I enjoy the books very much, however the new price may give me reason to rethink ordering after this subscription runs out. The service I've received in the past has been great. Thank you Wendy Alexander

Hi, I am so glad you enjoy your Relax With Art books! I understand there is no longer a discount in price for this subscription. We used to work on behalf of publishers, fulfilling dispatch for them but we now get our stock from them and work independently to fulfil these. This means unfortunately, we can no longer offer the free postage option which was available previously with publishers. Thanks for your understanding and apologies for any inconvenience. Hi, I am so sorry to hear this. When we send What's on TV the weekly time sensitive magazines within the UK, we send them on a Tuesday 1st class and expect them to arrive in time for the listings to begin on the Saturday. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this service when sending to France. Although they are sent on a Tuesday via priority air mail, it is hard to guarantee the delivery in time for the listings. I am aware this is not ideal but when the magazine leaves us, it is really difficult to control the time scale in which magazines arrive. I am aware your sub has now ended and you may be hesitant to renew, which is understandable. We do not often get orders for TV mags overseas for this reason. I am sorry we cannot send these any quicker and the service included some late issues. This is not the service we wish for our customers. Delivery to EU (Poland) takes more than a week. Postal office locally charges custom processing charge, which makes already high price for EU delivery even higher (I would hope that VAT OSS removes that hurdle...)

Hi! Your issue was dispatched on the 6th of June 2024, a few days after you placed your order. This can take a maximum of 7-10 working days to ROW although we ask you to allow 30 days before we can compensate for the missing issue. Good magazines, had a subscription for my wife for several years now, but prices are getting expensive at almost £11 per magazine, maybe last year my subscription gets renewed.

Hi, I do apologise for price increases over the years. I understand entirely that this is not ideal but from a business perspective, cannot be avoided. This magazine is a specialist title and for some time, we worked with publishers to get our customers exclusive discounted prices, as we were working as the distributors of their magazine worldwide. We now get this stock ourselves and do everything in house meaning we cannot afford to do it at that discounted rate anymore. This means our cost must be generated based on the cover price, postage and packaging. We must also take into account the cost to get this from a supplier. I bought an 8 issue subscription to Dolly's Diary and received my 1st issue about a month after subscribing. I was able to pay using pay in 4 and it's been a smooth and easy process so far. If I can afford it by then, I would consider resubscribing.

I buy magazines for my grandchildren. As l am over 60 years older than them l have come to rely on the staff to help and advise me about suitable magazines. Everyone at Unique Magazines is efficient and friendly especially Ellie and Sarah.

I have bought 4 magazines in one same order but I need to paid separately of postage fee for each magazine and when I receive, they are combined in one package and cost is less that I was paid. Should I have refund back.

I recently subscribed to unique magazines for Daphne's Diary. I rang the subscription team to set it up.The person who took my details was friendly, efficient and helpful. I received the 100th Daphne's diary promptly. An all round great experience. Thanks to everyone involved in sending out the magazines. I'm keen to support independent businesses rather than large multi national corporations.

Recently purchased the latest edition of Plaza Oumo magazine and website made it easy to place the order. However, the site showed the cover of the previous edition and quoted the Euro edition number which is confusing for people wanting to order the latest version. Tx G. Hodgins. BC Canada
