Uber eats is a losers game. They’ll tell you it takes a half an hour for your food to be delivered, but then they tell the driver he has to make six more stops before he gets to you. By the time he does, your food is cold. Don’t trust them.

I was sending food to a friend to support her in the passing of one of her family members, and the order was canceled after I received information about the driver. It has happened twice now.

I just ordered from Uber eats from a Denny's. The person said that they deliver it but I never received it. I went around my entire complex and couldn't find it anywhere. There's no help to receive a refund. Unless you guys know how to do it. All I got was you need to accelerate the situation. I tried calling the driver several times. And even left a text messageand I called the 800 number and they say they're no longer taking phone calls. You have to go on the app. Which I did and I can't find any help there either. This is so frustrating I will never ever use Uber eats again. I hope your experience is better than mine. I will of course call my bank and get this reversed. Please let me know if you have any advice for me.

Just had the driver leave my order at the wrong building at my apartment complex, it's a bigger complex. I went through 4 buildings looking for it and didn't find it. The driver had major attitude with me when contacted by phone. The card I used to pay is showing 38 dollars charged to my card and only 30 dollars in refund. I'll be thinking twice before ordering anything from them again. Super irritated.

I ordered some food i canceled the order within seconds realizing i double order through restaurant app Uber Cancelled the order and kept the whole 125.00 bucks they could’ve at least charged me cancellation fees or one time credit It makes no sense I ate not 1 crumb

Worst customer service. I waited more than an hour for the food and when the time was getting more than their maximum time limit they just cancelled the order. We were waiting for food that was delayed for a long time and then out of blue cancelled it. Uber Eats customer service is we cannot do anything sorry. I did not expect this from Uber Eats. The service has gone terrible and I’m never going to use them again.

I should have learned my lesson, as every time I use them they either take my food to my neighbors and/or part of my order is missing. I don’t know why they give the driver’s number either, as when you call them it doesn’t go through. Poor service for an expensive price. Not worth it.

This is terrible!!! The delivery time increased by an hour and a half because Uber decided to add four trips with passengers to my order and put my order last. I'll spend time today reviewing this and writing about it to as many places as possible!!!! Don't use this service!!!!! Yesterday I had a wonderful experience with DoorDash. I don't know what made me use this damn Uber today.

Food was cold. I complained, reordered, food was COLD AGAIN. Contacted Uber Eats and they would even refund a single Penny! I'm done with Uber Eats and Little Ceasers both!!!

Worst company ever. Placed an order a day early for lunch delivery the next day. They cancelled an hour before scheduled delivery. No notice. No message or call. Reordered thru Instacart... Not only was the order delivered within the hour, I saved 25% !!! Will never recommend Uber Delivery. It's a scam, huge rip off. AVOID

Your service has gone wayyyyy down. Your drivers are rude and they act like they don't understand what your saying. The food you order is always late and cold. It's really sad that you have no respect for your customers time and food. YOU JUST WANNA TAKE THE MONEY..... YOU SUCK.

Uber eats at night is horrible. Especially if you try to get an uber at night. No one gets your order and no one accepts to pick you up so i only use it in the daytime.

Ordered ice cream. 1 sonic blast. Its less than 2 miles from my house. Took them 45 minutes and I was given a completely melted mess. Reported it but ITEM IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR REFUND. THEN WHAT THE HELL GOOD DOES IT DO TO TELL YOU THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH AN ORDER???????? DUHHHHHHHHHHHH

We placed a large order totaling $128, including a party pack of wings costing over $60. When the order arrived, the only items we received were mozza sticks, antojitos, veggies, and dip — the entire wing tray was missing. We contacted Uber Eats immediately and were issued a $6 credit, which is completely unreasonable given the value of the missing item. I followed up again and was told the issue was “already dealt with.” It absolutely was not. I then called Morty’s directly and was told the driver picked up two orders, which raises serious concern that our wing tray may have been delivered to the wrong customer. I have asked Uber to review the delivery photo of the other order to confirm whether a tray of wings was left elsewhere. Mistakes happen — but dismissing a $60+ missing item with a $6 refund and closing the case is unacceptable. We were left without the main item for our gathering and with no proper resolution. Under basic consumer protection principles, when goods are paid for but not delivered, the customer is entitled to a refund equivalent to the value of the missing goods. Instead, Uber Eats issued a $6 credit and then declared the matter “dealt with.” This is neither reasonable nor compliant with fair consumer practices. Very disappointed with how this was handled.
