“As I have yet to receive the first copy of the magazine I have ordered or indeed any communication from Unique Magazines as to the dates when I can expect to receive copies I cannot rate this company or give a review of the service they offer. So far I am not impressed. They are obviously happy to take my money but not to provide any follow up customer service.”
“Bit disappointed as I thought the first LOL would have started with the February edition. This is for my granddaughter’s birthday on 12th February. I have already received one edition and I received an email today to say another edition has been sent out so that means she’ll have 2 before her birthday and only one more to come through the post. There should be a way you can ask when the subscription is to start from.”

“I ordered a magazine which was in stock, waiting why it's not coming, yet the payment has been taken off my bank account. So called them after a week, they informed me they don't have it its next week. I'm very disappointed as I ordered magazine in stock, not preorder and if they dont have ot they should not charge for it. Now I have to wait another week to know what's happening. I dont like fishy business.”

However, if you ever have any problems with your subscription, please contact us and we will get these resolved for you, missing issues etc. We work with a number of publishers to get the best prices possible for our customers. “Ordered a magazine, but was sent the wrong edition. I queried this and was told I would be sent the correct edition. A couple of days later I was told they couldn't supply the advertised edition. I did always receive quite quick replies to my enquiries and a refund, so I may have simply been unlucky”

It should have been with you well before the intended time. As it did not arrive with you I will get a full refund processed for you. Please accept my apologies for your experience. “Ordered a magazine subscription as a Christmas gift for my housemate. I ticked a box to say it was a gift. The website said it would take a few weeks for the first magazine to be sent. So I was really annoyed when the first magazine arrived in the post 3 days later. My housemate got home from work before me and opened the envelope. Christmas surprise completely ruined and now I have nothing to give her on Christmas day. Also, 3 magazines were sent out in the space of 1 week so they were old editions. Not at all happy.”

I am afraid as the magazine was in stock the subscription was started straight away. I will extend the subscription by the number of issues sent and pause it until after Christmas for you. “I ordered Daphne’s Diary as an 8 issue subscription. I had to chase the first issue ordered, and now I am still waiting for the Christmas edition. I have a feeling I will have to chase every issue, every month until my subscription is complete. And yet if you order directly from Daphne’s Diary, it costs slightly more but you get it really quickly. Not sure why Unique magazines can’t provide the same service?”
