Uber eats is the worst company in the world. The delivery drivers do whatever they want because there’s no consequence behind anything. Food comes ice cold. Uber eats does not care to honor the honor the customers I will delete this and tell my friends and family to never use them and just use DoorDash DoorDash shows respect to the customers when food is late and comes cold Because of their delay

Terrible customer service. I tried to edit an order, which was canceled within 3 minutes of placing it. I was told I had to pay for the order anyway. I immediately contacted customer service, who couldn't care less. They said to be more careful next time, not to mention how difficult it was to use the customer service. I highly recommend a different ordering platform.

Horrible support service ever! You have huge difficulty when issues with oder delivered. Then you do NOT get your money back or for missing items. You get Uber Eats credit just to spend more money with Uber Eats. I've had more problems than positive experiences. Don't recommend.

BEWARE. BIG RIP OFF. I was charged full price for a delivery order I accidentally placed on line and cancelled immediately through their app as directed. When I was checking pricing the order went through without any pre-process for completing the final step. I was not even given a choice to choose a payment option. Uber Eats refuses to refund. I was at the store ordering when this happened.

Worst support experience. The app is designed to not even give support options most times. Somehow if you get to support, they aren’t helpful. I never received my order, just a notification from before the time window I selected, saying it is delivered. No call from the delivery person and no picture of the delivery. $90 and no refund!!!!

Would not recommend using Uber Eats. They refused to take accountability for their mistakes. I received half of my order and they refused to refund me or issue Uber Cash. After seeking assistance they blocked me from speaking to anyone.

Don’t use Uber Eats. They didn’t deliver and wouldn’t refund. Spoke to some jackass for a good portion of last night who wouldn’t stop lecturing how he spoke to his lying driver about how she delivered. She didn’t. Asked for a photo and she had none. “Company policy” was no refund if she said she delivered. Uh where’s my order breh? Too small an amount of money to keep fighting over. But fact is I got robbed for a small amount of money. They did this to me and they’ll do this to you.

Moe's bagels in Aventura is horrible when using Uber eats, leaves off cheese off burgers leaves off pickles off burgers that were both listed in the notes no salt no pepper even though they were fries and home fries, the manager seemed uninterested no empathy no compassion and I have reached out to Uber and have not heard back with any resolution. I'm mostly doordash but I thought I'd try Uber eats and it did not work out well at all. I don't complain much and I really ask for anything but I definitely deserve compensation here this order was terrible I even sent Uber a picture of a trial looking Burger it was just ugly and gross

I SPENT ALMOST $80 worth of bakery foods and was charged from Fay Da Bakery and ordered 18 items and didn't receive 5 items ( $20 dollars worth). Went on the app and submitted a picture of all the items that was received ( 13 items) . After, I called Uber Eats Support and Spoke with an Uber Eats rep on the line for them to tell me their specialty team needs to investigate further and they would be contacting me in 6 hrs. I did NOT get a response till 5am this morning for an online rep named Esther confirming I was not eligible for a refund. I called again and spoke with a Trish and she told me she made a report to the specialist team about the situation again and they responded that I would NOT be receiving a refund. FAY DA BAKERY & UBER EATS JUST LOST 2 CUSTOMERS who have been customers for A VERY Long time. Hope the $20 was worth it.

I was charged for cancellation of an order within a minute. I tried contacting support but it was useless. The support staff was rude and just kept ending my chat. I understand that cancellation charge could be $1-2 but $10 cancellation charge on a $13 order is too much. It's just pure business and lack of customer service. I would never be using Uber eats again.

Delivery driver never delivered food. Kristin in Redmond Oregon also wouldn’t answer her phone after multiple calls. I’ll never support Uber again.

Driver broke my gate. UberEATS (Asia tel reps) say they sent me an email with claims adjuster info BUT never received. Won't send it a second time , won't read it to me because "another dept sent it " and I wb contacted soon. It has been a week and apparently I will have to sue them in small claims court and share this miserable treatment on social media, Facebook, Nextdoor, Yelp, etc.

Every single time I order from Uber Eats, I’m missing significant portions of my order. Then, Uber Eats decides to give me a very minimal refund, $2 on my last order when their delivery fees, other fees and tips were $12 - on top of my food charges. Will quit using because it happens every time.

Order Chinese food and i didn’t get my 2 egg rolls and then reached out to the restaurant and they told me to reach out to uber eats for the claim. Reach out to uber eat by their site and it wasn’t really helpful. They sent me an email and they offered a 5 dollar discount on the next order. I don’t want a discount and what i need is my money back since i never got my food. Not a good experience without uber eats.

I ordered food from wing stop and I paid 3.78 for extra sauce they didn't put it in the bag so I contacted Uber eats they give me a 2 dollar credit I don't want that because I will never use they service again because they customer service is trash you can't chat or talk to anyone..you spend $20 to $25 dollars and they treat you like a nobody

Ordered a delivery from Chichidishes express as they called order was not available and cancellation done but no refund only to say I called and cancelled.This os disheartening. Also Uber support not of any help.Money lost.Will never order from them again and definitely not Uber eats too.Reap people of their hard earned money .

My food was expected to be delivered with in 30 mins it took 1 hour after the delivery man not finding me to taking it back to the restaurant and then calling to get it delivered again Once it arrived I was stone cold and missing items I then called uber eats to ask for a refund after I wasn’t eating the food as it was hard and cold they then lied and said that the food was delivered at the correct time and wasn’t cold to which I then told them the opposite she refused to help me and stated that they couldn’t refund as the food was delivered correctly and hot I asked if I could talk to someone else to which she denied and said she could ok longer help me It was terrible customer service and wasted £20 for food I couldn’t eat I called McDonald’s and they said that it was under eats issue as it’s there fault they delivered it late and cold I don’t recommend they are rubbish and have terrible customer service I even got charged £6 for delivery fee which was dreadful as I have to walk to the car as they couldn’t read the address So I collected the order myself basically Rubbish
