I live in south east London. Driver name is DANILO and he delivers in SE16 area. I CLEARLY stated in the delivery instructions that my intercom doesn't work, so I asked the driver to please give me a phone call once in front of my building. Driver came and waited for 7 minutes without calling me and in order to prove that the delivery was made he took a picture where my order is not even seen; so that his picture proves absolutely nothing, it's just a picture of the door of my building. Once gain his name is DANILO, a 20ish years old guy and a uber eats "delivery partner" who stole my order 100%, and uber eats customer service stated that after looking into it they won't refund me as DANILO abode by their policy according to them. They stole my money. I will sue them just as a matter of principle. Of course, no food received and money taken from my account. Avoid at all costs, disgraceful a d dishonest company and driver. Removed my payment method, and once my case outocome will have proven me in the right I will erase my profile and never ever again complete a purchase with these scammers . Avoid at all costs, and if you wrongfully rely on them and Live in London make sure that your driver is not a 20ish looking guy named DANILO.

I cancel one order because I realized the wrong address, in a matter of 2 minutes, I correct the address and I still got charged for both orders, contact ubereats and they said they can’t not refund, because pass 48 hours, mother fuckers

Uber Eats will not refund me despite the restaurant confirming to them the order was never made, collected or delivered. The manager of the restaurant called them and they will not even consider this. This is horrible service and an absolute deterrent for everyone!!

On 5/30/23 we order a bill amount of $120+ through Uber Eats from a local restaurant. Per usual, it was assigned to a driver who sat outside the restaurant for 10-15 minutes “picking up our order” before cancelling. We were then assigned a new driver. That new driver came and he delivered ONLY lemonade. When we asked him what happened, he said the restaurant told him, “a different Uber driver picked up the food.” Called the restaurant, they confirmed his story. Nobody could or wanted to help refund or remedy the situation. So I paid for the dinner AGAIN & we called Uber Eats customer service. They took a WHOLE ASS REPORT, told me I’d be contact directly by a representative in 24/48 hours and a refund would occur to the original payment method on file. I’ve watched every day since then and have yet to 1) get a call back or 2) see a refund. 6/12/23: I called Uber customer service to f/u. They want to tell me that they see I spoke to someone but that someone only mentioned giving us a call back, NOT issuing a refund. So because this is over 8 hours old, THEY WILL NOT REFUND THE MONEY. I asked to speak or be transferred to a supervisor - but told there were none and I’d have to be called back. I asked to speak to the supervisor - told that I’d get the exact same answer about not refunding my money. I asked to speak to the supervisor - and was told that “I can file a complaint against the driver through a different department”. I told her the issue isn’t with the driver, it’s with Uber. It’s their employee that stole my food, it’s their customer service team who incorrectly told me one think while documentating something entirely different. It’s their department who is JUSTIFYING a driver STEALING $120+ of food from a customer and NOT FIXING THE PROBLEM. They claim they’ll call me today. They claim I’ll speak to someone who has their head pulled from their ass. And they claim I will NOT receive a refund.

Seehr geehrte Damen und Herren ich habe ein Anliegen und zwar geht es darum das ich am 4.06.2023 über ihre uber app eine Bestellung getätigt habe und sie aber sofort danach stoniert habe mir wurden trotzdem über 20 Euro abgehalten und ich habe kein Essen geliefert bekommen ich habe mich mit kfc in bochum gehrte in Verbindung gesetzt und die meinten ich sollte mich bei ihnen beschweren das mir das komplette geld abgebucht wurde ich bitte darum das sie sich mit mir in kontakt setzten unter der Telefonnummer 017682282642. Ich finde das unverschämt das ich die komplette Rechnung bezahle anstatt nur ein eine kleine Stornierung Gebühr..im Anhang habe ich ihn meine Bestellung als PDF zugeschickt. I spent over 30 .00 for food at Wingstop. I received dry wings and just a few fries . I ordered garlic parm wings and I got dry wings ,with a sprinkle of parm . My fries were literally just a few and Uber eats credit me ,three dollars and .56 cents. I deleted the app and will no longer do bussiness with them .

UBER EATS IS A THEIF THEY STOLE MY MONEY I CX MY ORDER ASAP WHEN IT WAS THEIR SITE WHO AUTO PUT MY ORDER IN WHEN I NOTICED I CX ASAP THE FIRST GUY I CHATED WITH BEC UBER EATS DOESNT HAVE A PH# FOR UBER EATS CUSTOMERS ONLY DRIVERS AND REST MANAGERS. SO THEIR CHAT PEOPLE WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING INSTEAD OF THE FIRST PERSON CX MY ORDER HE CHARGE IT. UNDERSTAND I GOT NO FOOD AND UBER CHARGED MY ACCT $54 AND REFUSE TO REFUND ME.

They are horrible in assuring deliveries are made even after letting them know you don’t receive the items they still voucher for the delivery person and forget about customer service COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

I pay for their monthly membership, was excited to be a part, only to be told I need to “add £3 extra” to benefit. So I added the extra to my cart… ok done ✅ Or so I thought!! They changed drivers multiple time, the food came right at the max time before expiration and was COLD and so tasted disgusting, and then to add insult to injury, the thing I PAID EXTRA to get, was missing. I contacted them to say it was missing and they sent me an automated robotic response to say sorry they can’t get me a refund for the missing items. I reached out again (did this 5 times, with pictures and immediately as I got the order), and they literally, no joke, sent me the saaaaame stupid automated response everytime showing that they don’t have real humans or caring humans running the customer service. For me that was the bottom line. Mistakes can happen, the order sent was wrong. Ok fine. Delays can happen and the food is cold, ok fine. But why the heck am I PAYING them a service or membership fee and when something goes wrong there is no care or resolution. They should stick to taxi services. They are the worst and I won’t be using them for food ever again. Period.

Don't use Uber eats will not refund any mistakes made by them or the restaurants they deliver for... I relied on the to get meals when my back is to bad to cook and been jipped out of $100s of dollars because the refuse to make a situation not the fault of my own right

Uber Eats Integrity and business acumen in Question Uber Must revise their cancellation policy to protect customers instead of having a pro vendor cancellation policy. Here is our appalling experience with Uber Eats that occurred on May 30, 2023.

Long wait for delivery,even if first priority service paid for that. Not good at all. Drivers sometimes don't follow the instructions. Food delivered cold. It used to be much better before.

I ordered my last meal from uber eats today. The 2nd time it has took an hour to get to me (mcdonalds is only 2 dual carriageways away so less than 10mins) it arrived stone cold and was not edible, so I complained to uber eats customer service on 0800 088 5663 to be told that it is completely acceptable for food to sit around for an hour before attempting to deliver it. I then went on to twitter to ask for an email address to complain to and uber eats asked for a dm. Sent then a dm explaining what had happened and they asked me to call the exact same number I had already called and that they cannot help me further. This is not the first time I have had stone cold food from them and find they're service despicable and will stick to justeat from now on. App deleted and ubereats is no longer being used

Don't order from Uber Eats.I am a student.I wanted to order from Uber Eats.I headed over to Unidays to get the promo listed below.long story short,I added the promo and ordered my food.Had to pay almost thrice the value!
