Their app picks up random addresses doesn’t used the saved address delivers there and does not compensate for no delivery and charges you instead

I use Uber eats I go through find the food that I want. I place the order. Go through the tip. Then as soon as I try and place the order it says that the promo was not added at checkout. This has been happening for 4 months I'm done with Uber eats I will not use them ever again!!

You pay for priority and the driver runs all over the city delivering food first and 1hr later delivers yours cold. Uber has terrible customer service and says dont worry your soggy food is still warm in the bag....what a joke they should be bankrupt....why don't you deal with your drivers being dishonest? Or are you juat a dishonest company?

I WAS CHARGED FOR A CANCELLATION WITHIN 1SEC OF ORDERING , UBER TELLS ME THE RESTORANT ACCEPTED IT , NO REFUND POSSIBLE , OBVIOUSLY THEY ACCEPTED IT IT TAKE 1SEC TO PRESS A BUTTON ON A I PAD , YOU GUYS ARE THEIVES ALL I WANTED WAS TO CHANGE MY ADRESS , I M NOT PAYING 45$ for a 18$ poulet rouge plate . NEVER ORDERING UBER EAFS AGAIN . I WILL BE DISPUTING THE CHARGES , AND LEAVING A BAD REVIEW ON THE POULET ROUGE FOR DEALING WITH YOU THEIVES .

Shoot, Uber Eats is the worst. And if they could be rated a 0, I’d give it to them. For my Mother’s Day gift I was gifted to dine at my choice restaurant and being the time I received my gift, I ordered on Mother’s Day night from Bad Daddy(the worse food). Being at closing time, I waited the following day 5/11 to take the cold food back. The manager in training told me I’d be refunded through Uber Eats and she presented me a $20 off coupon towards a next purchase. Today I attempted to reach out to Uber Eats and the notice I received was, they do not issue refunds because the time had lapsed. That I should have reached out two days( I did not have any knowledge of this) so in actuality they have my money. This is lowest of the low. I WILL NEVER order food to be delivered again and especially not from Uber Eats.

Garbage service and stole my money more then once. Driver's show up high with part of my order or wrong items and the customer service is a joke.

The cost was more than double the price for what I ordered. I pay extra for other delivery services and accept there reasonable fees. Having to pay double is not only atrocious but border's on theft.... I will never use uber eats again and uninstalled there app....

If I could give -⭐I would!!! Last Thursday, 05/07, I placed a lunch order to be picked up from Hard Rock in downtown ATL. I placed the order at 10:55 a.m. with scheduled pickup for between 1:00-1:30p.m. In tracking the order, at 12:45p.m. the screen updated to CANCELLED!!! Hard Rock never received the order and after contacting my bank found that Uber Eats STILL HAS A HOLD on my account refund. Three different agents said the exact same thing "we understand your concern", "the hold will release in 24 hrs", lies, lies, and lied. I contacted my bank and Uber Eats has placed a 6 day hold on my money. Today is Monday, 05/11 and still no release. I WILL NEVER use the service, and will never recommend anyone else to use their service EVER!!

Tried to upload pictures of the cold pizza missing cheese from the center but somehow it’s not working. Uber Eats driver tried to convince me that I only ordered a cheese pizza, but I pointed out the 2 other large pizzas he forgot at the top of the receipt and the dipping sauces that we paid for. We did not accept delivery for the cold pizza and canceled. Now UBER live chat with AI Bot or a live person, don’t know because both kept giving me a scripted response that I documented. Apparently, because we canceled UBER, they took $77.37 from us to pay the merchant and money for the driver for my bad experience. Who would make anyone pay over $77.37 for this service and no food? UBER. Little Caesars told me UBER does this to their customers regularly. So when does Little Caesars step up to make sure that a person who paying over $90 for 3 pizzas to be delivered, gets their whole order when UBER shows up? Uber is refusing to refund me.

Extremely disappointed. Ordered food, the driver called to say items were out of stock and cancelled the order, yet I was still charged the full amount for food I never received. I have not received a refund and support has been no help. Basically stole my money. Avoid!"

I could write a paragraph about how horrible Uber eats is and how their customer service is even worse if that’s even possible I wish I found a detail but sure answer is they overcharged? Do not use them save your money.

Ordered stuff today. Out of stock and only got one item which was my red bull energy drink. My money hasn't been refunded. If I could give zero stars I would. Never using them again 🙄

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Uber Eats extremely higher costs than need be the delivery drivers will only select your order to pick up if you put a tip before even earning a tip. Most of the time they screw up your order or steal from your grocery order. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with them even after trying out the membership in hopes of better service. Even after taking most times over 2 hrs to deliver they did not do anything to resolve or help their loyal customers. THE WORST APP TO GET CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEYRE NO GOOD!!!!

There was a mistake in the delivery address. I texted the driver to let him know so he could go get the order back and deliver to me but he didn't even though it was only a couple of doors down. I contacted customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do, no refund, nothing. The first representative was extremely rude. I am sure this has happened before and a little bit of flexibility and willingness to help would have gone a long way

Uber Eats are the WORST company in UK. They frequently cancel orders, their drivers lie through their teeth about orders and when orders do not arrive, Uber tell you it's not eligible for a refund. This is corporate THEFT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
