this was my first time using uber eats. i always use doordash and will now forever use doordash. I ordered taco bell last night and the order never arrived. i went and looked at some of my neighbors doors as it’s a townhome so they all look alike. nothing. couldn’t find it. ordered it again. the app said it was delivered but no ring notification, no proof that is was. I went outside and saw the car that had previously “delivered” the food, walked up to her door and asked where she had left it because we couldn’t find it. she said she had left it at a different house # because that’s what the app told her to do. we went and looked for this house number only to find out that our neighborhood doesn’t have that house number. customer support said they can’t give us a refund because there’s no proof it wasn’t delivered. it’s the next morning and we still haven’t found it. poor app. poor service

My food was never delivered. The photo that the driver took is just a black screen. Tried contacting uber eats through the app and when I tried to get a refund after tapping next the message just said it was delivered. No way to contact anyone through the app and when I find a phone number it says it's not accepting any calls. Wasn't this hard before. I've spent a lot of money with them but I'm now deleting the app. And by the way I tried calling the driver but no luck.

Estimated delivery time is a joke. My order arrived cold one hour later than “estimate”. When I challenged the driver’s buddy (the driver stayed in the car), he said they had to make an extra stop. So that stop took an entire hour?!? Was it at a bar maybe?? I tried to cancel my order but was warned I’d still be charged for it. So once I confirmed that the order was in fact cold, I wrote negative comments on their comments page and changed their tip to only $1. That was just to make sure they realized it was intentional. I’ll NEVER use uber eats again!!

Horrible customer service . I canceled my order yet they charged me full amount . I asked them to deliver my food since they refused to refunded but they don’t.

Incompetent people. Won't resolve issues. They can't find addresses. I've ordered through them consistently for well over a year and almost every time i have issues. Either they can't find the place. (One driver literally pulled into my area. Decided this can't be the right place. Then proceeded to leave my food at a completely different building.) Horrible service and customer service.

Terrible service. I ordered two dozen bagels for the staff at our school and it was dropped in the wrong location. That's okay, but they refused to do anything about it because they said they could not reach anybody over the phone. I will never use the service again. Absolutely horrible customer service.

My food was delivered to the wrong address and I was told that I would not be refunded even though a previous customer service rep told me I would. I contacted support right after the order was made and was hung up on.

My order was delivered to the wrong house. The driver submitted a photo of the front door. It wasn’t my house. He said he was given the confirmation code by the person that answered the door. Impossible. Uber eats refused to refund my money AND the tip! I asked them to simply look up my house on google earth and compare.

I'm not sure what the deal is between LCBO and Uber Eats, but they are charging $18 for one beer, pretending it's a six-pack. This is more than outrageous, a total scam.

They delivered my food to the wrong address, although the address was correct on my order. They told me they couldn't do anything about it. I call that BS. I will not order from them again!

Absolute shower of sh... they have the cheek to accuse you the customer of suspicious activity because they can't get an order right. I'm never using uber eats again

I was missing my sandwich in a Popeyes order and im asking to reimburse me for the sandwich which was 4 dollars at the time. I get a “ Hi William‍, We can confirm that this order isn’t eligible for a refund or price adjustment. Thank you for your understanding.” I would of been fine for a 4 dollar credit

"I'm beyond frustrated with the absolute disaster that was my food delivery experience! The driver didn't show up, didn't communicate, and just marked my order as completed without delivering the food. I waited outside for over 20 minutes, wasting my time. When I called the driver, there was complete silence. And to add insult to injury, the company is refusing to refund me, claiming the driver followed protocol. Unbelievable! This is ridiculous. I demand better customer service!"

The drivers they use are worse than horrific. Sushi arrived mixed up like a fish stew, then pizza from Debonnairs arrived 1 hour late on “priority “, cold of course. Nobody seems to check on those drivers and they do whatever they want, accepting many “priority” deliveries at once or playing football with your sushi platter
