I sincerely doubt it was the restaurant that didn't deliver one single piece of meat with my barbecue meal delivery order. Uber Eats refunded the delivery but would not help refund the cash I had in my Uber wallet since I did not want to use them anymore (imagine that). I really have my doubts about the integrity of this service.

I would like to give negative stars! Food never arrived and charged me. Made me wait 2 hours and still no good showed up and charged me! Total SCAM

I had a delivery driver issue with my order and wasn't able to resolve it through the app but I contacted them on several other avenues and they refunded me and also are investigating the complaint! I appreciate them for actually helping me thank u

Charges double the price when ordering. Avoid. Support will run you around in circles, that's after you spend time finding a way to contact them.

Horrible pricing, terrible wait times, no discount for loyal 10 years plus clients and doesn't provide enough reliable estimation time for your food.

Uber is a scam, we ordered today, the delivery driver came to the wrong street took a random photo, never called and signed deliver. My husband was waiting at the main entrance the driver hasn’t showed up. Contacted the customer service and they said the driver followed the policy! Which policy! Of not coming to the address! Uber refused to refund or send the order again. So I lost my money. Never again. Please avoid

We receive cold stale food items missing chicken raw and Uber looking to refund me £1.29 for £30 worth of food gone in bin as even rats eat better it’s disgusting and then no agent wants to help all just glob you off. I am deleting my Uber app and would never recommend to anyone in fact going to let people know better to go eat with a rat 🐀. Like we don’t pay for our food.

Placed an order for a McDonald's via app at 16.55 it was collected and sat in the drivers car for 50 minutes! It arrived cold. I contacted Uber eats to be told they delivered within the delivery time and there is nothing they can do!! £47 wasted but lesson learnt I WILL NEVER USE UBER EATS AGAIN i would advise anyone ordering food not to bother using uber to deliver .

The first two orders in the past were fantastic. However, since pandemic has lifted the orders take longer than usual (even if you pay the "first priority" ), and now customers are obligated to pay a tip right at the checkout to complete the order. The new order I did recently, I saw the driver on the map driving and completely disappeared saying that the item was delivered, when it never did. I received a full refund the same day super quick. The UberEats reputation is declining. I am disappointed with the service. I will only use Uber for transportation purposes.

Ordered groceries from Iceland via Uber eats. The items came with a very short expiry date. E.g. a 500g tub of butter came with a 5 day expiry date! And when we raised an issue with Uber eats, they said no problem identified!! How is one person going to go through that much of butter in 5 days?!! Shambles! Staying away from both Uber eats and Iceland!

Terrible customer service,cold food consistently. Wrong orders no agent wants to help resolve your issues. Issuing a partail refunds for a completely wrong order. The frequency of wrong orders will inspire me to save my money and go to the restaurant myself. Check the order and have peace of mind. So Ubereats have made yourselves redundant and unwanted to a customer. And looking at all the other scathing reviews wont be long until you go bust in a cost of living crisis.

Very poor service, food showed up wrong with the wrong items on that we specifically asked to not include and customer service said nothing can be done, also had an experience with saying I will get a refund and never receiving it

The delivery guy stole my food claiming that he couldn’t contact me which is not true and I have screenshots of our conversation . He was asking for a pin and I didn’t know what is that … than he said he got it and left with my food . He canceled the order and I can’t even leave him a review . Uber eats needs ti change this .

This is not the first time. 3 times in 5 months. Order is placed and confirmation received. An hour later, the track your order screen shows completed. Nothing was completed. Of course there is no contact number or chat options on the screen so had to search and finally called them. The person, after leaving me on hold for a few minutes returns and say that the driver lost the order. He wasn't able to elaborate further when I asked what does that mean. Then he said "Sorry for the inconvenience and offered to refund the cost for the order" Really. Is that how you apologize for the inconvenient. I guess it is my fault to have UberEats do this same thing to me more than once. NEVER AGAIN. they DONT DESERVE THE BUSINESS.

Ordered from Uber eats. Gave them the accurate address after the app pinned me to an unknown address while heading home. Food still delivered to wrong address and they blamed me. They charged me for a meal I did not receive.
