they could do. I tried again and received the same cut and paste message. My food never arrived. I did nothing wrong. I attempted to contact my driver and say I was outside. I was indeed OUTSIDE. No one ever arrived. This is absolutely ridiculous.

i PAID THE EXTRA FEE FOR PRIORITY. FROM THE TIME THE DRIVER PICKED UP MY ORDER AND I RECEIVED IT, WAS A DECENT DELIVERY TIME FRAME. UNFORTUNATELY MY FOOD WAS COLD. APPARENTLY THE RESTAURANT HAD MY FOOD SITTING AROUND FOR WHO KNOWS HOW LONG. UNFORTUNATELY I WILL NOT TAKE ANY MORE CHANCES ON ORDER WITH UBER EATS AGAIN.

Order on way, next message wnjoyvthanks for ordering, we had not recieved anything, went on help line put through to delivery driver who shouted and said I just went where the sat nav sent me ring help line and reorder. Disgusting and you can not talk to any one else regarding this.

Popeyes in Gresham consistently forgets dipping sauce and there is no place to indicate additional sauces. Also the past couple of times when ordering on the Uber Eats app there is no drink choices. It just gives you lemonade as a default.

Tried to get help from the customer support as I still didn't have my order after 2 hours, the driver left befote I coild hey to the door and it took him an hour and a half to return and attempt to deliver again, no help from the restaurant or uber. When it finally arrived it was cold and uneadible. They are now refusing any refund even though the food was inedible and the restaurant confirmed when j finally got through to them that they were trying to contact the driver and the food would be delivered. When I asked if it was the food prepared before they confirmed it was. The food sat in his car for an hour and a half after that before it was delivered

They charge you if you cancel your order. I cancelled my orderess than one minute after it went in, and they still charged me. Chatted with customer service and they said they will not refund the charge. 😡😡😡
