“The web site said that the current edition to the JACKDAW magazine was available which is the March/April edition and that is what I thought I was ordering. I was sent the Jan/Feb edition, which did not exactly please me because I have seen that one. Any chance of sending the real current edition?”

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Your subscription is due to start with issue 03, which is due around Easter. It is listed on the site which issue this subscription will begin with. Issue 02 sold out within days of being on sale. Otherwise I could have sent you the current issue. “My review of Unique Magazines is poor/acceptable. I have been subscribing to Burda Style with Unique Magazines for some time now. My most recent order was wrong, I received two copies of the March issue, one being the last of six issues and the other the first of six issues. This was eventually sorted it following and phone call. The order before this was also attributed wrongly and when I chased it up I received two copies of the missing edition the second one was the German version. Again a phone call by me was required. I this occurs for a third time, I will be moving my subscription to another organisation. Staff where helpful, apologetic and pleasant on both occasions. Apart from these hiccups, the magazines have been received regularly and in good time. It is also nice to get a reminder when an issue has been posted.”
