Unfortunately the magazine I ordered hasn't yet arrived. This is probably to do with the current crisis, so I am not concerned - yet.

Still have not received the first edition of the Stern I purchased. Was not made clear to me when I made the purchase that delivery would happen so long after publication.

Please could I ask you to contact enquiries@uniquemagazines.co.uk on Wednesday if nothing has arrived yet so we can look into this further for you. The web site said that the current edition to the JACKDAW magazine was available which is the March/April edition and that is what I thought I was ordering. I was sent the Jan/Feb edition, which did not exactly please me because I have seen that one. Any chance of sending the real current edition?

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Your subscription is due to start with issue 03, which is due around Easter. It is listed on the site which issue this subscription will begin with. Issue 02 sold out within days of being on sale. Otherwise I could have sent you the current issue. You are guaranteed to receive all issues you are a subscriber and you should receive before they are on sale in the stores. Kind Regards Sarah, Operations Manager

My review of Unique Magazines is poor/acceptable. I have been subscribing to Burda Style with Unique Magazines for some time now. My most recent order was wrong, I received two copies of the March issue, one being the last of six issues and the other the first of six issues. This was eventually sorted it following and phone call. The order before this was also attributed wrongly and when I chased it up I received two copies of the missing edition the second one was the German version. Again a phone call by me was required. I this occurs for a third time, I will be moving my subscription to another organisation. Staff where helpful, apologetic and pleasant on both occasions. Apart from these hiccups, the magazines have been received regularly and in good time. It is also nice to get a reminder when an issue has been posted.

The delivery took more than a week (to the Netherlands) which is quite a lot when you think Autosport is distributed weekly.

As I have yet to receive the first copy of the magazine I have ordered or indeed any communication from Unique Magazines as to the dates when I can expect to receive copies I cannot rate this company or give a review of the service they offer. So far I am not impressed. They are obviously happy to take my money but not to provide any follow up customer service.

Bit disappointed as I thought the first LOL would have started with the February edition. This is for my granddaughter’s birthday on 12th February. I have already received one edition and I received an email today to say another edition has been sent out so that means she’ll have 2 before her birthday and only one more to come through the post. There should be a way you can ask when the subscription is to start from.

I ordered a magazine which was in stock, waiting why it's not coming, yet the payment has been taken off my bank account. So called them after a week, they informed me they don't have it its next week. I'm very disappointed as I ordered magazine in stock, not preorder and if they dont have ot they should not charge for it. Now I have to wait another week to know what's happening. I dont like fishy business.

Your system confuses the hell out of me! I ordered 4 magazine from you in November and December 2019 but after placing the orders I receive letters from Great Magazines.co.uk and from Subscriptions@mortons.co.uk about the same magazines. Who am I actually dealing with? PS. Still not received any Mags yet 8/01/2020

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Both of the titles you ordered are actually fulfilled by our publisher partners, who you received the letters from. However, if you ever have any problems with your subscription, please contact us and we will get these resolved for you, missing issues etc. We work with a number of publishers to get the best prices possible for our customers. Ordered a magazine, but was sent the wrong edition. I queried this and was told I would be sent the correct edition. A couple of days later I was told they couldn't supply the advertised edition. I did always receive quite quick replies to my enquiries and a refund, so I may have simply been unlucky

I ordered one magazines on the 3 Dec, I needed it for the 12 Dec for a special occasion. Delivery in UK, around London. Well I didn’t get. 9 days later.
