“Very poor service. I ordered Feb issue and was sent January issue instead. When I raised it my ticket was cancelled and I had to raise another one. 3 weeks later I received a response. Supposedly the mistake will be rectified but they are not responding to my follow up email. I will not be using Unique Magazines again.”

Hi, I am extremely sorry to hear this. Your single issue was dispatched on the 20th of January 2021, using 1st class postage. This should have been with you in no more than 6 working days and so I would make the assumption that it had gotten lost in the post. Hi, we are currently experiencing delays with receiving Semana in unfortunately. Our suppliers have put this down to Brexit. Your subscription however, will begin with issue 4231 which is due on the 19th of March. I apologise for all inconvenience caused due to the delays. Kind regards - Jessica
