“I ordered four of the tv magazine for my dad. The first one arrived one week late, the second one has not arrived. I have been trying to cancel the order for the magazines as I assume it’s not arriving on time because of the pandemic. But I have emailed three times and heard nothing.”

We have very high volumes of messages at the moment and are working with limited staff due to the current Covid 19 situation. I can confirm that we have sent 2 issues. “Overpriced. I bought for Mum during this covid-19 as she can’t get out 76 years old , and I live 4 hours away , and she couldn’t believe it was over double the price. “The web site said that the current edition to the JACKDAW magazine was available which is the March/April edition and that is what I thought I was ordering. I was sent the Jan/Feb edition, which did not exactly please me because I have seen that one. Any chance of sending the real current edition?”

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Your subscription is due to start with issue 03, which is due around Easter. It is listed on the site which issue this subscription will begin with. Issue 02 sold out within days of being on sale. Otherwise I could have sent you the current issue.
