Spent 100$ on food the restraunt was 0.10 miles away 10-20 min delivery. Took almost 45 minutes to get food when it got there it was cold and soggy. Won't be ordering from Uber eats for anything again.

Driver picked up order then canceled and Uber refuses to refund money. Absolutely ridiculous and going to take it further .

Driver took food to wrong apt, uber eats has no way to contact the, the driver she would not answer her phone so I'm out 36 bucks with no food, drivers name was Tabitha, she could not have thought she was at the right place because I'm the only 204 in the apartments. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!

Uber customer service doesn't exist. Get real people for customers to speak with and resolve issues. Regularly me food is cold and soggy because Uber double books dri ers and sends them on the most inconvenient and longest route possible . Drivers often pass my house on their way to get other orders only to have to double back. Uber is horrible.

Tried to change address due to app error, app told me to cancel order, to change address, app froze, called restaurant , they told to contact uber, uber gave me canned response, uber driver told me he probably couldn’t deliver the food if address incorrect (it was on same street as location put me couple houses down) I asked him to cancel order or bring food. Food came later than requested and kept getting pushed out saying driver had one stop after he picked up food . Food quality was sub par and colder than normal. Uber customer service gave a canned response with no solution. Don’t think I will user uber eats ever again. Order was close to $200 also.

Uber eats makes it impossible to get a hold of them. Every email and phone number online doesn’t work. They don’t have a chat. They don’t want to communicate with anybody. I never used my $25 off my first order because it never worked. And I can’t even get a hold of anybody to ask for help. I will never recommend them to anybody. You can’t have a business with no costumer service

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. I called uber eats this morning & asked for a refund & was DENIED one. How am I getting charged $30 for something I NEVER RECEIVED. I told the lady on the phone to contact my delivery driver since I couldn’t anymore & she said they don’t have access to that. I would DEFINITELY give zero stars if I could. NEVER AGAIN.

Too often they stack orders onto 1 driver which means cold food by the time it arrives. Because of this I've not gotten all the items I order because the delivery driver is loaded down with other order. I used to love uber but I just canceled my subscription. I'm over it.

I would give zero stars if I could. Refused a refund after an employee stole my food! My niece who is under age canceled the order when she looked on the app and realized The driver got on the highway with her food in the opposite direction. Uber refused to refund because she made the mistake of canceling instead of calling immediately. No one time courtesy, no help at all. Horrible customer service and policies

I ordered from Uber Eats one time. When I registered in the app, it stated that the delivery would be free and adding an additional order to the first one would be free as well. I was charged a delivery fee and there were other fees that were not stated initially. i will no longer order from Uber eats.

They are the worst. Each time I order there is a problem and each time they refuse to refund me. Last week I was missing an item 9.50$ they told me that it was on the order receipt so I had it. Non I didn't. Yesterday at 11 pm I ordered a salad from Simply Salad for 25$ a Caesar salad. It was like they had dumped all their left overs in a bowl. So spicy. It was disgusting. No cheese. No chicken. No refund. Makes me so mad. No more

Half of my order was missing. The delivery person was so late all the items were cold. The app did not allow me to remove the tip. I was charged for items I never received. The customer service lied to me that the matter was being resolved. Total criminal operation. Don't use Uber Eats.

I cancelled the order literally seconds after it was placed; I realized it was two pizza instead of one, so I cancelled. I was fully charged for the order. I contacted customer service asking for a refund, they did not help at all. What is the point of having a cancellation option, if they are fully charging for the food anyway!!! I will not use UberEat again.

I ordered a pizza at 3:00 am. I was surprised that they anything open so late. It is now 5 am and my pizza is sitting on the counter at the store. I call customer service and they said if I cancel the order before 6 am I will have to pay for it. Their customer service is terrible. They want me to pay for a cold pizza!!!

Driver was argumentative. He didn’t read our specific instructions on how to find our address. Kept telling me to adjust the pin on the website. Why is it that UPS, FedEx, Rodie and other delivery services can find our address but not UberEats?

The wrong address was on the order page and it wouldn’t let me change it then they charged me a $76 cancellation fee!

I bought pizza from the wrong domino's on the 21st of April, after realizing the address was incorrect, I canceled the order and immediately disputed the transaction. Now when I follow the transaction after not getting the refund, I'm told I cannot get refund. This is daylight robbery, scams. I will never use this system again to place an order. We work hard to feed our families and you come with all types of excuses steal from people. All I want is my refund, you can take your cancelation fees.
