“To the person that anonymously said be helpful to the driver. I gave the driver specific directions and I waited outside for 30 minutes for him! When I spoke with him, He gave me attitude and was completely incompetent. Then he hung up on me! I tried calling him back and couldn't get through to him! I contacted Uber customer service only to find out it was delivered to the wrong house. Terrible! With Google maps there's no reason to get that lost. I will let everyone I knOw to never use Uber eats! I'm reporting Uber eats to the BBB! MY EXPERIENCE WAS THAT BAD!”

“Ordered quiche from Basic Biscuits & Kindness w/2 hashbrowns. The hashbrowns came but not the quiche. UberEats gave me back the $10.59 for the quiche in UberEats cash "ro use immediately". So I placed an order w/Playa Bowls. The order was $15.00 plus $1.21 in tax, plus my $3.00 tip. I used the $10.59 UberEats cash, but my total I was charged was $19.21! They literally STOLE the $10.59 in UberEats cash & didn't apply it to my order. Talked to 5 different customer service reps not one of whom could help me. I'll still use the service, but know that they are THIEVES that will steal your money.”

“I will never use Uber Eats again! I paid over 40.00 dollars for an order from bojangles and when I received it two items were missing and I was only credited for one item and the credit was less than the cost of the item on my receipt! I do not recommend them at all!”

“I ordered chik fil a today & never got my food. I paid extra for it to be delivered right away. The person did try to contact me but didn't speak English on phone or through text. He left it at someone else door. I'm an in a business building & shopping center. He has address correct BUT WRONG business to deliver to & wrong suite. I'm B12 he left it at Q5. Now we are the biggest store in the shopping center big huge sign can't miss it at all. Anyway they refuse to refund or redeliver again because address was right. But i did clearly put business name, where to find me & suite number on the order. I paid 22.00 for no food at all. I didn't eat all day being busy with work & then to pay to get nothing at all or refund. Sounds like a scam & robing ppl.”

“Never had an issue with Ubereats until recently. They are stealing people’s money as they are charging for items that were never received and when contacting customer service about the issue, they refuse to deal with the matter. I will never ever use this service again they are a big scam.”

“Horrible experience, charged me more than double the price on a grocery store. From $51 the final dab was $105. And they blamed the grocery store. Had to talk to 4 or 5 people and couldn't solve this (I asked to speak to a supervisor - in vain).”

“So tonight i placed a online order at hooters where i needed it to be delivered to me but they never assignment anyone. So i changed it to pick up. Well when i got to pick it up no one and i mean no one acknowledged me or tried to help. I called uber and they told me since the order was canceled they couldn't do anything about it since the order was prepared. That's not right because now I'm out of food and 40+ dollars.”

“For what I had to pay for the sorry food I received tonight from Taco Bell using Uber eats. They are a joke and won't be bothered with me as a customer. The food was horrible and prepared incorrectly.. did there little complaint form on line and of course none of the 54.00 I spent was refundable. Enjoy that money. There won't be any more coming from me ever... Uber eats is a damn joke!!!”

“Maybe they're great for customers not so much for delivery drivers every chance they get they lowball you on orders have to drive so far and sift through orders takes over 16 hours to make a decent wage and now they knock you knock you down to bottom level even if you have 100% customer satisfaction no easy feat because you won't take there cheap orders basing on car not time for going around the world paying bottom dollar if it does pay well already picked up by someone else even if assigned to you. They claim don't control how much u get but they base it on your car to pay you bottom dollar so yes they do”

“I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent order experience I had with UberEats. I ordered a Big Mac Medium meal, but only the fries and orange juice were delivered. The main part of the meal, the burger, was missing. I immediately called UberEats customer service, and the representative apologized and assured me that I would receive a refund for the missing burger. However, I was only refunded £1.95, whereas the burger itself costs £4.79. This discrepancy is both baffling and unacceptable. When I questioned the refund amount, I was told that the refund policy is in line with McDonald's, and there was nothing more they could do. This policy leaves the customer out of pocket and seems entirely unfair. As a result, I am left feeling hungry, extremely disappointed and frustrated. Given this experience, I will no longer be using UberEats and will be sharing my negative experience with others. I hope UberEats will reconsider its refund policies to better serve its customers in the future.”
