Canceled an order less than 7 minutes after placed. Charged full amount and no food or compensation was awarded. Unreal Uber eats.

No accountability poor communication and unprofessional delivery drivers. This company does not stand by its mistakes as it used to. Will be taking my Togo orders to door dash from now on

I added a membership with uber one for students and the delivery fees was not free . The service was not reduced , yet to get a support about that didn't work either. I don't recommend uber eats

Once again thank you Uber eats waited over an hour . Not one but 2 drivers accepted the order then canceled it. Talked to customer service and was told the driver had an issue and canceled. When asked for compensation I was told it wasn’t their problem

This is the most inadequate customer service I have ever experienced. Despite numerous attempts to afford this organization the benefit of the doubt, they have failed to address the inaccuracies in my order. I communicated the issue to the customer service agent, but they were unable and unwilling to remedy the concern. I am now composing this review for the sheer principle involved. The customer service representative stated I needed to prove that I didn't receive the product in question. In addition, I would not be submitting this complaint at 12:47 AM if my order had been accurate. Although I am not an economics major, I believe that if I pay for something, I should receive something of equal value. I will terminate all future dealings with this organization.

Uber Eats has untrained and unprofessional customer service agents who do not know how to resolve an order issue if it goes wrong. If the order goes great, you're all set. The minute an order is incorrect, customer service promises a fix but doesn't follow through accordingly. I was promised a credit for the missing item, was never issued full credit, and noone from customer service could seem to fix it without giving scripted answers. It was never resolved. I do not recommend due to the fact that sometimes orders go wrong. It happens. There should be viable solutions and actual fix. Charging customers for items never received is never acceptable.

HORRIBLE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. First off I paused my subscription for benefits and they kept charging me monthly anyways! Then I cancelled all together and decided to not use them anymore. Today I was desperate and had to use their app. Their driver Maria picked up my order and never left the restaurant just sat there for around 10 minutes then canceled my order! They sent an email saying. It’ll take 3-10 business days to get my money back. I now have no way to eat and no one will respond to my attempts of reaching out. This is absolutely unfair!

The experience was horrible! First I didn't know I needed a pin, the driver came to the lobby not to the room. Then the driver gave my husband attitude because we had no idea how to use the app! However neither did the delivery driver! He had no idea where to find said pin! On top of it all what was supposed to be FREE DELIVERY IT STILL COST A DELIVERY FEE! Never again!

I've been trying to get this issue sorted for ages and the chat feature is ridiculous. They don't even respond now. I have £50 on uber eats and I can't use it, it won't let me toggle it on. I was then told 48 hours about a week ago and still to no avail. I told them I want a refund or I want it to work. I'm getting agitated now as I'm getting nowhere with this.

I forgot how horrible Uber Eats is! It sucks! They only offer you an opportunity to complain about the restaurant and nothing is their fault. I feel bad for the restaurants. Yet…again there are multiple stops along the way so by the time the food arrives at my house…it is COLD!

HORRIBLE service. They canceled my order when it was supposed to be delivered. I was even speaking with the delivery guy and everything seemed ok. They canceled without giving a reason and charged me the total amount and now don’t want to pay back. I’ve been trying to get my money back since 1 week already.

I paid 98 dollars for my food.The delivery guy didn’t deliver the food and it showed ordered delivered (even without any picture that it has been kept near the door) .Tried reaching the support.They said it’s not refundable 😕

I have an order via Uber Eat, the driver has delivered a wrong item. I have submitted a complaint and a picture of the wrong item and I have been waiting for almost 2 hours for their support. Even I can’t call a Uber Eat where that feature looks not valid and now we have to wait with no ETA

I ordered food from Iceland, which totalled £25.79 & the following day I had a d.debit of mine bounce. When I looked at my Statement, it was because Uber Eats took the £25.79 from 1 account, but also £38.88 from another account of mine!! When I complained, I was told that they didn't have details of my other account, but obviously that's untrue & i'm still waiting for the amount to come out of pending & be put back into my account!! Disgusting service & I never received an apology either. Not recommended!

My name is Shakir Karriem, a long time valued customer of Uber Eats and ride. On 03/10/25 evening my wife and I placed an order at Firehouse restaurant on Uber eats, up on arrival of our order, our food was cold, small very bad, looked nothing Iike the picture that displayed of there steak and cheese sandwich. So we decided to inform Uber eats of this matter, by email, requesting a refund. Immediately they responded, apologizing for everything and simply stating that they would immediately refund my $48.17and there was no need to respond or reply, it would take a few days for my my to be placed back on my card that I used. The next day I received an email from the escalation team stating that now they needed a picture of it, I explained that after there response not to reply I trashed the food, wow and what person would keep bad smelling food laying around. However this went on for a day or two, basically saying there not going to refund my money because of no photos (now). This is unacceptable coming from a company like Uber eats, this restaurant should be fined as well giving a notification for serving bad food, with bad service. The worst part of this entire situation that could have simply been resolved is just to refund my $48.17, it’s just the principle of this. So to let everyone know this is how Uber period treats and thinks of there valued customers. I’ve been using them for years and to get this kind of feedback and treatment is totally unacceptable.

Ordered from a restaurant 10-12 min away. At most it should have taken 30 min. Was notified my delivery was going to be delayed. 35 min then 45 min. Driver never reached out. When I texted the driver said texted my order was stolen?! Contacted restaurant and told my order was stolen. Why the driver didn’t notify me from the store is unbelievable. After 1 hour waiting and never heard from the driver it showed the driver had changed. Cancelled the order and won’t ever use this service again. Always late! Finally was cancelled! Beware!
