Uber eats customer service is really useless. Uber eats send my order to the wrong address and when I try to get in touch with them telling order go to wrong address and I need a refund they don’t help. They are just take people money.

They have the worst customer service of any food delivery app I have ever used! They force you to pay for orders that you never received. When you claim a refund, they don’t give you one. There’s no customer service agent who contacts you when you report an issue. I’ve lost so much money over the past few months, and I now dread doing any Uber Eats transactions. I moved on to trustworthy apps that don’t steal money from their customers. And I advised all my friends, and neighbors to boycott it too. My family members have also had bad experiences with UberEats

Ordered food to be delivered to the door of my business business was open security guard at front door. Driver stated that she tried for eight minutes to get somebody’s attention took a picture of the food sitting on the ground in a busy parking lot, but when the guard went out to search it was not there yeah scam. When I spoke with Uber eats, they told me the driver left my food in a safe spot and it was my responsibility. What idiot considers the dirty ground in a parking lot a safe spot For a food order

Horrible customer service. You place an order and ask the delivery be between a certain time and they delivered it early and refuse to give me my money back they don’t speak English and cannot understand what they did wrong. Hello I work for Uber eats I am an idiot.

In the note section of the restaurant app. I specifically stated No spicy 🌶️. This was disregarded. I ordered a Pho noodle soup from PARIS BANH MI & the meat was tough & fatty so that I couldn’t eat it. I paid $25.00 for a soup I couldn’t enjoy/eat. Uber made apologies and excuses, but was not willing to refund the money. UBER EATS has NO control over the restaurants, therefore for me takeout is a huge disappointment and not worth the money you spend. If Uber Eats has no control or responsibility with the quality of the food, they are delivering, and maybe they should not do business with restaurants that are not willing to cooperate and understand the importance of quality & Satisfaction. Take out food should be as important as when you eat the food in the restaurant. Not to mention when the food arrived, I had to reheat it because it was cold. I imagine the Uber driver had plenty deliveries on the way. Therefore, a total disappointment. I am not willing to take this gamble on future takeout food.

In my experience with them lately have not been great. I recently ordered from Jason’s Deli and my order wasn’t complete, I was missing my sandwich and chips. I reached out to them with pictures showing what I received and they said nothing to the affect of issuing a refund. They responded with they wasn’t able to provide a refund…mainly because they see that I have complained several time about a refund. I only complain when your people either mess up on my order or I am charged double on my debit card. It’s the principle for me and I’m not well with as they said “Final Decision.”

This is the worst app ever !!! Do not sign up or try to get deals !! We didn’t get food !!! Wasn’t even cooked at restaurant. Charged my credit card and now refuse to return money even when restaurant tells them to refund us !!! Absolutely a joke to deal with !! Avoid Uber eats ! You will be ripped off !!

I'm done using Ubereats I spend lots of money with them and when I order it is either late and or the driver doesn't speak English and I have to show them how to use there phone and app Ubereats owes me like 50$ of my orders and never take it off and then it's a hassle when the driver gets here and has no clue what they are doing so from now on I will not use this service

The first driver that took my food Stole my food that was for my kids his name is Michael he is white and he drives a Mercedes Benz c class. He don know if the food was for my kids or not he didn't know if it was the only food I had for my kids. This is the first time that I have used Uber Eats and LAST TIME.

They are just scammers. They can never give u a right answers. I ordered something from shack shake threw them and never got my order. Tried to contact them told me to call 5000 numbers that’s never gave me an answer just said they couldn’t do anything about it . They are just trying to steal your money at this point I will never order from Uber ever again .

We ordered shake shack and not only did we not receive our food but there support team was horrible the lady on the phone I could barely understand her and they told us there’s nothing that they could do we did not receive any refund or even our food do not use Uber eats

They will constantly get your order wrong. If they get your order wrong too many times, they will start to blame the customer and refuse to fix things and refuse to refund you. Last night a restaurant was out of stock of nearly everything I ordered and they asked me to contact Uber so I can get my refund sorted. I contact Uber and they are refusing. I now have to file a complaint against them with the help of Citizens Advice and my bank is now getting me all of my money back. Uber Eats should not be allowed to operate in the UK, they are illegal as they violate people's statutory and consumer rights. Uber has the details of the restaurant but refuses to call the restaurant to speak to them. If Uber actually called the restaurant, then the restaurant would be able to confirm with Uber that they need to refund me. The restaurant wants to refund me and unfortunately they can't because Uber has to do it. Totally disgusting service from Uber. I even drove to the restaurant today to speak to them and call Uber on the phone while I was there.. Uber still did not want to help and Uber did not even attempt to speak to the restaurant on my call. They are thieves. They keep saying they conducted a review of my account. They need to stop looking at my account and start calling restaurants so they can confirm errors and mistakes with them and refund their customers. Stop accusing customers of having suspicious activity when we are not at fault. That is totally illegal. If a restaurant is telling you to refund their customer, you should be refunding their customer. Instead Uber ignores the customer and the restaurants and just runs off with the money. It's unheard of. Avoid at all costs. I will be getting back all of my money and trust me I will not let go of this. Unluckily for you I am Autistic, I have Aspergers and a major issue with INJUSTICE. Plus I don't work due to other disabilities and illnesses, so you have my full attention and I have all day everyday to deal with this.

If I could give a negative star I would .. they are horrible. They DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY EVEN IF YOU HAVE CANCELLED THE ORDER.. all you get a BS customer service and canned responses. Horrible.. do not use them.

The worst. I always have a problem. I am deleting their app. Now you cannot see the final cost until after you pay. I have a credit and it was not applied and neither was the promotion. It’s a joke.

Beware when ordering from uber eats. They double charged me when I ordered 8/8/24. You not able to speak to alive agent. Only through website to get your questions answered. Worst customer service ever. They don't deserve any stars.

Not one but TWO bad experiences. The first time my order never arrived. I would have been fine with a full refund but it was explained that the tip that I had prepaid would not be refunded. Whattt?! You mean I gave my money to a person that did nothing? Not cool. They gave me a few bucks to go towards my next Uber eats order (not that I wanted to order from them again). Since I had the credit towards another order I gave it another try. I worked a double shift and didn’t have food for my lunch so ordered my food in the morning for an afternoon delivery between 12-1230. My order did not arrive until 215pm which was way past my lunch break. Definitely will not be using Uber eats again and advising others about not being refunded for the tip if your order never arrives.

DO NOT USE UBER EATS!!! I can’t tell you how many times they have screwed me but tonight took the cake. I should have not used them but was not thinking when I placed my order. Ordered over $100 worth of pizza and waited over an hour and Uber eats kept giving me a screen that said Oops we can’t find a driver. So as my entire party of friends is getting hungry, I decided to cancel the order since Uber could not deliver. They immediately charged me the entire order and refused to refund me. Live chat would just hang up the call whenever I got on. It’s honestly a scam. If I would have just gotten the food I paid for I wouldn’t be writing this. But they refused to give me the food nor a refund

0 if I could. It ordered from a restaurant in a different state and they would never refund our money. Does it seem reasonable to you that someone would order in another state?! Do you think so? Will never ever use this piece of S**t app.

Worst customer service. Breaks their terms and conditions. Cancelled immediately stilk charged £19 for a £22 order. Disgraceful. This is surely illegal. What's the point of terms and conditions if the company can just break them and then only provide a chat bot to "deal" with your problem. Seriously this company needs to be punished.
