HORRIBLE experience. Waited so long just to see my order cancelled. Then to my surprise the order was not returned to the restaurant. Criminals running around collecting peoples money and food. SCAMMERS!

The ORDER WAS CANCELLED_ THE APP said it was FINE to cancel because NOTHING HAD BEEN ACCEPTED OR ASSIGNED.....   MY PIN WAS NOT GIVEN.... THE DRIVER DID NOT CONTACT ME to let me know my food that had been cancelled had arrived ANYWAY..... I ORDERED OTHER FOOD-   I did NOT GET THIS ORDER AND EAT IT!     A Front dek Person ATE IT because I DID NOT KNOW my CANCELLED ORDER HAD ARRIVED ANYWAY!   I DID NOT SPEAK WITH THE DELIVERY PERSON TO GIVE THEM MY PIN #I even refreshed the app to make certain it had been cancelled prior to looking for different food!   THERE WAS NO PENDING ORDER.... This company is a joke and a scam! I signed up a week or so ago. Website said I have 14 days to download documents.  I've made 3 deliveries,  2 or which didn't tip (customers fault). "Uber" won't take my license, and it's puppy chewed, yet.... its good enough for US customs! No problems getting on cruise ships or going through customs with it! Put a debit card in for payment, said I would be paid within 3 days, (today). Now I'm told I won't be paid unless I get a new license and download it!!! I mean, it's a whopping $11.??  I spent more in gas then i "made".  And was told I needed to put in my checking account info??!!  😂😂😂😂 Why in living HELL would I trust y'all with my bank info??!! I mean, it's not like you're batting 100 here. You don't stand by ANYTHING your site says, you won't accept a d.l. that the government will accept with no problem, I have yet to speak to anyone who doesn't say opposite of your site! So how about you give me my measly little 11 and change, on the card I provided, and I'll check out some of the other, more reputable delivery sites!!! Sent from my MetroPCS 4G LTE Android Device

Absolutely shocking the fact I was on the phone for 2 hours and they said it was my fault I didn’t do it in time to get a refund are they stupid sorry but the food I received for my child was stone cold and mushed up and you won’t sort a refund out absolutely desgusting and I will be taking this further

I placed an order through the website. My food was picked up by the Uber driver and was later reported as unable to be delivered. My home is a residential address, my front door was open, and my dog was standing guard. If anyone had so much is come into the driveway I would have known it. The notice from the driver indicated that it was unable to be delivered and the food was returned to the restaurant. When I called the restaurant, they said that they had not received the food back. Our only options at this point was for the restaurant to make me more food, which they offered to do it no charge, but they weren't even being paid for the first round because the order was canceled after the Uber driver listed it as unable to be delivered! How dare Uber put somebody in a position to have to pay for their services and supplies twice!? I proceeded to call Uber Eats to try to see if we could get a hold of the driver and get them back to my house for going any thoughts of them stealing the food, or not doing their job. Just trying to make it right. Uber shared, and no uncertain terms, that they cannot help anyone who did not place the order on the app. If you don't order from the app, you cannot get help from them. I cannot believe that they are so unwilling to help, but the restaurant who is losing money by using Uber Eats in the first place is being backed into a corner and that the only way that can this can be resolved is for them to lose even more money. Screw you Uber Eats.

i canceled this order 2 minutes after i placed it. it said i could since it had not began and no driver assigned! it did NOT say i would be charged anyway it also said i needed to give the driver my pin # before i cancelled it with its permission....i even refreshed the app to make sure no order was ongoing! it was empty, blank and ready for me to order!! Now it says it was delivered.. i spoke with no one. i gave no one my pin # and i received no food because ubereats app said it had been cancelled before it had been accepted!!!!

Please dont order through uber eats….they are thugs and thieves Twice i never received what i ordered Deleted their app Cannot reach them when need to complain to see who the theft was made by Unbelievable Delivery was NOT made

They are a rip off. They track anytime you have an issue and they give you a refund so eventually they expect you to spend all this money and get subpar food with nothing in return. The more you add food the delivery fee goes up as well as the service fee so you can spend as much as twenty and then you have to tip as well. There customer service is terrible as well they don’t have supervisors and don’t know where you can file a complaint and they don’t even know where they’re corporate office is. It’s hard enough finding a number for customer service. Ultimately, it is extremely expensive and you can go broke fast. I do not care for their business ethics at all. Skip this service and try one of the competitors to see if you can come out better. I could write more but I’m sure you get it.

Uber eats is notorious for horrible delivery people who feel that deserve and are in-titled to the highest possible tip and and they could care less about service. Missing food, never received orders, very very long delivery times and even preset Arrival times that will randomly double cause the driver picks up another order. If you try to use the app to get customer service they will literally lie, mislead, use false info to try and justify why you received such a horrible service and instead of saving a customer who spends thousands they will tell you to kick rocks over $1.34 and could care less if you order again. This is coming from someone who spends over 1000 a month on Uber rides… their delivery service is more of a scam than anything save yourself the frustration.

Have personalized promotions on the app if you don't take a screenshot your Sol. Later the promotion will not appear on your total charged. When you ask the representatives why the promotion wasn't applied they tell you to provide the screenshot or there's nothing they can do so everyone takes screenshots of every promotion you ever use on that app or even better don't use it it's garbage

Cancelled my order, but did not inform me of the cancellation via email, text, or even when I logged into my profile via web. I only learned of cancellation after the delivery time period by downloading the application.

Ordering food for lunch, advised delivery would be 30 minutes, all good, ordered hot wings, took over an hour and no dipping sauce, I am a wimp, no sauce no eat. Now i am at lunch, i have 15 minutes to eat, and cant. I ate cold fries. I tried to contact them and that was fun. Not the first time i have had a issue. They are a little cheaper but if you don't get what you ordered what is the use. Bye Uber, any other delivery service will be better and Lyft is always better and I would rather pay for car service then you. Sorry others will catch up and leave.

Uber Eats is running a big Scam, I ordered lunch and tried to change the address through their Portal. They canceled my order during the process. To make matters worse they will offer no refund and of course no one to speak with. They charged me more than the order was worth. What a SCAM I will dispute with my bank.

I have attempted to overlook all of the mistakes from utilizing Uber Eats for several years. Today, I am over it. It is obvious that Uber Eats main focus is capitalizing and monetizing to the detriment of their customers. The satisfaction of customers is the last concern. As I started earlier, I have, against my better judgment, used Uber Eats as my food delivery service. I am unwell and homebound, my income is retirement. Today is the final time that I will ever use Uber Eats. My service was late, my food was cold and inedible, and Uber Eats denied me a refund. I am appalled. This is certainly not my first complaint. I do not complain 90% of the time; my food is delivered cold, drivers deliver multiple orders, and the restaurants are inconsistent. After patiently waiting for my late order today, I was unable to eat it. I am an individual with special needs and I am deeply hurt. I reached out and dismissed. Please do yourself a favor and use another food delivery service. Uber Eats does not care for customers, it is all about the money.

Tried Uber eats as an alternative to horrible door dash. Sadly they are worse, the delivery is horrible buts it’s impossible to get a refund for missing Items. Time to find places with self delivery or food shop more often

Food was frozen in some spots. Paid a lot of money and only got a $1 refund that could take 5 business days. I took uber eats off my phone
