Our pizza was delivered like this and when emailing them they said it’s not damaged enough and therefore not eligible for any type of credit. This is robbery.

Uber Eats is terrible! Ordered off the 30 minutes or less option. They sent my food to the location the next town over instead of the local one. I even paid extra for "priority" delivery. After 20 minutes no one was even selected to pick up my order... and from the location they sent it to it was going to be a 25 minute drive so it seemed like I was in for a long wait. So I canceled the order so I could pick up something quicker and they still charged for every penny. Including the priority fee, delivery fee, and tip??? They're not the only food delivery around. So I canceled my membership and drleted the app. They have lost and customer for LIFE!

My daughter got a very horrible experience with uber eats in hull. First of all they hire the drivers who even don’t understand English. He didn’t found the address and he left the food on the floor under the Tree on some random place and said delivered. And she called for refund they closed the chat and said that they cannot. Should report to customer law or sone higher authorities

Driver left half of order at restaurant, then blamed them for not having it. "It wasn't on the receipt" but it clearly was. Told me she would go get the rest of the order the ghosted me.

Terrible policy i used the app and ordered food but the app went to the wrong location and after I placed my order I was charge $54 for food it said I had 10 minutes to cancel so I canceled it and got told I was unable to get a refund so I hope that uber eats enjoy the money they made off me for screwing me out of money and food

Uber Eats is the worst app I have ever used in my life. Their support service is absolutely terrible. I ordered food late at night, and the driver called me claiming he was outside and asked for my PIN. I told him I was close to the door and about to open it. He then asked for the last four digits of my phone number, which is the PIN. As soon as I gave it to him, he immediately hung up. When I opened the door, no one was there. I tried calling him back, but he never answered, and the order was never delivered. I contacted Uber Eats customer service, but the representative was extremely rude. She blamed me, saying I shouldn’t have shared my PIN and insisted there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but she refused and said someone would call me back. She blamed me for everything i said after hanging up, I realized I could no longer reach their support she restricted my phone number.

Absolutely appalling service Very quick to take your money but when there is a problem very difficult to get a satisfactory solution. The app will only allow you to communicate with it via live chat but will only give you options to choose from and not allow for your true complaint...

Customer service refused to compensate for missing items. The food quality n this specific order was in the toilet. They didn’t care. Sauces which are normally packaged separately were smooshed into the meal.

I ordered Acai bowls from red mango. When it arrived at my house one of them was all melted like soup. I reported it on uber eats but it would not give me a refund. I don’t know whose fault it was- red mango or the driver. But I am very disappointed that I could not get a refund. I am a good customer and I will not be using them again.

I should receive a refund to my original account not Uber cash. I use my business account at work and have received Uber cash instead of a credit to my business profile when there is an issue. Yet, they tell me that I cannot use my Uber cash and must use a perosnal card if I go over the weekly limit. That does not make any sense!

So just like everyone else we tried cancelling within seconds and we thought we might get a refund because the amount went up significantly from the original discounted price. When my son who placed the order tried to get hold of them they said we didn’t cancel in time and we couldn’t get a refund and no food delivery. We deleted the app please don’t waste your $ or time on this platform. Awful service . They actually hung up on my son and ended the chat. Horrible .

They do not have good customer service when it comes down to the contact support. If you cancel an order you basically don’t get the food or you don’t get your money back. It’s highway robbery. Especially if you are a customer that always spends with them. I’ve never had to cancel an order before but they were going to send it to a different location. So I cancelled the order. The don’t credit you for future purchases or they don’t give you your money back. So basically you lose out on a meal and you don’t get your refund

I ordered food with Uber Eats and I noticed the amount was wrong so I canceled the order immediately. I did not receive a refund and because the merchant accepted the order within a few seconds (not minutes) not only did the customer service agent say I wasn’t getting the food but because the merchant accepted the order within seconds she told me I couldn’t get a refund. I didn’t know you could openly steal from a patron that way. If I paid for a service I should be able to get the product or a refund. This is so disappointing that someone can have a policy to keep your money without giving you the service that you paid for. And there’s no where that states this until after you request a refund. Please if you like to spend your hard earned money BEWARE before you order Uber eats because they are allowed to keep your money and not give you the product you paid for. I still can’t believe this as I’m typing it, I can’t believe they can do this as a business. I lost my money but I really hope this review helps someone else not lose theirs.

Ordered from Uber Eats on April 24, 2025 (Order #64E80), spent $79.37, and received... well, not most of what I paid for. Naturally, I expected some form of customer service. Silly me. I reported the missing items right away — because, you know, $80 isn’t exactly pocket change — and Uber Eats promptly responded by doing absolutely nothing. In fact, they decided the best approach was to deny my refund and mark all my follow-ups as “no response needed.” Genius. No phone support, no actual human to talk to, and not even an email option. It's like Uber Eats built an entire system around avoiding accountability. Even with an Uber One membership (because I thought paying for “priority support” might mean something — again, silly me), I was ignored like I’d just asked them to deliver to the moon. If you're looking for a platform that takes your money and then ghosts you when something goes wrong, look no further. Uber Eats has mastered the art.

I found out that Uber Eats has been charging me for over a year on a membership I did not subscribe to. Be very careful about giving them your credit card info, they will charge you and not even tell you. Then when I contacted them I was offered a full refund for the year's charges, only to be told the next day that they changed their mind and would not be giving me the refund. Worst customer service ever! Don't fall for their scams, they are scamming people!!!
