“Ordered £50 worth of food through Macdonalds app for hungry nhs staff. Uber eats were meant to deliver. No food delivered and refused refund. They stated driver had delivered and rung mobile number. Absolute lie. No missed calls and no sign of food. We waited at the door for it. Took ages to get through to customer services. 1st lady rude and hung up. 2nd person put us through to manager who was meant to call us back but didn't. We eventually called them again. Absolutely disgusting. Never use as they steal your food and money 🤬”

“They stole $120.00 from me. Never brought me food and refused to refund me bc they insist I cancelled my single order TWICE. Hours on customer service chat and two phone calls with long holding times and still nothing. My credit care company and I are disputing these charges as they are straight up fraud. Gross.”

“This company has now started robbing its customers I placed an order which had 5 items the shop sent only 4 items so reported this to Uber Eats.I also send a picture of the 4 item that I revived and they have refused to refund the money for the 5th item that was not sent. They have also refused to sent the 5th item So as a customer I have not received the item I paid for and I have also not revived a refund for the missing item. After going through their page I found many other people just like me who have not revived either so i would suggest not to use a company like this who rob people of their hard earned money and has no business ethics.”

“They miss out the whole item in the order and it has been 45 mins that I messaged the support reporting the missing item still no response. I am deleting this app as soon as I get my money back”

“Only got half of my order. Requested a refund 2 days later as I was unaware that they still charged me the full amount even though their driver called me about the missing food. Uber refused to refund me. They are a bunch of thieves”

“They are scammers. Don’t use them. I accidentally ordered food from Uber eats app and canceled order within 6 minutes from app, and also cancelled order from restaurant. The restaurant cancelled the order and didn’t cook the food. But Uber eats charge me full amount of food cost because I didn’t call their customer service.”

“Tried to sign up for uber eats for delivery. They needed a background check and said they sent me the link but couldn't tell me what day or time they sent it. They asked for a bunch of legal documentation but when it came time for the last step they refused to assist. Please don't support this company they seem like scammers collecting people information without any intention of assisting them.”

“The app itself is easy to use, The issue I had was the incorrect house being pinpointed when delivering my food causing confusion with delivery drivers. Uber Eats refused to change the marker when contacted several times. Even when contacting delivery drivers directly on the app, some would mark the food as delivered and steal over £30 worth of food, Uber Eats said they'd refund me and I never did get that refund. For me, Just Eat is more convenient as they have the correct house marked and the drivers have no issue delivering to my house.”

“First uber eats delivered the wrong order. We called the restaurant they said that they could not do anything and to contact uber eats. This proved pointless. we then ordered a 2nd time uber eats again didn't deliver the full order. I have tried to contact uber eats, but the customer support number is only for restaurants. The recording on the customer support number then asks you to press 3 if you are a customer. When you press 3 it states that an error has occurred and hangs up. The error is that they are talking to a customer!b”

“Ordered through Uber eats. Food was pretty much cold when it got here, ice cream was completely melted, 2 lots of chips missing, sauce that I paid for was missing, no straws for the drinks. Tried Uber eats a few times now and the order has been wrong every single time regardless of where I order from and the order can't be sorted unless you go back through Uber eats who never seem to help or tell you they can't do anything about it. Over £30 on food wasted. Terrible service yet again so will not be ordering through here anymore.”
