Took to long for mag to arrive still waiting on one arrivingno contact to tell me whem item is to arrive not very impressed could have bought these in store quicker

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I can confirm you ordered 'next' issue of two magazines. As soon as they came on sale, which were different days they were posted first class to you the same day. I am sorry that you felt disappointed with our service. Kind Regards Sarah

I ordered five magazines only 3 have arrived. Payment still taken tried to get in contact understand it’s a difficult time but still no reply. Not sure about ordering again.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies that your query has not been dealt with sooner. We are working with very limited staff during this time. I have checked your order and can see that only 3 magazines have been posted. I am very sorry that the other two 'next' issues you ordered did not activate. I ordered four of the tv magazine for my dad. The first one arrived one week late, the second one has not arrived. I have been trying to cancel the order for the magazines as I assume it’s not arriving on time because of the pandemic. But I have emailed three times and heard nothing.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry have not yet dealt with your query. We have very high volumes of messages at the moment and are working with limited staff due to the current Covid 19 situation. I can confirm that we have sent 2 issues. I am sorry that they have either arrived late or not arrived. Last weeks editions were posted out 1st class to ensure our customers received them on time. Overpriced. I bought for Mum during this covid-19 as she can’t get out 76 years old , and I live 4 hours away , and she couldn’t believe it was over double the price. I understand we have e to pay for postage but she was upset about the double + cost. Maybe I missed a first time buyer code or something .

This should be my second week. The first week was good, as my What's on TV arrived in time for the Saturday need. Still waiting for 2nd As I have paid a total over £16 for eight weeks, I am disappointed by its non-arrival. Vivienne Nash

Love the idea of mum having ‘Ireland’s own’ while self isolating - unfortunately I think we re supposed to be on week 2 now since I was notified delivery wd start and have not received any. Perhaps that might resolve in next few days- if not I ll have to raise a query. Surely NI isn’t that hard to get to?!

Not excellent because it arrives a day later than in the shops. I always used to buy it on a Thursday the day it is on the shelves. It has not arrived today Thursday.

Unfortunately the magazine I ordered hasn't yet arrived. This is probably to do with the current crisis, so I am not concerned - yet.

Still have not received the first edition of the Stern I purchased. Was not made clear to me when I made the purchase that delivery would happen so long after publication.

The web site said that the current edition to the JACKDAW magazine was available which is the March/April edition and that is what I thought I was ordering. I was sent the Jan/Feb edition, which did not exactly please me because I have seen that one. Any chance of sending the real current edition?

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Your subscription is due to start with issue 03, which is due around Easter. It is listed on the site which issue this subscription will begin with. Issue 02 sold out within days of being on sale. Otherwise I could have sent you the current issue. You are guaranteed to receive all issues you are a subscriber and you should receive before they are on sale in the stores. Kind Regards Sarah, Operations Manager
