“TERRIBLE! Wasted $42 and I can’t be refunded because I cancelled my order to the restaurant and it got delivered to Illinois while I was in New York. They told me they can’t issue a refund and that ordered have been going to the wrong places!!! This is BS!!! And then the customer service number is BS because you have to go through the app. Then why have a customer service number if you can’t help me!!!”

“Left my food at the sidewalk where someone took it first because they didn't try to reach me or come in my yard. Now they're telling me I can't be refunded. Nice. Way to steal 50$.”

“One of the worst companies in the world to deal with. I have to use them due to my job and being situated away from a lot of restaurants on my layovers in different places. They constantly do nothing when you continually get incorrect orders. It may be missing items or you can send them pictures of a meal that isn't your meal and they still will say there's nothing wrong. Embarrassing company with no service the bigger it's got. They refuse to help and offer no aftercare at all. Avoid like the plague if you can. I only wish there was an alternative to them. Useless and pathetic.”

“Absolutely horrible!!! We ordered food and was sent the wrong food. The UBER driver took the food back and told us to contact uberesats for a refund. After several calls and several hours later, we got an email telling us that our order was not eligible for a refund. We sent photos even a video of the Uber driver, taking the food back and we still did not get a refund. Worst service ever!!!”

“I would put zero if that was an option, an order was placed in error on my phone and cancelled within 5 minutes and I was charged almost $50 for absolutely nothing. The wait was up to over an hour so I know my order had not yet been started. I called and tried effortlessly to get my money back, I cancelled the app after nothing was done , they kept saying they can’t do anything.”

“Ordered Taco Bell and cancelled immediately because I added an extra item I didn’t want, so I reordered what I wanted. Not only was I charged fully for both meals, I can’t get a refund, and my food was 45 minutes late and cold.”

“You guys should close the app at night I made three orders which were cancelled by the delivery’s, because the delivery ran into an issue and can't finish my delivery. That happen three times same day. Order on Uber Eats is like playing the lottery.”

“This was the second delivery of food that was marked as delivered but I never received my order. The driver sent me a picture of a construction area and marked it as delivered. I called the store and they told me the food wasn't returned 😒 I reached out to Uber customer service and was told it wasn't "eligible for a refund". Total scam. The drivers aren't held accountable and if they mark it delivered good luck getting a refund. The only route was to dispute the charge with my bank which I did so right away.”

“Today an Uber Eats driver stole my food and they will not refund my money.. I saw him on camera put the food on the sidewalk..take a picture and went back to his car. He is driving a red Toyota Corolla with a West Virginia plate(DBN 488). The customer service are so rude and hang up on you..Explain to them I have video they don’t care at all..I will NEVER USE UBER EATS AGAIN..34.00 dollars wasted-hope his bum ass enjoyed it😡😡😡🤬🤬”

“Unreliable. Paid for expedited delivery, kept being delayed, then the driver cancelled when they were 4 minutes away with my food. Stuck for the night without food because it was too late and I was stuck at home with my kid in bed.”

“I will never order from this app again. I ordered two popcorns. The total was over $32 dollars, which is already a lot for two bags of popcorn. My order was mixed up. the driver brought me the wrong order and then took it back. So I ended up paying $32 and received nothing at all. After complaining to Uber Eats they basically told me that they will not give me a refund and it is my problem. Zero effort was made to fix the problem. I did not receive a refund. They took my money and I was left with nothing. Not only that but I waited around half the night for the order. Waste of time and money.”

“I ordered from Popeyes chicken. The driver delivered Church's chicken. After sending the pictures of the food and receipt, Uber support said i was not eligible for a refund. I immediately cancelled my Uber eats subscription.”

“My wife just delivered a baby and this is the third time uber eats has stolen our food leaving us with nothing for dinner. We consistently leave really great tips, now for the third time we are Scrambling to try to make it happen with a newborn and a five year old. I’m so upset. We’re never going to use them again.”
