Uber eats is horrible. It doesn't matter if your an Uber 1 member or not. The orders are always wrong. Plus sometimes your food is riding around for an hour or longer. No one wants their food cold & mushy. They charge outrages fees for this convenience, but it's not convenient at all!

Uber eats is scam they let someone authorize a purchase with my card so I cancel the order and they still wouldn't give me my money back even though I called and told them that someone tried to use my car without my permission

Appalling service from Uber eats including the driver. Order placed, driver was let into the building after being buzzed in, did not deliver the food , as he could not find the marked flat no. After waiting for the driver, App says delivered. contacted the useless Uber team , who repeatedly confirms , driver waited 7 minutes in the building and after "calling" drove away with our food. No refund , no attempt of solution. The driver's word superceded what the paying customers says . Utter nightmare dealing with their customers service. Never again .

Took payment, did not deliver anything, not "eligible" to get my hard earned money back. Don't ever trust them. Charged $35 for an order that was never delivered. I had proof it was never delivered. Over 3 days I continuously asked for an escalation or supervisor or explanation and the only response I got was "this order is not eligible for a refund". Taking payment for something, not providing what was paid for and refusing to do so and then saying too bad it's not "eligible" by our arbitrary magical eligibility rules is absolutely illegal.

You gotta watch Ubereats because they will charge you twice not considering the amount you're paying for the food...and also watch their so called refunds added to Uber cash. It dissapears for some reason

The fact that drivers steal your food and are not banned from being a delivery driver is stupid. There should be consequences. The customer losses thier money and trust in Uber Eats. The attached is the name of a driver who stole my order.

Placed order at 2pm for scheduled delivery between 6.00 - 6.30pm. Order was accepted and my creditcard was charged for food order and delivery. Just before my guests were to arrive I was checking my emails and found one from Ubereats saying order could not be delivered. I called restaurant who had food ready and waiting to be collected from Ubereats but they were advised Ubereats could not collect. I then had to go and collect myself while my guests who were on their way had to wait outside until I returned. One very unhappy and highly disappointed customer. Doubt I will ever use Uber Eats again.

First and LAST experience. Paid for priority delivery and a tip. 30+ minutes later, no delivery and people I purchased drinks for had to leave. I cancelled the order, but was told by "Sonny" in chat that it was picked up so I had to pay for it. I asked to be connected with a supervisor and was dropped from the chat. Contacted them through chat a second time and "Faith" was a bit more helpful, but couldn't explain to me why the order I placed originally was for $9 more than my refund. She said that, as I was "unresponsive", i.e. WORKING, she would refund what appeared to me to be a lesser amount than I was told on the original order and that it would take 2-5 business days to get the refund. I called customer service and was dropped by two very difficult to understand associates, "Joms" and "Smiles." Mind you I was definitely upset, but never rude or insulting. I called a third time and spoke with "Edwin" and asked to speak with a supervisor. He said that a supervisor "would call [me] back within 24 hours." I spent over an hour dealing with an order for 4 drinks from Dunkin Donuts. Absolutely ridiculous. I filled a complaint with our state AG.

Really no star because they would rob you. Didn't even send thr items that are on list. But charges you the full amount? How does that work? You don't receive 2 out of 4 items but still get charged for all 4. Total is. Horeible customer service and definitely won't order from them anymore. They're totally robbing everyone and continue to say we won't do anything about it, because we already had to refund one item from the previous order before. How is it the customers fault when the store don't have an item ? 😕 dumbest food delivery ever. Maybe switch over to somewhere else so they don't keep chaeting those who don't get their items.

I would not recommend Uber Eats to anyone, unless you want to be conned! I was a regular customer of Uber Eats and placed an order last weekend. The driver turned up and asked for my pin. As this was nothing unusual, I provided this. He then went to get back on his bike. When I asked where my food was, he told me he did not have it, showed me an empty bag and told me there must have been some “misunderstanding”. Flabbergasted, I informed him I would be reporting the matter to Uber Eats. He then followed me to my front door in an aggressive manner. I reported this to Uber and to my horror, have refused to give me my money back or take any action. I would not recommend Uber and certainly won’t be using again. I’m horrified!

I can't put into words how appalling Uber Eats are. My order came to ÂŁ40 with a discount yet ÂŁ50 was taken from my bank, so you can add thieves along with the appalling service. I paid for priority delivery. The driver, James Ryan of Oldham, actually took a detour and delivered other orders before ours which I had paid priority delivery for. The food turned up freezing and inedible and on top of that Uber Eats illegally stole an extra ÂŁ10 from me. Of course when I have contacted them to get it resolved I have been forced off by 4 different staff members, apparently they do not have a supervisor to speak to and I will have to resort to contacting my bank to get the stolen money reversed back to myself. Uber Eats are nothing but thieves and should not be operating as a business. Their staff are stealing (literally) a living. Utterly disgraceful.

If there is zero star option, zero star is definitely my go-to rate. Absolutely worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'm really curious who sets the customer service guidelines. Here's what happens when your order goes missing: You will be accused of lying, cheating, and stealing. They won't refund you because they think you're a liar. Trust me. It's a very frustrating and upsetting feeling. Also, from their perspective, since the food you ordered wasn't delivered, they think you should order the same food from the same restaurant, which means you're supposed to order the same foods even you know your order will be missing again. They will tell you that they cannot confirm that your order has not arrived. My question here is, "Have you confirmed that my order has arrived? Do you have any solid proof?" I usually claim that the photo shared by the delivery person shows the wrong location, but UberEATs doesn't listen to. They keep saying your order is not eligible for a refund. Their strategy in my opinion is to make you give up taking your money as donation. Whoever created the guidelines needs to revisit everything.

50% of the time my order is incorrect undercooked or unedible. They never refund anything. It's stealing on a huge scale at this point.

Is there a minus star? Where is my food? I was outside waiting. No-one arrived. Now driver claims he waited / tried for 8 min and then left it at the door. Nothing outside my gate, nothing outside my neighbours’ gates. No food, no delivery but definitely deliberate deception / lies. So how do we get refunded. But it seems there are only negative reviews here so clearly it is a useless exercise.

Ubereats refuse to give me a refund! My crispy fish sandwich was missing and the side order of cheese. I contact Ubereats to make a complaint and the cup service representative was extremely rude.

Ubereats allows their drivers to STEAL your order and won’t refund you for the stolen food. My order wasn’t delivered and showed it was never picked up, the driver never answered my message or calls, my order was STOLEN by a Ubereats driver Rashad!
