delivery, shocking, have had only 1 magazine so far which was late and the 2nd I am still waiting for 3 days late. Can't go out as I am 74 - very frustrating

Purchased a 3 month subscription 10 days ago but have not yet received any magazines have tried to query why or when I can expect to receive one but unable to get a response impossible to get through just a recorded message .

We ordered Take a break as we are confined to quarters. We were told last Wednesday that my magazine was being despatched that day. As of yet we have not received it. So not very impressed really.

Ordered for an elderly relative and I wasn’t aware how much the magazine actually cost in the shops.... I paid around £1:50 over selling price per issue. Not impressed and won’t be doing again

The magazines are not getting here on or near the date they should be,it’s very frustrating when I can’t see what’s on telly,I am 80yrs old and housebound.

Magazine not yet arrived ordered over 1 and a half weeks ago so obviously the weekly magazine I wanted is no longer on sale.

Hello, I can confirm that your magazine was sent on 8th April. It seems it was issue 16 that was sent. If this was not required, please let me know, sarah.johnson@uniquemagazines.co.uk It should arrive with you on Tuesday. There has been a delay with the post with the bank holiday weekend. Took to long for mag to arrive still waiting on one arrivingno contact to tell me whem item is to arrive not very impressed could have bought these in store quicker

I ordered five magazines only 3 have arrived. Payment still taken tried to get in contact understand it’s a difficult time but still no reply. Not sure about ordering again.

I have checked your order and can see that only 3 magazines have been posted. I am very sorry that the other two 'next' issues you ordered did not activate. I ordered four of the tv magazine for my dad. The first one arrived one week late, the second one has not arrived. I have been trying to cancel the order for the magazines as I assume it’s not arriving on time because of the pandemic. But I have emailed three times and heard nothing.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry have not yet dealt with your query. We have very high volumes of messages at the moment and are working with limited staff due to the current Covid 19 situation. I can confirm that we have sent 2 issues. I am sorry that they have either arrived late or not arrived. Last weeks editions were posted out 1st class to ensure our customers received them on time. Overpriced. I bought for Mum during this covid-19 as she can’t get out 76 years old , and I live 4 hours away , and she couldn’t believe it was over double the price. I understand we have e to pay for postage but she was upset about the double + cost. Maybe I missed a first time buyer code or something .

This should be my second week. The first week was good, as my What's on TV arrived in time for the Saturday need. Still waiting for 2nd As I have paid a total over £16 for eight weeks, I am disappointed by its non-arrival. Vivienne Nash

Love the idea of mum having ‘Ireland’s own’ while self isolating - unfortunately I think we re supposed to be on week 2 now since I was notified delivery wd start and have not received any. Perhaps that might resolve in next few days- if not I ll have to raise a query. Surely NI isn’t that hard to get to?!

Not excellent because it arrives a day later than in the shops. I always used to buy it on a Thursday the day it is on the shelves. It has not arrived today Thursday.
