Uber eats is a POS I ordered a pizza and they said it would deliver in 2 hours When I called them they said they can’t cancel the order because it was being made. So, is my pizza going to set for 2 hours before delivery? If I order anything and the vendor is using Uber Eats I will cancel

On March 22 at 8:30 I had placed an Uber eats order for through firehouse subs and the delivery driver Presley did not read my account information and dropped off my order at the wrong apartment in my apartment complex the tenants who he dropped my order off, took my food and when I called Presley, he gave me a bunch of excuses about not being able to get in touch with customer service Since then I have opened a dispute with Uber eats who now refuses to give me a refund because they are somehow unable to confirm that my item was not received

My order never delivered. I used this app to order food for my family on a weekend evening for $64 , paid service charges and tips in advance, but the item was not delivered. Contacted the app service and informed the incident. Customer service revert back texting they couldn’t verify the order delivered and so no refund or price adjustment. Are you kidding??? Shame on you!!! I heard similar reviews from others as well. Never again.

Their app said the order had not gone thru, so Zi reordered. Double everything showed up. Last time I order my usual- two things and again, my order was doubled. Called and was told I'd get an email regarding the problem, but I never did. Each mistake cost me $99.00 I will starve before ever using Uber Eats again!

My order got cancelled accidentally when I left my phone in my pocket and I called the restaurant right away if it’s really cancelled or not which I never meant to do. Restaurant asked me to reach out to uber eats as they had in pending order but uber charged me for the order stating that restaurant already accepted the order which they never did and since I cancelled it I should still pay. So I still have to reorder and pay it in full for it again. But I am more disappointed in the agent as he was more worried about the wasting the precious time rather than finding a solution. I am sure AI would do a better job than this kind of customer service.

Used Uber Eats to place an order for dinner and they canceled the order because the restaurant couldn't digitally do business and they never told me this. I had to look it up on the app. Placed another order with a different restaurant and after another 2 hours, I complained in a chat and tried to cancel the order and was told that the restaurant was closed. I was never notified by Uber Eats about this. 4 hours later and no dinner while I'm at a hotel. Now it's too late to get food from anywhere!!! I am enraged and will never, ever use Uber Eats again!!!

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any app ordering food. I ordered my meal and it was slated to come far later than when I anticipated it to feed my family when I went to cancel the order I was charged and not refunded. speaking with an agent at Uber Eats, which by the way is only over chat, no phone number available —-I explained that the order had not yet been prepared, according to the app and that I had canceled it before it was prepared. They offered me their standard line that it cannot be refunded because the merchant had accepted it regardless of the fact that the time that was agreed upon when I purchased the order was 30 minutes longer. I would absolutely not recommend this service because of poor customer service non-transparent policies. I am out $80 for tonight buyer beware!! use DoorDash Uber eats it’s just taking people’s money.

If you have to cancel an order because it takes far longer than anticipated, they charge you full Amount. If they cancel an order for any reason, they wanna take 3-10 days to reimburse you. They are a joke. Use something else.

First time using Uber Eats. Will never again. Received half the order and the other half was soggy. The driver can't even speak or understand English. Sent it back and are still waiting. Paid and received nothing.

Unless you pay for priority they'll skip you even though your order drop off location is literally on the way. Changes from 20-25 min all the way up to 45v min

Terrible, never use them. Wait an hour for food then told to meet driver downstairs. No one shows up then connect to driver and he hangs up on me. Their solution is a credit for the food that never came good luck eating a credits

The support line is absolutely awful. you basically have to beg the company to get an actual person to help if something’s going wrong. it’s an awful company but honestly most of the delivery companies are. i wish there was an ethical delivery company that wanted to compete.

I was hoping I’d find a food delivery service that actually did its job, but I’m just disappointed. I ordered my dinner last night and it came with a free sub so I got the turkey when I opened it, it was spoiled, it smelled awful. I looked up the two phone numbers to call Uber eats but neither one of them accepts calls. So I went to the app and tried to do a chat. It tells me to choose which order I’m chatting about, but when I try to choose it, there’s nothing there to choose so that doesn’t work. And then went another way through a manager and it told me to enter my four digit code, but it never gives me a code. I tried nine times. I’m afraid Uber eats the scamming people

Drivers get stuck in traffic, super long and delayed and then bring you food that soggy or milkshakes that are hot and melted and then they say that because it was delivered they don't want to give you a refund. Or they deliver to the wrong place and take a picture of the food sitting on a table in the wrong place, and then they say that the food was delivered. Yet it never gets in your hands. I had food sent to a big hospital. There's a south building and a north building. God knows where they delivered it, but they didn't follow the instructions that I gave which was to come to the north tower and go to the sixth floor. Never got the food and made a complaint and they told me it's not qualified to get a refund. Go figure. I will never use them again.
